    Jamie is awesome! I recently got a balayage for the Fall season and the color came out gorgeous. She is super attentive to my needy hair needs and has helped bring life and health back into my hair! I appreciate all the knowledge she shares on all the products she uses, and in general she is just a joy to have conversation with. She is a stylist dedicated to my hair journey and she made that evident every step of the way. Thank you Jamie!!!! :)

    Jamie gave me the best color and cut! Not only did I leave with great hair, I had the best time with her. She’s tentative, and talented. She’s now officially “My Hair Lady!” I would also like to commend the whole staff, overall lovely energy in Spalala.

    Jamie did an outstanding job on my hair! I was nervous to come to a new stylist after having a bad experience with a stylist at another salon, but she made me feel completely comfortable! Even after box dying my own hair, she was able to revive and bring life back to it! I will 100% be coming back for any of my hair needs!

    Went here for a massage and pedicure because my brother got me a gift card. Its actually the 2nd time in 2 years Ive gone to this salon for the same services and I had the same experience. The massage was amazing definitely 5 stars and I will totally go back for future services. The 4 star review is because the nail services are just mediocre.In their defense Im super picky about my nails so I pay very close attention to whats being done and in both my times here it was not up to my expectations for the price. The tools are in a plastic box with nail files reused from customer to customer which seems totally unsanitary to me. The base and top coat polishes were thick and old looking. A big part of why I even get a professional pedicure in the first place is for the callous scrub. The service was a couple of scrubs and my feet were still rough when I left the salon. Sadly, the polish is looking pretty worn after only 4 days and the side of one toe nail was missed completely. Im not that rough on my feet so it usually lasts much longer.Overall this spa is nice, clean (for the most part), the staff is super friendly, theres plenty of parking and it was a relaxing afternoon.

    I wish I would’ve found this place sooner. Nothing but positive vibes and friendliness. Bonnie is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. Best color and cut I’ve ever had. I’ve been in this area for a year and finally found someone who can truly do hair! If you want awesome color and someone who can cut hair. You need to see Bonnie!✨ 🤩 🤗

    I got too crazy with bleach and needed professional help, they were able to get me in the same day!! Arinne did my hair, she is AMAZING! She did such a great job and made me feel so pretty! She is so sweet and knowledgeable. I could have hung out in there all day, everyone was so nice and friendly!!! I will definitely be coming back to see her!

    I had a great massage experience here during the Winter holidays. Molly was just amazing and gave me the best massage I think I’ve ever had!! Atmosphere was nice and quiet and the young lady at the front desk was very friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

    Jamie is hands down the most amazing human being I’ve ever met! An artist or “Picassa” is how I described her to my husband! I have always found it really hard to find someone that takes time understanding my recent hair problems & she made me feel like a million bucks! Her hug at the end sealed the experience, Jamie made me feel like I was family & not just another customer! I left with the biggest smile on my face! I can’t wait to come back to SpaLaLa - the environment was just absolutely amazing & the sweet receptionist also made me feel like I’ve been a customer for years, she knew who I was before I could even tell her my name! If I could give a thousand stars I would in a heart beat!

    Read nice reviews/pictures about Arinnes work. Had a haircut/perm with her last year. The cut and perm are still in pretty good shape after 7/8 months. She was very pleasant, skillful and professional. Wonderful experience and highly recommended!

    Got a Brazilian wax by Ms. Renee who is the best! So lucky to have an (almost) painless experience. Anyone who gets wax knows there is a tiny sting and this was by far one of my best waxing experiences. Ms. Renee also explained the type of wax she recommends I use moving forward that works for my hair and skin type. I appreciate her so much for the smooth service.

    I have had nothing but wonderful service here. I have had great massages, waxes, pedicures and manicures. The staff is professional and accommodating, the atmosphere is fun and relaxing. My stylist, Carol always makes my hair look great, and I get so many compliments on her cuts.

    It was a very nice atmosphere, and Nicole was absolutely phenomenal. She bleached my hair and got the previous colors out, and all without it being noticeably damaged. The staff is incredibly nice, and did a very good job for myself, and other people I saw come and go in that time.

    I am extremely impressed with Spa La La and the technician that did my hair, Kristina. I just got my hair trimmed/styled with layers and side bangs. She listened to what I wanted, took her time, and it came out PERFECT. Im usually pretty laid back about my hair [it all grows back out eventually], but Ive never had someone actually get the side bangs the way I wanted them.All of the staff that I met while I was there was extremely nice and pleasant. Kristina even had the receptionist call me 45 minutes before my appointment to let me know her prior appointment was running longer than expected. It was so considerate so I had problem pushing my appointment a little later so she wasnt rushed. Ive never had someone call me so I didnt have to wait forever once I got there.The whole experience was awesome and I will definitely be going back!

    Ok I want to start saying that Im very picky with my hair, my daughter told me that she wants some highlights and I wasnt sure where to take her I look everywhere and nothing convinced me, my husband found this place and made an appt. I went to the appt praying for my daughters hair lol, but he couldnt have chosen a better place. I am so pleased with Sheeritas work, she did an amazing job Im in love with my daughters hair and from now on she is the only one whos going to do my daughters and my hair.

    Scheduled a trim with Taylor and had a great experience. I have long, thin hair and she did an amazing job just taking off the dead ends as I asked. I was worried about getting too much cut off but that wasn’t the case at all. Taylor cut the exact amount off to make my hair healthy again. If you need a haircut I highly recommend Taylor!

    I went in today to have my hair cut by Carol. She was sooo awesome!!! I showed her two different pics of what I wanted and she NAILED IT!! I am so happy with my hair and have gotten complimented by everyone who has seen it today. Carol, thank you so much for taking the time to make my hair cut/style exactly what I wanted. It was great not to feel rushed and like just another appointment!! I will be back for sure :)

    I love coming to Spa Lala! Arinne did SUCH an amazing job. She is so kind, and professional, and down to earth , she truly cares about her clients, she explains what she will do, she is so mindul of her clients, made me feel so comfortable.     Massages are great, nail services are mediocre. If you purchase a package gift set of services (nails and massage) they have to be used in the same session and cant be booked separate and then its subject to availability of technicians which limits use to make appointment scheduling difficult.

    Perfect service! Ive had everything... a hair cut, color, pedicure, massage... You name it! Spa la la is excellent! I drive from Crestview just to get their awesome services.Angela is a great hair dresser! Brittany does fabulous pedicures! Jamie does great massages! And Alyssa, the receptionist, is friendly!Theyre all wonderful ladies! And Spa Lala is a great place to relax and get pampered!

    I love the luxury Spa La La offers to our community. I have had several pedicures and manicures here and have always had excellent service.
