    My husband and I got a couples massage here and it was wonderful! I upgraded to the prenatal massage and the masseuses made us both feel very relaxed and comfortable. The only downside (which wasn’t in the control of the spa) was the construction and the time it took for the hot water in the shower to kick in. Otherwise we highly recommend the couples package which includes the massage, champagne (or juice), poolside lunch and beach/pool access!

    I love going to this place! They have great deals and after your massage you have the beach/pool to go to. Ed was my masseuse last time I was there and he did a great job, the massage was amazing. I highly recommend

    (November)My love surprised with a trip from MI. We stayed at the resort here, he surprised me with a full body massage for my birthday and I must say it was completely amazing. Everything was so relaxing, from the arrival, waiting area, dressing room to the massage room. If I lived in FL I would definitely have an appointment scheduled again already.Best massage Ive ever had and I use to get massages at least twice a month.

    Ive been here two separate occasions, and what a relaxing time. Earlier this year I took my boyfriend here for a couples massage and it is worth the package. Nancy, the spa coordinator was very informative and helpful in my decision in purchasing a package with seven seas spa & salon. For the couples package, you get the following: valet, a welcome glass of champagne, 60-minute Swedish massage (but you can choose to upgrade to a different massage if you’re like me and like a lot of pressure and the therapists to really work into your muscles…so worth the up-charge) you also have access to the beach and the pool, 10% discount for a beverage at the poolside bar. I was a little disappointed the sauna wasn’t working when we were there months ago but I’m pretty sure that’s fixed by now and I am excited to look into coming back.

    Probably the best massage Ive received in my life. My husband and I got a couples massage for our anniversary. The service was excellent, the ambiance was great, the robes, slippers, aromatics, hot towels, steam room, drinks at the end were all great. Diane and Paola were fantastic massage therapists. I felt completely relaxed! Loved the whole experience. Definitely worth the money (which wasnt as much as I had expected it to be)!

    Honestly not sure why this place is rated 3 star, my experience had been nothing short of amazing. It helps when you stay in the hotel, no hassle with parking/being late etc. I gave it extra time and showed up early to enjoy the amenities. But the best part is the massage. Paola is amazing, very good technique, perfect pressure and pace. The aveda aroma scents- goodness! My body felt so relaxed the entire time. Massage is prepared really well, from the aroma scent to mimosa, everything feels quality and pampering. Wish I could find something like this back at home.

    A few weeks ago, I purchased a Groupon for the Seven Seas Spa for mother’s day for a couples massage which included a one hour massage, mimosas, a valet parking voucher, and beach/pool access which included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for the day. That said, booking my appointment was effortless and the staff at the front desk was incredibly nice. The day we went in for our massages, like the typical Miami summer day, it started to pour. Instead of risking being out in the ocean during a thunderstorm, we asked Nancy, the receptionist, for a rain check. She immediately tended to our needs and made sure that regardless of the weather, our beach access would not go to waste. We got in for our appointment and the massages were great! My technician knew exactly what he was doing and he applied the right amount of pressure to areas which I had tension knots. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I was pleased with the courteousness of the staff.The only two critiques I have were first, the fact that the lounge area lacked an attendant who could clean up the empty mimosa glasses left behind by others, and provide fresh blankets for the chaises. Secondly, as a full figured woman, I would have appreciated a robe and shoes which were suited for my body type. I understand they are trying to cater to a “happy median” and thus buy robes in one size, but sometimes a little detail such as fitting robes and shoes, goes a very long way.

    Amazing Spa, customer service is excellent. The staff form reception to message therapists are very profession and polite. The Spa interior is phenomenal, very relax atmosphere, the scent of the spa is very pleasant, the lighting inside is fantastic for the ambient. The locker rooms are very clean, and comfortable. Showers are inside locker area well as steam room. I went to this spa for a couples massage and my husband loved the service aswell. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a day gateway to relax and pamper themselves. Do NOT read the bad reviews they are completely false on the quality of service. The staff and services is amazing. ***** with out a thought.

    Susanna provided a fabulous massage! My muscles feel relaxed. Right amount of pressure all over. Reflexology and hot towels felt good. The spa experience and atmosphere was soothing. Would definitely go here again. Thanks!

    After reading a few reviews I was a bit hesitant about my visit. Upon arriving I was greeted by a very pleasant staff who showed me around the spa area. The locker room is a bit small - but Im there for the services. I had a facial and a massage which were part of a Groupon package. Both attendants were pleasant and knowledgeable about their services. The relaxation area is comfortable and the ambiance is relaxing.I would not hesitate to recommend this spa to my friends.

    I gave this place another try after my first massage experience wasn’t good. This time the massage still wasn’t good. The lady didn’t massage me, she just rubbed my body. When I asked her to put pressure, she said that I paid for an elemental massage not a deep tissue. Massage was a failure again 👎. Now the facial I took this time with Kristy was amazing. She took her time and removed all the black heads I had in my face. I will schedule a facial again with her for sure.

    Seven Seas is absolutely beautiful. I went on a Living Social deal with my friend. Complimentary valet parking is a nice touch. I wish someone had recommended to us to arrive hours earlier so we could have had time to really enjoy the tiki hut on the beach. Lunch was so-so. My massage was utterly boring and monotonous. My friends massage was a little better.The real highlight to my day was my manicure and pedicure with Lissette. Shes got lots of personality and did a nice job with my nails. My friends nail tech had no personality at all. The salon is really pretty, although I couldnt understand why they were showing cartoons on the TV. Oh well, whatever. No big deal.When we were checking out, the front desk person asked how we enjoyed our services. I said I enjoyed the manicure and pedicure and she never asked about the massage. They have a little ways to go on the service side. Im undecided whether Id go back.

    Amazing experience!! We stayed at Newport beach hotel and decided to get a couples massage while we visited. We would highly recommend this place! The staff was extremely pleasant and had a wonderful atmosphere. We also got a lunch included with our massage. Thank you for the experience!!

    I am very disappointed to see the poor ratings of this spa. I have been many times, and although the staff was not always hospitable, I have enjoyed making use of the amenities (steam room, pool, beachside tiki hut, champagne) in addition to having a facial and massage so that made up for it. The massages and facials I have had here have been amazing even though at times I felt rushed. I suggest when having multiple services to spread out the time in between. Just go and really take your time and enjoy what the spa has to offer. Its definitely worth it if you make use of it. The spa should def have a hostess walk first time clients through and get them familiar with the amenities and procedure so that they are not lost... A little customer service goes a loooong way.

    Awesome experience..people doing messages are experts. They adjusted our appointments as per our request.. didn’t rush through at all. Also guests staying in resort gets 20% off .. excellent deal, worth it.
