My wife and I went for the first time this past Saturday and had a great experience. She got a pedicure and I got a gel manicure. My nail technician, Vanessa, was super nice and she did an amazing job. I dont remember who did my wifes pedicure, but she was very happy with the service. Well definitely be going back!

My regular nail salon changed their regular pedicure from 32 to 45!!!! With no warning no loyalty so I was on the hunt for new place. I had a great first experience and they charged 35 for regular pedicure. I felt like it was a very nice pedicure ! Everyone was friendly and place appeared very cleaned! I will be going back!

I can’t say enough nice things about the salon and staff. The salon is beautiful, very modern, and very clean. The staff is amazing and so talented. 1000s of color choices. I see Vivian for my nails, she always does an amazing job.

I have been going to Emily at Palms Nail Spa for over 2 years, and there are not enough great things to say about both her and the salon. I have referred a few friends to go there and they have all had great experiences as well. All the staff there is extremely friendly and the salon is beautiful and very clean.

I’ve been going to Victor for about a year now so of course I had to follow him to his new salon! I have never had a single issue or complaint about my nails or the business. Every employee is so friendly and great at what they do. I am amazed by the salons cleanliness and professionalism and am just as impressed with how comfortable the environment is. Every time I leave I am so happy with the results of my nails and can’t wait to make my next appointment!

Absolutely love my nails done by Victor. The vibe of the spa is like a family which I prefer over an impersonal experience somewhere else. My nails are my natural nail with dip overlay and are a 10/10 every time because they know what theyre doing there. Highly recommend Victor or Vivian if youre looking for someone new. They also have online booking which is amazing!

I dont normally write google reviews BUT the customer service I experienced at Palms Nail Spa deserves one! Like many other people I recently relocated from Iowa to North Palm Beach. Ive been going to the same nail salon in IA for years and always LOVED walking in because (Andy) knew me and called me by my first name. He would also ask about my family, business trip etc. As soon as I walked into Palms Nail Spa I felt at home! Kristy greeted me by my first name and was absolutely wonderful! They also did a wonderful job on my dip and pedicure! Highly recommend Palms Nails Spa! Superior customer service!

Never too rough.It was easy to make an appointment online for my hot oil pedicure with Sindy. I didnt have to wait long and was offered a beverage.Sindy was professional, thorough, attentive and personable. First time at Palms and Ill never go anywhere else. It was nice to see a busy spa run well with happy customers throughout. It was also nice to see Katie working there; I had great pedicures from her in the past when she worked at a different place.

I’ve been going to Victor for over a year, I travel from Ohio to get my nails done by him because he is the best I’ve ever worked with! His attention to detail is incredible and I can’t imagine letting anyone else do my nails! I tell him an idea and he brings it to life! I’ve even referred friends to come see him who come back with him regularly! His wife Lena is equally as talented with nail art! I’m incredibly OCD and picky with everything. This nail salon is by far the best place I’ve been to ever. My dip manicure is absolutely perfect, I chose the hot stone pedicure which was amazing, especially the massage. Victor did both for me. Everyone there interacts with you, super friendly, they all speak English and don’t make you feel awkward like they’re talking about you to each other as most places do which is not welcoming. I will be back! I highly recommend everyone to go here, you won’t regret it!

Under New Management and I am SOOO happy with this place. Vivian aka Lina is the BEST nail technician. Ive been a client of Lina for roughly 3 years and she never disappoints. The customer service is on point and the one thing that stands out is that she has a great relationship with her clients and treats them as if they were family. The ambiance is refreshing. My 15 year old daughter sees her partner Victor whom is also AMAZING. Great dynamic duo. Highly recommend, for all my fellow NEW YORKERS who are relocating to this area and are lost finding their glam team. i HIGHLY recommend.

Great Atmosphere. Spa for your feet and hands. I love this place. I always get great treatment from the staff and lots of compliments from my friends on my nails. I really like the Dip-it for my hands. My polish does not come off and my nails grow strong and look great. “No polish change, No chipping of nail polish for 3 weeks” It’s really worth the money to look polished and professional every day! My feet love the pedicures with a little foot massage. My feet and hands say Thank You! You have to try this Nail Spa. You will be so happy you did.

If you want incredible nails by amazing professionals that know how to apply the product they sell, then I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this place. Victor is nothing short of AMAZING. Nails never break. I’m a 27 year old professional and Janine has been my nail tech starting this year. All I can say is that she is very knowledgeable and precise with her work. From the first day I came in, I was unsure whether to do the dip or gel. Dip can be more expensive, and at the time I heard it lasts longer than gel. She looked at my nails and said they look strong and it would be better for my nails to do the gel ! She is very honest, and by far the best nail tech I’ve come across. My gel manicure lasts for 3 weeks and I always receive compliments on how well they look. Never rushed, no cutting corners, this place and Janine is great and I highly recommend !
