    Love love love!!! I can’t say enough about the service and top notch staff!!! I’ve had several services done. I had my first skin pen/micro-needling session done and can already see the difference in my skin texture and sun spots! We wont even discuss the new lips Nicole gave me! 💋 I’m so happy that I made the decision to become a member, they treat you like family!!!

    Absolutely love this place. I’m her every week so they are like family. The place is always clean and very chic and classy decor. The staff is what keeps me loyal because they are amazing. They always make me feel special and greet me with a smile. I love Maddy T, Maddie M, Michaela, Ashley, Victoria and Liz. They have the best staff ever!! I highly recommend everyone to come in and relax and relish in all of their amazing self care options from facials to fractional lasers. And I love that they have a TV in every room so you can relax. Also the members lounge has great massage chairs to unwind in. Oh and they also sell super premium pharmaceutical skin care products…. Try to catch one of their fun special events they have each month with free giveaways.

    It’s really too bad I can only give 5 stars, if I could, it would be to infinity and beyond. ✨💫🌟🌌I’ve had a few services here, both at the Ocoee location, and the Lake Mary/Heathrow locations, both of which have been nothing short of sublime! From the minute I walked in the door, to the minute I left, I was greeted with professionalism, cheer, peace, and kindness. Each and every staff member, from the receptionists, to the estheticians, the nurse practitioner, and to the owner, were all incredibly patient, compassionate, intelligent, and welcoming.They explained each procedure prior to, and during, checking in that I was comfortable and prepared for the next part.Kiley C. was my esthetician performing a new procedure and was under the careful guidance and exceptional training with Lindsay G. I highly recommend either of the two for all your skin care needs!I will be back.:)

    Love this place!! Customer service is off the charts! I always feel like I am the only customer even when the place is packed. Emily is amazing at client care and goes out of her way to attend to all your needs. Liz and Ashley are the perfect management team. They are always so helpful and kind every visit. They make sure you have everything you need and answer all your questions. Nicole and Lindsay are top notch providers always going the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of . I highly recommend this place as your go to spa!!!

    I have been a member at Couture Med Spa for 3 years and I absolutely love it! The staff are always cheerful and helpful and there is no better deal on earth. My favorite of course, is my 5-Star Esthetician Lindsay who I absolutely cannot live without. She is extremely knowledgeable about esthetics and has great suggestions as far as skincare. Always cheerful and helpful and my skin looks better than it ever has! I will continue as a member as long as they will allow me.

    Love this place. I go in for body hair removal so I don’t need to waste so much time shaving everything for different competitions I do. The membership is super easy and affordable given the service. The manager walked me through step by step on how it all works. I believe her name is Elizabeth. Was very nice and the place is clean. Can’t complain really. Good group of ladies

    I have been a member here for about two years. Lindsay and Nicole have taken great care of my skin’s needs, I always leave feeling fresh and vibrant! Unless it’s tattoo removal lol!     I love couture! their memberships are such a great deal for a number of issues you might want to treat. i have been a member for nearly a year and have gotten fractional laser on my face and neck and then laser hair on my armpits and lower legs. it’s nice having flexibility each month to book a different treatment. their botox pricing is very low too if you’re a member. the staff is so sweet.. thank you couture med spa!

    I have been a member for over a year, and would definitely recommend. All the providers are great. I walked in the door telling myself I wouldnt sign up, but I am so glad I did. Having a membership not only is a good deal compared to the price others charge for the same services, but helps spread the cost out and has let me take advantage of other treatments that I hadnt considered before. I have never had an issue scheduling appointments (although I do stay home, but my husband works all different hours, so I have to schedule around kids school and him, and have had no issue getting in). I love coming here and I have had great results from all the treatments!

    I have been to this location several times and have had a great experience every, single time. In addition, The staff is always patient, accommodating, kind, friendly, and really goes above and beyond to make sure it is a great experience. All of the ladies are so personable, I really enjoy going. I have the membership and have had no issue getting in, so the membership has been a great value for me. (I am having extensive tattoo removal, but this has given me a chance to try out all of the other treatments). Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and has always made sure I was informed on procedures and treated kindly. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Couture, and I tell everyone I know how awesome they are!

    I love my monthly spa membership. It is my one indulgence. The staff is very professional and fun, I always enjoy my appointments and feel relaxed and pampered when I leave.     Everyone is so sweet and helpful with all services that are available. I love having my membership and have been coming for three years. My girlfriend and I come once a week and have a procedure done. Great thing to do on girls day out! I’m 67 and love being able to age gracefully. I urge you to join and take advantage of all the wonderful services that are included in your membership. If you were to pay separately for these services, it would cost a fortune. Membership is so cost effective and very worthwhile!

    Tattoo removal is not a pleasant process at all, but the staff here really helped my experience be the best it can be. Ive had it done three times so far and Im already satisfied with the results. Both Nurse Practitioners Sara and Chris treated me so well and were very patient with me.     Today was my first visit to CMS. What a beautiful, clean establishment filled with friendly, and professional staff. To say I’m impressed and pleased with my experience there is an understatement. I had known prior to my visit that they offer memberships and truly walking in my expectation of becoming a member was low. I just wanted to go in for a filler and botox appointment. They do explain to you about the membership in a no pressure way. After going over the benefits of it again, and seeing the professionalism, how comfortable the staff makes you feel etc it became an easy decision for me to make and I’m happy to have walked out of there a member today. Nicole and Nicole did a fantastic job today as a team. I can say with complete confidence that of all the injectors I’ve been to, Nicole has done the best job I’ve ever had on my lips. Her precision and attention to detail is shown in her work. I look forward to many more future visits.

    I had my first laser tattoo removal treatment done yesterday, July 7th, and while the laser itself is not comfortable - the experience was wonderful - the staff made me feel at ease and I am happy with the service I have received so far. Carol is a total sweetheart and she explained the whole process thoroughly and was very upfront about the costs associated with the annual membership.Nicole, the Nurse Practitioner, was very professional and communicative. She was also very patient with me when I kept asking for breaks during the laser therapy. My skin looks good a day after treatment, I have not experienced any horrible after-effects and I am super excited to see how my skin heals and the tattoos fade away. I will post before & after pics soon!

    I love my many spa treatments her. Lindsey does the best facials and the add ones are worth the extra $. The staff is always so friendly and greets me immediately when I walk in. I appreciate the ability to get a B-12 shots here rather than making Dr. appts because I have a condition that makes them necessary. Caryl is so much and treats me like her best friend! I definitely recommend having a membership, it is worth it.

From the moment I booked the appointment I was impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the team. I’d never had fillers and I was nervous about looking fake.     Ive been a member at couture since Dec. 2018 and I love it. I got this membership as a gift from my boyfriend and it was one of the greatest gifts to have been given. Over the year I have done most of the treatments. As a person of color its very scary going to new facilities because you want to make sure they know how to treat all skin types...and couture does just that. Ive had chemical peels with Lindsey for my hyperpigmentation and Ive done laser hair removal with Sara and I have never had a bad reaction ever!! All the girls here are so knowledgeable! Diane the owner has done my lip filler, and she is THE BEST.Nicole has done my Dysport and Ive never looked more refreshed. You will never go wrong get treated by Sara, Diane, or Nicole.     My first experience with Couture Med Spa was nothing but amazing. As soon as I walked in the door I didn’t feel uncomfortable or like I didn’t belong there. It was my first time ever getting any type of service done and was not sure of where to even start. I was not hounded with signing a contract or talked into making any decision I did not want to.     I have been a member of Couture since July 2016 and I am extremely HAPPY with the team and ALL of my services. I have recommended many people over the years and will continue to recommend Couture as they are the best in town (Botox, laser, filler). My absolute favorite service is when I have filler added to my nose. I have a bump on my nose which has always bothered me and never thought there was a remedy outside of rhinoplasty, but several years ago Diane made a recommendation for a small amount of filler in the spot where my nose dips and honestly every time I have received the filler, I cry ...my nose is perfect!!! All she ever wanted was to feel pretty even though I always saw her as the most beautiful person in the world she didnt feel that way out in public.     UPDATE: I went back for the second time today and had a much better experience. They made things right with me and I had a quick and efficient appt. I just moved here from Michigan and I had my eye on them for awhile, I was really looking forward to finally be able to go there... I waited 45 minutes before anyone even took me back, finally someone brought me back and I was put in a room just to wait another 45 mins. After awhile, someone finally came in and we discussed my treatments. I got lip fillers for the first time so they put my numbing cream on, said they would be back in 15, but I waited another 45 mins. My “appointment” was at 3:30 but I didn’t leave until 6:20... I had really high hopes for Couture but I felt really unwelcomed and uncomfortable. No one even apologized for keeping me there for so long or at least communicated why. The place I went to in Michigan took 20 mins max. I hope I have a better experience if I ever decide to even come back.

When I called later telling them I was running a little late, we came to realize there was a bit of miscommunication and my appointment was actually for another day.     I wish I could show before and after pictures of my eyebrows from microblading! Stephanie was amazing! She had to almost completely reconstruct my right brow to get them even. They look amazing! The pain was also very bearable. They also had me come in for an initial free consultation to explain everything and answer any questions.Im also currently in the process of getting laser tattoo remover at this location. Ive had 5 treatments so far and its definitely lifting a lot of the ink. The downside is it really hurts.All the staff are super friendly.     So far so good. I started with an ipl facial I bought on groupon. I joined the black diamond membership and my groupon was refunded. Next I had hair removal under my arms, which was also a pleasant experience. Yesterday I had my first tattoo removal treatment, which was very painful, but the staff was so patient and kind during the process, excusing my cursing, talking to me to distract from the pain and letting me take my time for the next zap.     I started getting Botox this year to prevent premature signs of aging, I was very nervous because you hear so many horror stories online and on TV. My first treatment was with the owner Diane, she was very patient with me and calmed my nerves (I can be a hypochondriac). The staff answered all my questions and heard all my concerns. Ive had Botox 2 more times since then (every 3-4 months) with Sara and Chris. All the injectors here are so skilled, patient, and kind. The front staff is super sweet too.
