    I have just had a one hour crystal session w/Cynthia @ Beach Life Wellness. What wonderful peaceful experience. The crystals, each w/their own healing properties, are placed all over your body. My nose cleared. My tight throat &.chest were better afterwards. A feeling of contentment lasts for quite a few days. Give Cynthia and her crystals a try. She tailors each session to you. It will be an hour well spent.

    I had an incredible experience at Beach Life holistic wellness spa with my partner! The couples massage was heavenly, and the skilled therapists worked wonders on our muscles, leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated - I was in a complete trans. The ambiance was serene, and the facilities were immaculate. We couldnt have asked for a better way to unwind together. Highly recommend this spa for a truly delightful couples massage!

    Stress after Hurricane Milton was relieved by a visit to Beach Life Wellness in Nokomis. The calm, soothing surroundings, caring staff, and a 1 1/2 hour pampering session was just what I needed! Now I can tackle picking up insulation and getting quotes on repairs with renewed energy!

    Amazing ambience, super clean and friendly staff. Very professional massage incorporating relaxing music and warm, steamy towels to warm the body nicely before massage. If you are in the Nokomis area, this is a must stop. Easy to make appointments online and chose the precise service you want. I can’t really recommend one particular massage therapist over another, they are all excellent! I would say chose several days and use different ones.

    My massages have been amazing here! I’ve been to many spas and this is by far my favorite. The staff is very kind and helpful and my massages have been very helpful to relieve a lot of my chronic pain. So glad I found them! Would highly recommend them!

    I have had many massages in my life time at many different places and I gotta say this place deserves all the merit. The ambiance was comforting and the staff was very professional and sincere about what they do and provide. I worked with Lana and she knew exactly what she was doing I told her my situation with my shoulder and she not only relieved the pain but lifted all the stress I had in the surrounding area as well.     I have been seeing Lucho and Jake for fitness and nutrition and Im extremely pleased with their help. I have just signed up for another round and look forward to continued good health thanks to their guidance. I have also had a massage with Lana and it was superb.     I’ve had two treatments at Beach Life Wellness; a deep tissue massage and acupuncture, both were phenomenal. The massage with Lana is probably one of the best I have ever gotten, she was able to work through so much tension in my neck and shoulder area, I immediately felt relief, it was very beneficial and I plan on going on a monthly basis. I am also currently seeing Tara for acupuncture for some shoulder/bicep pain, she is incredibly knowledgeable and informative on Eastern medicine. The healing process takes time and I’m looking forward to working with everyone here to get me back to 100%

    Went in for the first time today. Megan did my 90 minute massage. She was excellent! I was in so much pain the last week with a punched nerve. A few hours after leaving and can really feel the difference. My back has loosened up and the pain is greatly reduced. Thank you Megan!

    Great customer service and beyond. My better half called Lucho on a Saturday morning and he was able to get me in later that afternoon. Out of four places that she called, she felt the best energy with Beach Life Wellness and certainly the most accommodating. We were greeted by a great staff. Diana provided the perfect massage and her understanding of my needs was remarkable. I will be driving an hour and a half to see them again routinely.

    Renee Auriemma Jenkins was my massage therapist 18 years ago when we lived in CO. I am absolutely ecstatic that she recently moved to the area and is working at Beach Life Wellness! Renee was great all those years ago, but now with all of her additional training and years of experience, she is simply one of the BEST! Lana and Lucho are wonderful people who run a beautiful, clean and professional spa. I hope to try all of the services they offer and highly recommend Beach Life Wellness!

    Dr. Lucho is such a POSITIVE, educated and patient person. I hired him to work with my elderly parent who was having health difficulties with weight loss and exercise. Holistic options, education on nutrition and physical therapy all in one location. Loads of success and super understanding. Food diary, suggestions and more were provided. The entire staff is super friendly too! My parent always felt better after each session. Phone conferences to me about updates were always very professional and encouraging. Prices are very fair when compared to other locations. COVID safety measures implemented and yes, they do wear their masks! We are blessed to have found Beach Life Wellness! 5 stars!!!!

    I had my second deep tissue massage with Lana. She really works out the knots and stress. They have a great place very clean and very professional. I would highly recommend.     I went for a deep tissue massage due to stress issues the other day. Lana was absolutely amazing at focusing on my trouble spots, and I cannot BELIEVE what a difference she has made in my problem areas .... I feel better than I have felt in months and cant wait to go back! I may not need to anytime soon with as much as she has helped me with just one massage!     Just received the most amazing massage with Lana for my Birthday! Perfectly perfect health and safety protocol in place in a very clean and hospitable environment. My massage was therapeutic and included a combination of techniques, including cupping to release myofascia.     Beach Life Wellness is a great place for therapy, I was absolutely impressed with the results of the organic skin care with ultrasonic and oxygen technologies.     I am so glad that I found Beach Life Wellness! It is a 45 min drive from where I live but is definitely worth the travel !!!! I had a beautiful facial by Jessica. The products they use are wonderful and the next day I could definitely see a difference in my skin. I tried the technology with my facial and will probably always add that on to future facials. Ive already scheduled my next two! I also had a nutrition analysis with Lucho, which was very informative.     I have been attending Beach Life Wellness for over a year doing physical training with both Jake and Lucho. I have found the exercise and training very helpful. They are great at adapting to my changing requirements. Their individual sessions are what I like to have.I hae also been receiving twice monthly massages from Diana and the deep tissue massages have been helpful and comforting.

    A beautiful garden with professional therapists melting away stress and making you feel and look better.The beach starts at the Beach Life Wellness Center, where I treated myself to a massage, acupuncture and a deep cleaning facial, hence I was coming from New York city, helped me get ready to take it all off at the beach in Sarasota!The place is so beautiful and the kindness and professional treatment I experienced from Lucho and Lana, made me excited to get my fitness on and I decided to sign up for a few personal training sessions during my stay in FL. Thats when I came to find out they offer a nutritional program that was delicious (Lucho is a trained Chef!) I learned some nutrition facts for my diet - and took a kayak ou to see with my new friends at Beach Life. Very cool spot to add feel good treats to your time in FL.Loved all the Beach Life Wellness staff, very friendly and most professional group.

    Lanas Reiki is absolutely PHENOMENAL. With the sound bowls and the controlled breathing exercises, with coresponding tonal mantras I not only feel but SEE stagnant, blocking, unnecessary energies drifting or even Pulled away. She can locate problematic stress points immediately without me telling her. Amazing! A True Master! I highly recommend.

    I had a tension headache for several days and couldn’t get rid of it. Called for a massage appointment and was able to go in 1.5 hours later. Lana was the masseuse and did a fantastic job with not only my neck and shoulders, but also my lower back. I’ll be going back to her every time I’m in Nokomis! I highly recommend Lana to take care of muscle aches and pains!! Super!!!!!

    I’ve been going to Beach Life Wellness since my Freshman year in highschool and am now heading off to college. As a tennis player I was looking for a trainer who could help develop my body specifically for my sport and that’s exactly what Lucho has helped me achieve these past few years. I saw my tennis game elevate along with my overall conditioning and am excited to say that choosing to stick with the family here was the right choice. I am now headed to play Division 1 tennis and can confidently say that they have prepared me for the workload, and that whoever is looking for a workout will get one here that best benefits them! Aside from that, I’ll be sure to come back and visit because of the bonds and memories I’ve made here.

    I spent 6 weeks in Nokomis and went to this spa 5 times and had stellar service 3 of the times. My last two visits I had an issue with one of the LMTs. The co owner found out and rectified.     Beach Life Wellness has given me the care I needed after a trauma accident that left me with a broken fibula and tibia & a shattered collarbone. As a very active person, I didnt know how to scale down my routine to heal this very intense injury. Trainer Lucho started me off with a PT routine that has fit my healing pace every month of the way. Now 3 months in, I am finally able to run in place, break a sweat, and start getting back on the yoga mat. Im so thankful for the attention to detail he pays to my PT routine. And, he listened very well meeting me where I was at mentally, to help me scale back from an exercise psychology to one of healing. I look forward to my 6 month mark where I can run again!     Great experience!!! I recommend it sincerely to everyone who wants to find peace and relax but who might also need to treat other issues in a deeper way. For example, I got an excellent deep tissue which helped me with all my back-ache due to stress and wrong posture, and also had acupunture that has really improved my stomach and gastric problems. All of this in a very peacefull and quite environment right next to the wonderful Nokomis beach...a really MUST in everyones vacations!!!
