Erikas personality and kindness are worth ten stars to even begin with. I messaged her for a last minute appointment on a Thursday and she was so kind to squeeze me in although her calendar was full because I had to catch an early flight. Her studio is spotless and beautiful. This woman has TALENT! She was quick and the process was as painless as possible. Even better is that its been two weeks and noooo ingrowns at all. She definitely has earned my loyalty!

I discuss my concerns with her about my sensitive skin, she educates me what I need help with and takes her time with my waxes. Her energy and spirit is so warming I recommend all my friends and family to come here(especially if its your first time ever getting waxed). This place is amazing!

Erika is absolutely amazing. Found her from Groupon and I was so impressed that Ive already been back twice and plan to be a regular. Ive only gotten waxed here, but plan to try a facial soon. She is very friendly, welcoming, and excellent at what she does. When getting a wax, she has me in and out in 20 min or less and is thorough. Somehow without causing much pain. She also has the best prices Ive been able to find in Miami. Highly recommend!

I just left there and I must say that my experience was great. I got the Brazilian Wax (front and back) with underarm. I’m a beginner and I was very nervous coming in but Marcela Alfonso made me feel very comfortable and taught me breathing exercises while in the process. I will definitely be coming back. I have been booking with Erika and the ladies at this spa for over a year & a half. I have nothing but great things to say. When I’m Miami, I refuse to go anywhere else to get my wax services. It’s such a clean, calming, and professional establishment. Not to mention they ALWAYS have Groupon deals available for your budget. Even when I’m running late or have to reschedule, it’s always a pleasure. Love it here!

I found this place by chance as I was receiving horrible customer service from other waxing studios over the phone.Erika was very attentive to me over the phone and answered every question I had with no problems and helped guide me in the right direction on how to get there since Im new to the city.First off, the studio is beautiful, cozy, and sanitary. I got a Brazilian for the first time and my eyebrows done and my tech was guiding me through step by step on what she would do and what to expect and made me feel comfortable. I loved my overall experience here and Ill be sure to come back frequently for all of my waxing and facial needs.

Erika is the absolute best. I have being to her for the last 10+ years for a variety of service. I mainly go for Bikini wax, underarms, i no longer own a razor or use hair cream removal. She has specialty facial treatments that are amazing. She’s my one stop shop of beauty need. Love her, Try her, you will not regret it. Oh and she also does massages post cosmetic surgery.

I had a Brazilian was with Marcella and she was excellent. She made me feel very confortable and she explained everything that she was doing. She was very pleasant and professional. The studio was very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend this studio! I am looking forward to going back for more Brazilians and my first facial!

I came here to get a bikini wax and it was the smoothest ever from what my boyfriend says lol!! Erika was really nice and made me feel really comfortable she is really sweet. As soon as you walk in you can smell and see the cleanliness. I have now gotten a facial here too and my face looks and feels devine. I have now scheduled an eyebrow threading. I love this place and highly recommend it !!!!
