    I found Meredith on social media and boy am I glad I did. She has been amazing. She has been so patient with me through everything.     I have to share my experience with Meredith at Notorious Permanent Makeup. I have been having my makeup done for 15 years in Lakeland and It never stayed. It would peel and the color would be GONE! Not only is Meredith a pleasure to talk to she takes great measures to keep you as comfortable as she can during the procedure. I couldnt be any more satisfied with my brows, eyeliner and lips!

    Meredith is so talented!! Her knowledge on her trade is out of this world and she is so caring and patient. I traveled from east TN to Ocala to get my eye brows done with her and I would travel even farther to see her and pay for her services.     After researching permanent makeup for over a year, I chose to trust Meredith Leon at Notorious Permanent Makeup Ocala with my eyebrows. I am so happy that I did! I went in with scarce, barely there, patchy eyebrows (no plucking just naturally patchy) and she literally built-a-brow WITH me. She stopped and consulted with me every step of the way, making sure that I was comfortable both physically and with the process. She is an incredible artist and Im so happy that I did my research and found the perfect fit. My husband was worried when I first brought up the idea of PMU.. I have a scar through my brow that really deformed the shape and appearance of it. Meredith was able to make that terrible brow a true masterpiece, and for the first time in my life, Im truly happy with my eyebrows.     I am thrilled - 2 months after my first session my lips still look great. I chose a purplish shade initially but Meredith steered me to a rose blush that is completely natural. Even my bf, who always rolls his eyes when I spend my hard earned money on cosmetic artifice, says it was $$ well spent. I have always felt “undone” without lipstick. Now I rarely put it on day to day- don’t need it. And when I do wear it, it seems to go on more smoothly and stay on better. Meredith is clearly a professional and takes her work and business very seriously . I am in my mid 50s, active , annd don’t spend much time in hairc/makeup and just wish I’d done this sooner. I have rather thin lips and after having fillers previously , I’d say this was less painful - healing much quicker (hours), and results more impactful and natural.

    Meredith listens! She offers advice if requested, makes sure that you understand everything about the procedure, ensures your comfort, and shes so down to earth, its kind of like hanging out with a good friend! Besides that, shes extremely talented. Due to illness and medications, Ive lost a lot of hair, including my eyebrows, and my self-esteem has been in the toilet.     I started losing the outer portion of my eyebrows in my late 20’s due to thyroid disease. Since then, Ive made it a habit of asking total strangers where they had their eyebrows tattooed if I thought their results were exceptional. The majority of the time the response was either that it was a big mistake due to a really bad experience or it was done in South America or some other exotic locale. Too far away, too expensive, and way too many unknowns!My luck changed recently when I asked a friend who works at my local pharmacy where her beautiful brows were created. She presented me with the business card of Meredith Leon, considered by her peers and community as a Master Artist in the field of Permanent Makeup. I was also delighted that I didn’t have to drive very far to see her as she is centrally located in Ocala, Florida.I booked an appointment online; convenient and easy to do. Meredith called me right away for our phone interview. This was an excellent opportunity for me to get to ask questions and learn what to expect. This interview also gives you peace of mind in knowing if you are actually a good candidate for this kind of service.On my appointment day, I was greeted warmly and led to a small but very peaceful and pleasant room. The table is so comfortable and Meredith also has a lovely plush leg pillow to take the stress off of your lower back. Meredith explained everything before she did anything. Her confidence, delicate touch, and choice of relaxing background music, put me at ease right away. I was given ice packs in-between applications which really helped with swelling and slight discomfort.The follow up instructions were simple and my results are far beyond my expectations!     Absolute best experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had microblading done twice which turned into a blob of red color. Meredith recommended getting laser to remove the red. Once that was done she redid my eyebrows and wow what a transformation. I get so many complements on my eyebrows that I’ve even gotten my lips done as well. Now I wake up with make up. I never have to wear lipstick again. She is a perfectionist and makes sure everything looks as it should and very natural. I recommend her to everyone you will never go wrong with her doing your permanent makeup.

    Meredith truly is a master artist in her profession !!!! I have had my eyebrows done three times. The last time I had them microbladed. I was very disappointed and distraught on all three procedures!! I was very hesitant on ever getting them done again!! I saw the amazing work that Meredith accomplished with all her clients. I got my eyebrows done and the transformation was unbelievable!! I had to have a lot of correction and camouflaging done to my brows to correct all the bad work that was done in the past.     I highly recommend Meredith if you want or need eyebrows tattooed. For me it was a need more than a want and I couldnt be happier. No more fighting with the eyebrow pencils that never look right if you dont have eyebrows to start with or the eyebrow decals because my brows got so thin and course over the years.I was nervous and a little skeptical since I never had a tattoo before and now 2 1/2 weeks later I couldnt be happier.     I am more than pleased after my visit with Meredith! I had a breast lift several years ago that left me with pretty bad scarring (particularly around my areolas); even after a scar revision procedure & 4+ years of healing. I have traditional tattoos & had a couple artists try to touch them up before but nothing has compared to the results I saw this time!     Amazing experience! I could not be happier. She took my flat, boring brows and gave them life.     I just got my brows done a month ago and I am so in love with them! To not have to draw them on every morning is the best! My appointment was booked out 2 mo. and Meredith also recommended I add myself to the waitlist. A sooner appointment came available and I was scheduled the next day. A few years back I had microblading done and a touch up, it never held. As soon as my brows healed the ink came right out.     If you are looking for someone to do great work, look no further. Meredith takes the time to listen to your needs and gives expert advice on the look, shape, and color for your brows which all very depending on your face structure (I never knew this, but brows are not one size fits all nor are the two on our face).     Let’s be honest: No one looks good with pencil thin old lady eyebrows and I was no exception. Most of my eyebrows were gone due to over- tweezing when I was younger and I was a slave to the constant maintenance. Having my eyebrows done with permanent cosmetics has literally changed my life. The natural look of my brows has taken 10 years off my face, the arch is high and looks like I’ve had Botox (I haven’t needed any since my brows were done). As for Meredith, I did a lot of research and once I saw her website felt confident she had the skill and passion to do the correct procedure. She is very professional, took her time, did measurements, and kept checking her work. In the end, my brows look real. The color is perfect and I wouldn’t consider going back to not having great brows ever again. Do keep in mind that the process is a tattoo so there is some pain, however, the results are worth it.

    If I could give Meredith 10 stars I would. I just reclocated here from Los Angeles. I had paid $1200 to have my brows done in the most world reknown eyebrow establishment there several years ago. I wasnt happy with the color at all and had been told that nothing more could be done and Id just have to alter it with pencils. One of my friends referred me to Meredith and I was tentative on going to someone I didnt know and being a much, much, much smaller town than LA, I was nervous.     I highly recommend Meridith seifert, I originally had a very bad experience with my first powder brow set by a different artist. Meridith did a emergency removal for me and did a eyebrow correction a few months after the removal. She is very passionate and professional. She went above and beyond to help through this scary process. She restored the way I feel about pmu artists, she gives the industry a good name. If you are thinking about permanent makeup she is the professional you should see. Very talented, cant express my gratitude enough for her. She also keeps her salon very clean and sanitized.

Meredith is a skilled artisan and a mistress of her craft - I went in for a powder brow and I look amazing... 2 of my gfs are trying to book her because they came out so fabulous and are jealous... lol. Im a glam mommy, artist, teacher and domestic dame balancing beauty routines that are still part of my inner vixen and finding the time can be challenging at times- not only do I look even more amazing- I no longer have to worry about perfect brows! Procedure is painless, healing time is barely anything...2 hours after I left her salon, you couldnt tell that this was just done- no swelling- nothing!     Words cannot express how happy I wake up now, I spent more than half my life waxing, shaving and drawing my eyebrows on every single day. I could never get them just right, or have a consistent arch or style. Now I wake up and they are done, perfectly, with the arch I always strived for but could never accomplish. I wish I had done this years ago but Im so grateful I did finally get it done and Meredith made the experience so personal, she took her time, really got to know me, I felt so comfortable. She makes you feel like you have been friends your whole lives. She is so professional and I loved how she had things set up, her office was imaculate. I just felt like all the anxiety I had before the appointment washed away as soon as I laid down for her to begin, she was better than a tattoo artist in that she makes you feel at home, welcome, and you know she isnt just making small talk, she really shares a lot about herself and her background and wants to know you as a person, not just a client. I would never go anywhere else and I look forward to getting another touch up in a year or when needed but at this rate whether I really needed a touch up or not, Id go in just to enjoy her company! This was the experience of a life time and I never thought it possible. Im so grateful for her skill and precision, and it has made me feel so beautiful first thing in the morning.     Very good quality work. I went in for a correction from a previous artist. Just felt something was off. Felt it could be better. Ive had permanent makeup done before and there was usually scabbing for me. NOT with meredith. Its definitely better quality and other than some swelling for me its waaaaay better than anywhere else.
