    Emily was incredible! It was my first lash lift and tint and she walked me through everything, did a bunch of “extras” (brow clean up and mini facial) while I waited at no charge. Definitely knows what she’s doing, and had great product recommendations too. 5 stars +++!

    I recently went to get my lashes lifted and tinted by Emily at New Complexions and I am extremely satisfied with my results!! Emily is very friendly and made me feel relaxed and at ease during my service. Her studio is clean and calming to be in, and she walked me through the whole process as we were doing my lashes. I feel like I have the look of wearing mascara without all of the hassle, and I can leave the house feeling put together. Will definitely be recommending her!!

    I went into Emily’s studio in need of a lash lift and tint and a hydra facial. What I ended up with was two hours of absolute relaxation and the most amazing eyelashes and glowy skin. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable with soothing music and a warm bed to lay on. SO RELAXING! I added the LED light mask and it was a game changer! She also took the time to find me skin products suited to my needs. I’ve gotten multiple lash lifts from her and will always go back because she is truly passionate about her skill. She is always adding new treatments and furthering her education on skin, getting the best products out there! I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Emily you will not be disappointed.     I wanted to do something for myself to accentuate my own lashes and feel a little prettier. Emily did that. I got a lift and tint and my lashes are amazing! I dont need to wear mascara and have to constantly clamp them with an eyelash curler all day. I love it. Shes very sweet and knows what shes doing. I will definitely refer her all day.

    WOW! This girl knows what she’s doing!! I went to another place for a lash lift and tint and it lasted 4 days. The one I got from Emily at New Complexions is so long lasting and beautiful! I love her location as well, it’s very discrete. This place is 5 stars. Highly recommended. It was hard to leave the heated chair I was laying on during the procedures! Very comfortable and relaxing

    I saw Emily at New complexions and she was absolutely amazing! I did the Henna eyebrows with a wax and I’m in love with the results and how she was able to create an arch that still looks natural! She actually reached out before the appointment and asked how I want my brows which was wonderful. Emily was very welcoming as soon as I got there, she was able to fix my uneven brows that I came there with so I’ll be forever grateful lol. I’ve been to many brow and lash places before moving to NSB and I’m so glad I found this place. I’ll be going back for my brows and face treatments too, highly recommend New Complexions Aesthetics! :))

    Edit 04/24/24: Emily has a new location now and it’s so cute. You can tell she has invested so much time into making it beautiful and welcoming. I continue to get my eyelashes and brows with her, and she is so patient with me. I get so anxious about someone touching my eyes and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and that the end result is just as good.I have been getting my eyelash lifts and eyebrows done with Emily and super recommend her. She is seeing clients at her home studio which is very serene and comfortable. She is really kind and helps you relax.

    Emily is absolutely amazing!I wanted to have a “me day” and was able to book with her for a facial, lash lift & tint, and eyebrow shaping. She didn’t disappoint. Emily made me feel at home, while still making me feel like I was being pampered. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout and happy before leaving. She provided aftercare information, making sure I didnt leave with any unanswered questions.     Emily was great! The ambience set the mood and gave nothing but good vibes and a peace of mind... Emily was gentle and did my lash lift in no time, with no harm done. It’s been three weeks now and they are still holding up great😌😍 I also received a gentle/glowing facial that helped with unclogged pores, black heads, and dead skin.     I am beyond happy with my lash lift n tint that Emily actually had to fix bc of a bad experience somewhere else! She is very professional, informative and makes sure you are comfortable and happy before you leave. I love that she gave me a cute bag with her card and aftercare for my lashes along with aftercare instructions.     My daughter & I both got eyelash lift/curl. Emily did an amazing job, she is very gentle, listens to exactly what you want & takes her time. She also did the henna on my eyebrows which turned out very natural looking. I was surprised because I have lite eyebrows & was scared they would end up too dark. She told me what to do when I got home if my man thought they should be a little lighter color. I did what Emily advised & my eyebrows turned out perfect! I highly recommend trying out her cute, clean, little day spa!!

    Emily did a fantastic hon on my eyelash lift and tint. I am so happy with the results. This is the first lift and tint that I have had )extensions before).     I couldnt be happier to see my natural lashes and brows lifted to perfection. For my first time ever doing something like this I was so happy for the calming experience along with how she took the time to make sure I was comfortable and aware of everything she was doing while also offering other services that I was interested in. She is very informal and I will definitely be coming back and doing this more often! Emily is very easy to talk to and I didnt feel shy or nervous at all having her around my eyes! Im super excited to try out the many different skincare options she has available. Im so glad I didnt decide to do lash extentions because I didnt expect a lash lift to achieve the same look but without the fake hairs around my eyes granted I do have naturally long eyelashes but i wasnt expecting such subtle but dramatic difference!

    Tourist here. First time getting a facial! I would give 10 stars if I could. It was an overall great experience & the most relaxed Ive been in forever.
