    Erica at Nokomis Village did my haircut today for me! She was awesome! Listened and cut the way I wanted! Ill be sure to ask for her next time! Well next time came and yes she again did an awesome job!

    This was my first time here and Lauren was AMAZING. I only wanted a haircut but I did cut off close to 20 ins and she was amazing with setting me up to send my hair off for donation. I feel so much lighter taking all that hair off. Plus because I donated my hair, this haircut was on them. That was an amazing feeling. Thank you!! Highly recommend Lauren as she’s very pleasant. Thank you Lauren!!! I will come back.

    This was such an easy haircut experience. I decided on a whim to let a professional cut my hair after 3 years of doing it myself. Signed in on the app, waited about 30 minutes, headed to the store. After a 5 to 10 minute wait, it was my turn. Michelle was delightful, a good listener and very efficient. Im quite pleased with my haircut. I may be retiring from the self haircut business!

    Great service. Only had to wait 15 mins. Kyle, cut my husbands hair. He looks amazing. Also Viv, is a great hair stylist. Both were very sweet and nice. Great time to go in is about 1:30 p.m. it was empty at this time.

    Love the mobile check in, and always get a great cut. Im not really picky, but still dont want to look goofy. Ive never had a bad cut at the Laural Rd. location, although a friend from Germany did, and when we went back a couple days later, they were very apologetic, and took him right away and fixed it...so great customer service after the fact as well.

    Lori is an awesome manager and stylist! I have been coming to this Great Clips for almost 2 years with my 90 year old mother that has dementia and can be super difficult. Her new medicine has helped tremendously with agitation so the other day I was surprised when she was not cooperating. Lori stayed calm and didnt throw in the towel - she got my moms hair washed and then offered to cut it right there in the wash station chair (a HUGE help). She went the extra mile to be patient and work with us (I was sweating bullets!). She always exhibits these qualities. I am 100% positive most hair stylists and stores would not be so accommodating and I honestly can say I would understand. I have had several other stylists there be just as nice and I think it is because Lori (as manager) sets the tone. Thank you!

    My son will not go anywhere else. By far the best hair cuts for the price. Whats the best about this place is when you love your haircut the stylist saves your profile so the next beautician can cut your hair just like you like it! I highly recommend this place.

    Came here a couple of weeks ago to chop off my hair. Vivian did a great job and gave me exactly what I was looking for, an A-line Bob with a little stacking in the back. Ive gotten my hair cut at other places (both Great Clips and a more expensive hair cuttery) and didnt get what I was looking for, though maybe that was me not knowing what to ask for (so know how to explain what you want or bring pics!). THANKS VIVIAN !! 👍Also, as a plus, if your hair is long enough to donate, you get a free cut??? Not sure if thats a temporary promotion or not, but it was a nice surprise!

    After going to a couple more expensive salons and getting uneven haircuts, bad haircuts (being laughed at by the owner of one salon where her husband absolutely butchered my hair), I was pretty anxious walking into Great Clips today. Lori, however, listened to my previous hair baggage and gave me exactly the kind of cut I wanted! I will be going back for sure. Thank you Lori!

    I like this great clips at Nokomis Village. They are very friendly and I always go when I know my favorite hairstylist is going to be working that day. So far I’ve been very happy with my haircut.

    I happen to follow up on a 7.98 a haircut deal and Nancy and Laura Laura they are all wonderful stylist Im getting having surgery next week and Ive always been more than satisfied and dont forget to tip the girls they work very hard

    What I like about this place is they keep notes on how you like your hair and when you come in they punch it up in the computer and they ask you is this right thats the best idea ever you need to check it out cant go wrong
