    Dr. J is excellent. All business but spot on with his extraction ok the cancerous spot. Rita, who prepped the area for Dr. J’s procedure exceeds 5 STARS. She is compassionate with every step; detailed and focused as Dr. J removes the cancerous area. So pleased to have had her as part of “my Team.” Last, I would be remiss if I did not “high five” Tracy who who assisted with the stitching process. Tracy bandaged the area then wrapped it with care. She is awesome! Thanks team. . .

    They called early on the day of my appointment to say the Doctor was running 15 minutes behind so I could come in 15 minutes after my appointment time to cut down on my wait time. Got there and had a 4 minute wait till I was called back it was fantastic. Dr McBride was great as always

    I was referred to this practice by neighbors on the Nextdoor App. Their comments included: see whichever doc is in they are all great! Doc [whomever] did a great job, no scars, cares for their patients, and on. I found all of this true for the. Bobcat Villages office.I got an appt quite quickly and visited a neat and clean office, with efficient front desk staff. I did not wait long after I completed my new pt paper work before I was ushered back by Liberty, the medical assistant. She verified concerns and got me set upfor the consult. She wasl gone but a few minutes and they returned to begin the visit. The practitioner was very pleasant and seemed to be a solid diagnostician. She confirmed my suspicion and advised steps post biopsy results then addressed a second issue that was not what I thought, but something relatively easy to solve with time and diligent treatment. I felt I was heard and consideration given to my complaints. I enjoyed her communication style and she had a good rhythm with her MA that made her seem lime pleasant and knowledgeable personality to me.I will make my surgical appointment and follow up with my new derm practitioner at Riverchase and I will update with her name asap. I am very pleased as a new patient and grateful for an excellent referral!

    I highly recommend Gabriel M. Youssef M. He takes time to explain the procedure in detail. He is very friendly and puts you at ease. He did an amazing job on my varicose and spider veins. My insurance covered a large part. No pain or discomfort; back active and exercising almost immediately.

    Every visit is pleasant from the moment i walk through the door. The front desk staff is wonderful. My first experience was for a skin cancer removal. The procedure was easier than i thought.     The staff at Riverchase Dermatology are so sweet and encouraging. I am always greeted with a smile. Being in a wheelchair, the facilities are very accessible, with wide doors and large exam rooms. Zerema Carrier is very respectful of my mobility issues, going out of her way to make sure I am comfortable. I honestly would recommend this practice to anyone in need of a great dermatologist.

    This was my first visit to Riverchase Dermatology and I was very pleased from the moment I walked in. It was a clean office with a nice waiting room. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful I was seen shortly after I finished my paperwork. Ariana the PA was super nice and thorough, as was her assistant Bianca. They have other locations but I went to the one off of Toledo Blade Blvd.

    The couple of times Ive gone to Riverchase Dermatology, the staff has been very courteous and extremely helpful when finding the best time for me.     Office was very efficient. Monica helped me get an appointment quickly and was very helpful. I saw Zerema Carrier and she was very proactive. I left my previous dermatologist that i had gone to for three years and she had not helped me with a chronic rash. In one appointment with Zerema I felt there was direction for my treatment.     I am new patient so it was my first visit. When I arrived the front desk was very pleasant and greeted me kindly. I waited 30 minutes which isnt bad considering the foot traffic I noticed. I saw the nurse who was very nice, the doctor came in very shortly after. The doctor was also great. I Scheduled an exam and told thr doctor about a bump on my nose I was concerned about, mainly looks not medically. She was happy to remove it on my first visit which was awesome. All in all I will definitely be returning to Riverchase based on my first visit. Great job!

    Dr. McBride has been our family’s dermatologist for 10 years. She is thorough in her examinations and genuinely cares about my health. She remembers my family when I visit. She found melanoma on my spouse’s face, an innocuous freckle we considered harmless. She has connected us with plastic surgeons for this and additional large removals. I will continue to highly recommend her.

    Update Riverchase is excellent and they are very thorough. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating. Ariana is very capable and takes the time needed to discuss any issues and address them. Riverchase is our go to location for dermatology services.My most recent visit was with Ariana. She did a complete dermatological review and addressed all my concerns and questions. She was very professional and personable. I am always impressed with the staff and practitioners at Riverchase.The entire staff at Riverchase is great. (My only recommendation would be to tune the TV to something relaxing and innocuous such as a home improvement channel and not a loud, obnoxious cartoon.) During my visit for a minor procedure, nurses/assistants Hannah, and Roseanna were professional, cordial, and helpfully answered all my questions. They prepared me for the procedure and made the process as comfortable as possible.Dr. Jawitz performed the procedure and he was very competent and calmly answered all my questions while preparing me for what was to come during and after the procedure.Hannah then prepped me for discharge, and gave me a rundown of what procedures to follow over the next week.While I cant say it was a completely painless experience, which was expected, the doctor nurses, and staff made the visit as comfortable as possible. I have visited Riverchase since moving to FL, and it has always been a positive experience. They will also answer any questions through their online portal.Finding good practitioners in a new location can be a challenge, so I am glad to have found Riverchase for any dermatology needs.

    Wonderful facility. Professional & friendly staff. Doctor explained Mohs surgery thoroughly. Needed 2 rounds of the surgery but waiting time was comfortable and quiet. Top notch professionalism shown by all of the technicians. Post surgical instructions and expectations were explained in addition to a handout. Follow up appointments were made efficiently. I am glad I chose Riverchase Dermatology for my procedure, as I have a second Mohs scheduled on another location of my neck.

    I have had 2 visits at Riverchase. Both have been lovely. My latest was to take a basil cell off my face and so I saw Dr Jawitz. He was super nice and informative. As was the rest of the staff. Very comfortable feeling in their office. I would highly recommend him and his staff.I have just had another visit. Everyone is really nice. Everything was explained to me and I will be back for my yearly once over!!

The biopsy (and local anesthetic/lidocaine) was absolutely painless!I did not care for the choice of juvenile videos being played in the waiting room. And so loud. There weren’t any children in attendance. Perhaps a neutral channel choice like HGTV would be more appropriate.
