    I had a very positive experience getting Morpheus8 recently at North Florida Aesthetics! The clinician was really straightforward and thoughtful, walking me through the procedure step by step, and checking in with how pain management was going. As a small kindness, my stomach starting growling in the middle of the treatment and and asked whether shed mind grabbing a few chocolates from the waiting room to take the edge off! She brought them back with some water and gave me a moment-- she really was extremely nice to interact with and super professional. Im very grateful that they scheduled me a consultation ahead of time to talk through my options-- I feel a lot of trust in the practioners here.

    I would highly recommend North Florida Aesthetics! As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is calming, clean and welcoming. Michelle was attentive and incredibly helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and provided excellent customer service.My first appointment was with Kim. She started by explaining all the different options offered to her office and recommending what she thought would work best for me. She was direct and well informed, which I very much appreciate. She went above and beyond helping address my concerns and took her time explaining without making me feel rushed. She was confident, patient, kind and informative. My results are exactly what I was wanting.My second appointment was with Angie for an IPL Photo Facial and my experience with her was every bit as great as my first appointment. Angie is well informed about the services provided in the office and did an incredible job of making me feel comfortable and explaining the process and post care instructions. She was honest, thorough and friendly.I am looking forward to future appointments!

    It’s an absolute pleasure doing business with North Florida Aesthetics. The facility itself is elegant and welcoming, and the staff are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The procedures are clearly explained, and they are careful to make sure that you are fit and able to undergo whatever procedure is necessary for you to achieve your desired results.     Kim Cupp and her staff at NF Aesthetics have been such a wonderful experience. I go every month as a perk for myself and their facial treatments are truly amazing. They use only medical grade products and tailor each and every treatment and therapy that best fits YOU the client. Kim and her staff are always professional, caring, forthright and call a few days later to see how you are feeling, looking and happy! Of which I am and continue to be.

    Kim and her team are just fabulous. All extremely nice and personable. Kim is amazing at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable and look beautiful. What more could you want!?! They are also abiding by covid restrictions and I feel very safe when I visit the office.

    I came in thinking I wanted restylane kysse, but Kim took the time to explain the difference between different dermal fillers and helped me pick out the right product for my goals. She’s super nice, the facility is gorgeous, and the whole process was surprisingly comfortable (lots of numbing).

    I love everything about this place. Kim and her staff are incredible. I get the monthly VIP services, which is a monthly Facial and my skin has never looked better. I no longer have to wear makeup to cover up my blotchy skin. I highly recommend them.

    Beautiful office and friendly staff. I have had a few facials and cant say enough about how great their aesthetician is! They carry a great medical grade skin care line, as well as lots of different all natural/organic goodies in the lobby! I would highly recommend this place and cant wait to return!

    A true gem of Gainesville. Very personal and you feel as though you’re their only patient. All staff was very knowledgeable and I had the best facial/microderm I’ve ever had by Angie who is an expert in her field. If you want a true medical experience and not just spa fluff, this is the place.

    Kim Cupp is a true artist when it comes to injectables.... especially filler.... she is a master at her craft and I do not trust anyone else with face!!!Her staff are amazing. They are kind, professional, and knowledgeable..They offer such a wide variety of treatments from Coolsculpting to Ultherapy and so much more!!Last but not least.. they have wonderful product lines that really give you great results for your at home care.This is my go to place in Gainesville. I have friends who come here from Jacksonville...absolutely love North Florida Aesthetics!!

    Ive been going to see Kim at North Florida Aesthetics for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is thoughtful and always calls a few days after my service to see how Im feeling. The only time I ever had bruising was when I (against their advice and mentioned in the too much legal paperwork) continued taking fish oil supplements. Theres a reason they make that suggestion! Also mentioned in their very thorough paperwork is that there is not a physician in the office most of the time.This is because they dont do surgeries or other medically risky procedures. An MD is not required, nor is one necessary. If having an MD is important to someone, they should go see a plastic surgeon and pay four times as much as what NFA charges. They also offer free LED light therapy to all of their patients after their treatment, so there is really good follow up support care available. I find their prices to be competitive for what I am getting. And Im sorry, but my face is not a place Im willing to skimp :)
