    They always do great here. I used to just keep a fade with a low top. I could even do the fade myself.Now that Im growing out the top, I dont wanna mess it up, so I go out in my semi truck and drive around the country, cutting a fade myself to keep tidy. Then when I get back, I come straight here and theyll fix me up way better than I can do.Ive never had to wait more than 4 minutes. Always clean. Smells nice. A great place to get a cut!

    I came in no wait at all :) Mindy did my cut luv luv it we had a convo thru out my cut like we been knew each other..lol will defiantly b back for her!!! i defiantly need some coupons... hair cut and wash i gotta have a wash b 4... I came in again today. Got Mindy again. Had a great time. Great cut, but y’all need to hire a receptionist.

    The staff here is great. They do their best to sit you promptly and they are very skillful with the clippers. We always take my boys and the stylists are great with kids.

    The app makes it so easy to get in and out for a quick cut with the check-in feature. The price is reasonable and they often send discounts through the app. The stylists listen and do what I ask, so I am happy with the results every time.

    Rosette always gives me an excellent haircut. Prices have gone up but its still way cheaper than the pricey salons and they couldnt give me a better cut than Rosette.

    Went to get my haircut on a Saturday afternoon and did the online check-in at home right before leaving. Only had to wait about 10-15 minutes which is awesome for a Saturday cut. They even helped me pull up coupon I had seen on Facebook. Tammy who is the manager cut my hair perfectly and made friendly conversation while doing so. This was at the Great Clips on Silver Star in Ocoee. I definitely would go back again.

    Im been getting haircut for over 16 years now for myself and no my sons and daughters haircut, too. Even though I moved from this area 12 years ago, but I dont mind an extra drive for a good haircut with my regular hairstyles.

    Waited less than 2 minutes after check in. My stylist was Nubia and she was wonderful. Listened to how I wanted my haircut and did a great job. It was such a good experience I will definitely return.

    Heather is a great stylist!Nubia was wonderful too; very patient with my 9 year old, did a great cut on him and she cut my curly hair perfect and gave advice on how to grow it out. Ill be asking for her next time

    Ive been selfish not to review...I didnt want to share...but Nubia and Rosetta are amazing. They are the nicest ladies and they always give me exactly what I want; long layers. Honestly, they should get to charge more for their level of expertise, but they dont. I tip extra and suggest others do the same when they get outstanding service. ♡

    The staff were very friendly and were hilarious to chat with. The person who cut my hair, Tia, was great! She and I chatted quite a bit and she was able to take my vague, lackluster description and do exactly what I wanted. Im not very good at describing what I want done with my hair so that was nice.

    The staff was prompt and polite. I walked-in hoping someone would be available to cut my hair. I was told it would be a minute...I waited thirty seconds.My hair turned out better than what I wanted. I would recommend these stylists to anyone.Thanks for a great cut!

    Last month, I used the online check in and it said one minute. When I arrived at the salon, there was a person ahead of me to have Heather cut their hair. So I had to wait 20 minutes.I used the online check in again this month. It said one minute wait. Once again, when I arrived, I had to wait 15 mins. because Heather took another person who arrived ahead of me.The Great Clips online check in does NOT allow a customer to check on for a specific stylist - it only puts you in queue for any stylist.Great Clips needs to update their system to check in for a SPECIFIC stylist as their competitor, Sportclips does.Cmon Great Clips - GET WITH THE PROGRAM & UPDATE YOUR ONLINE CHECK IN!!!!!!

    Cheriya was the perfect blend of personality and professionalism. I dont normally look forward to getting my hair cut but she made it a pleasurable experience. She cut my hair exactly as I requested. She is a true asset to the organization.

    I normally would not rate a place where I get my hair cut. . But Alana did a great job! She cut my hair with speed and efficiency while not overlooking any detail also I have been other great clips and it had not had stylists use talc powder on the towel to remove hair from my face and it just seemed like she cared enough to do or to go and use the extra thing she had available to give me a great haircut experience. Im very picky about who cuts my hair and usually when Im in a new area I just kind of accept the fact that someones going to F it up and Im not going to be satisfied, I will not be getting my hair cut by anyone else until a lot of probably moved on to something better sadly. not that Im into it ,but shes very easy on the eyes. :)

    Nice little hair cuting place open late to 9pm. Alicen did a great job cutting my hair. They dont do color just hair cuts. I asked about getting color highlights in my hair. Not sure if they do shampooing and conditioning because I washed my hair before coming in.

    My hair stylist Prakash did exactly what I ask of him. Great haircut great experience in and out in no time thank you very much for the great haircut. I will be going back just so he can cut my hair. Because not many people cut my hair the way I asked them to but he did exactly what I asked of him so thank you very much great experience

    Ms Jen always goes above and beyond for my kids and I. Checking in online helps avoid long wait times. Great location, reasonably priced. Other staff is friendly. Highly reccommended.

    Came in to give this place a try not knowing what to expect and left with a hair cut I love 😀. I showed Nubia a picture of what I was looking for and she did an amazing job. I keep getting compliments on my hair, I will definitely be coming back 😊.
