    I showed my mom this salon since he was not happy where she was going. We stopped by on the way to lunch and they said come back in an hour so we did so and she went in and got a pedicure and manicure. I think she was happy but its hard to tell anymore shes 89 years old and not remembering things very well right now.

    I’ve been going here many years! Always happy good service. Flexible for walk ins or appointments. They’re all great but if you find a favorite, mines Tammy lol, appointments are easy to make, even same day short notice is possible. Highly recommend!

    My daughter and I have been going here for years. They are absolutely best in class. Susan and Vivian are amazing at designs and can replicate anything. Kim’s nails are wonderful as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you need to make an appointment the customer service by Alex is wonderful.

    I have been going to Boutique Nails for over 6 years they are the best nail place that I have been to in FL and believe me Ive been to many!     I absolutely love this nail salon! Kim is an angel and the staff is so professional! These are my natural nails and the do not chip or lift for up to 4 weeks. 5/5 highly recommend!

    Ive been going here for just shy of 10 years and have been very grateful for the services Ive received. Every now and then like any place has its up and downs but the past owners and now newer owners have always fixed and made my experience top knotch!!! Vivian and her husband Alex are absolutely amazing business owners and I will continue to make the drive over every few weeks because Vivian is that great. Thank you for always making me feel welcomed and my nails done perfect each and every time.

    I have been going to Boutique for many years. I dont normally see one person, I see whoever is available when I go. I have never been disappointed! Ill post a picture of my Christmas nails that Tammy did! Dont mind my cuticles, Im a hair dresser and my hands are always dry and this picture was a few days after I had them done.

    Boutique nails is my absolute favorite nail salon of all time. Vivian always goes above and beyond for me. And the entire staff is extremely friendly and amazing.     Second time going there but this time, my nail polish on two fingers came off a few days after being done but they made it right and fixed it. Thats great customer service! Will definitely recommend. They do amazing work!

    I got a mani pedi yesterday last minute, they were super helpful over the phone and were able to get me in for the time I needed. When I got there I was greeted with a smile and asked how my day was. Lena did my services she was very sweet and did an overall great job, I will definitely be going back to her. 😊

    I have been coming to Boutique nails for years and seeing Vivian. The customer service and quality has always been perfect! I have gotten my nails done in NC and it is nowhere near the quality of Boutique Nails. I couldn’t recommend this place more and have such a good time with Vivian and Alex! Vivian does good designs on my nails which are shorter and I’m always extremely happy with what she does! I also go there for pedicures and it’s great every time. If you’re looking for a nail place, boutique nails is the place to go!!

    I have known the owners Vivian and Alex for a few years now and they have a top notch salon. The cleanliness, quality of their products, and customer service surpass any other local nail salon. My dip nails always last a minimum of three to four weeks, and the pedicures are always the best. I’ve never felt rushed during my nails or pedicure and that is something that is very important to me. When I get my nails done I enjoy the best conversation with Vivian and Diane always does the most relaxing pedicure! If you go here I promise you will not be disappointed. It is also gorgeously decorated. I am so thankful for Vivian and Alex running this business!!

    UPDATE: They worked it out with me and fixed the problem. Great customer service!!I have been to this salon three times and the first two times were so wonderful. They did a really great job and were some of my favorite sets. However, this last time did not go as well. I went in for a fill and I was told I needed a new full set. This was strange to me because I had only had them filled once before. Anyways, I didnt want tips because my nails had grown out a lot so I asked if she could just do acrylic over my natural nails, which Ive had done elsewhere before. She said she could, and then instead of soaking off the acrylics that I had on, she started RIPPING them off. She literally cut the nails, and then stuck a nail tip between the acrylic and my natural nail and pulled them off. I was just so shocked, I didnt say anything and I really should I have because it RUINED my natural nails underneath. The new acrylics she gave me looked fine initially, they were just much shorter than I wanted because she ripped the length off my nails. Now, 5 days later, they have already started lifting. Its just sad because I was so excited that I found this salon because they were the best Id been to in the area. I dont want to say names because I feel wrong calling someone out like this, but I hope the managers speak with all the employees and make sure this doesnt keep happening to other people.

    Vivian is a great artist! Since I’ve been doing my nails with her I feel like a million dollar lady, my nails are always perfect and they last me over a month, because of chemotherapy my nails need a caring person and that’s exactly what she does for me.One word to describe it… perfection!

    I’ve been coming to this salon for many years, I always enjoy my nails and the time spent there. There has been a couple of times where I have disliked the shape but that has always been my fault for not explaining what I’d like. I’ve been to many nail techs and they are always incredibly nice and tend to what I request. This salon is cheaper than any other nail salons that I’ve been too, especially with the amazing gel I receive on acrylics! My favorite part is the gel nail polish, the colors, the comfortable salon design and the attitude of the workers!

    The salon is beautiful inside and I was happy with their color vast color selection. I thought the price was reasonable for the gel manicure and was comparable to others I have had before. I only gave 4 stars because after a week I had to take the gel off because it was pulling up at the cuticle so bad it was getting caught in my hair and pulling strands out. Might give them another chance sometime but I hate to only get a week out of the manicure when it should last a lot longer.

    UPDATE: Vivian was amazing and fixed my nails, gave me beautiful results that was exactly what I wanted just in time for my baby shower ❤️I went in for a full set tonight and the woman doing my nails was rushing, the acrylics are ridiculously thick, I said I didn’t want gel nail polish unless it was matte so she said she could do a matte color, then after painting them with gel and the matte finish said she knew it wouldn’t look good with matte from the start! I was conned into spending 15 extra dollars for something I didn’t want, and on top of that the nails are none of the same shape, they look like bubbles with dents and bumps where she didn’t fix the acrylic. Very disappointed in the nails that I had done for my baby shower.

    Ive enjoyed pedicures here several times, its clean and the staff are friendly. The quality of work is great, including my recent gel nails.My one complaint is that the air filtering system isnt what is used to be. On my last visit the place smelled very strong of acetone and may affect any future visits from me. No amount of pampering is worth the headache and sick feeling from strong chemical smells for an hour.

    I’ve been going to boutique nails for over 2 years now. Bill always does an amazing job and everyone there is so sweet. I decided to leave a good review because I was about to call to make an appointment and started to read some of the reviews. In my opinion Boutique nails is one of the best nail salons around. They’re a little pricey but my nails never break and I keep them on for a month sometimes due to my busy schedule. These people work very hard. Try to tip your nail tech in cash.

    Moved to the area and tried a couple of places that were ok... nothing special but not somewhere Id want to come back to. It was recommended I go try boutique nails by my coffee place. Im so happy I did. Im already a repeat customer, I got my friends visiting this place with their daughter.     I love boutique nails. Probably the best nail salon in Trinity! I usually end up with the guy in the back left corner (I haven’t been in almost a year so I forgot his name) but he is incredible! Always does a beautiful nail that isn’t thick as hell. I saw a lot of negative reviews about pushy workers but I can’t relate. Everyone is super friendly and always smiles. A great atmosphere and a great staff! I tell everyone to go here.

    I have been to many nail salons and there are only a few I would recommend. Boutique Nails is at the top of my list!!! I love their Bio Seaweed Gel. The staff members are very polite and do their very best to get you in as quickly as possible. I have never made an appointment, I am always a walk in due to the fact that I have 2 children and work part time and never know when I will have a half hour or so to spare to get my nails done! I have never had to wait more than 15 mins. They are also very gentle. At other salons I have been cut from nail files or hurt during pedicures. NEVER HERE so far! I think they have a wonderful team, very creative and helpful.

    Tina always does a great job and Natalie made my Grandmother feel so special. They get busy but are very worth the wait, after 9 years of getting my nails done regularly my nails have never lasted so long.Bring them a picture of what you want and they make it look better than the picture you bring!

    I love love love this place. I had only one nail salon I went to in Tampa but I found this place some how some way and never went back to Tampa again! All of their staff is friendly and nice.     I was going here for many years when I worked in Safety Harbor and I love the owners and was always pleased with my nails. I’ve been gone two years and I’m back living in Tampa and I plan to go back to them. It takes me 45 minutes to get there but to me it’s worth it.

    They have always have done a great job but todays experience was not typical the girl who did my pedicure just didnt seem like she wanted to be at work she didnt massage any part of my legs or feet my heals were really dry when i left there and normally they put my sandals on my feet before they paint my toes but today she didnt and once i got my sandals on i left and then i got home and my paint was all messed up😕
