    5 stars isn’t enough! I am an exasperated mother to a toddler and went from getting my nails done every 2 weeks to nearly never once I had my daughter. It’s been a year since I had a pedicure and desperately needed some alone time. I’m not from the area, but I saw this place while running errands and decided to stop and I’m so glad I did! The salon was clean and very nice! Mia gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! The past few pedicures I’ve gotten, the nail techs (at another salon) rushed and cut down the sides of my big toenail leaving the toes swollen and painful for weeks after! I told Mia that it was really sensitive when it gets cut like that and she was SO gentle and attentive she was able to remove the sides without me even feeling it! She was so thorough in everything she did! I got a regular manicure (just cuticles cleaned up and regular polish). I usually don’t do nail polish on my hands because in previous experiences they rush you through to get the next client that will have a more expensive service and it’s never worth it…not Mia though! Every stroke was meticulous and careful. I’ve honestly never had such a good manicure before! Although it’s 40min from my house, I’ll definitely be returning the next time I decide to treat myself!!

    I had the most amazing experience at SNS the host Vivian really catered to our party upon entering the establishment. Tammy was my nail tech, I felt so welcome and relaxed. I was offered refreshments and although my daughter was not being serviced Vivian even offered my daughter refreshments. The service was hands down the best I’ve experienced thus far in Orlando. I will definitely come back although it’s a little ways out from me it’s worth every minute of the drive.

    Vivian was awesome!!! Greeting me and interacting with me throughout the visit. Offered drinks and little cute desserts. Mia, the nail tech, was absolutely amazing. I love my nails. They’re the shape I like. Not too thick or wide. She also did great with the design.

    Me and my daughter got pedicure here together. They treated us very well and offered my daughter some chips. I am very satisfied and pleased with this treatment!! They did a great job and I am glad I chose this nail salon.

    During my visit to SNS EXCLUSIVE nail salon. I enjoyed experiencing their excellent customer service for the first time. Mai, the technician who attended to me, did a fantastic job with my complete set of nails. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to ensure everything was done to my liking. I left feeling extremely satisfied with the results. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family!

    SNS nails is a beautiful nail salon in Ocoee. Very welcoming and they know how to treat their customers. A special shot out to Tammy for getting my nails all the way together. I am extremely picky about my nails and she didn’t disappoint.

    I truly found me a nail salon home. This place never disappoints. I usually go to Kelly but she is on vacation so Nancy took care of me and that is exactly what she did. My bday nails look amazing and the manager surprised me had the whole shop sing me happy birthday 🥰 Always great customer service and their products last a long time. Love it here!! Thank you SNS ❤️

    I was greeted as soon as door opened, seated with no wait even though I did not have an appt. Everyone very nice and attentive. Was offered a drink and complimentary sweet treat. And very nice pedicure service.

    Came in to get my nails done by Mary and she went above and beyond my expectations. She was able to follow the design I had wanted and also accommodated the changes I wanted to make. One of the best nail techs, super sweet and patient.

    We were immediately greeted and assigned nail techs as soon as we walked in. By the time we sat down we were offered refreshments and a sweet treat. Management (Vivian) made sure we were happy and well cared for. My nails look nice and natural, not too thick and looking like dinosaur claws. I definitely found my new salon

    I absolutely love this place! Im always satisfied with the work on my hands and feet. Not to mention they have and amazing nail tech whos work is on 💯. Also the owner is amazing, shes always giving wine and desserts, which taste DELICIOUS 😋. This is a go to spotIf your ever in the area, want to relax and get pampered 😍

    Been looking for a nail salon that does nice designs after my nail lady moved away and Im happy to say that Im content with this salon referral! Kelly did amazing job and gave me the exact design i showed her to do on my nails:) she was also super fast! Eveyone was nice and welcoming and Service was overall great!     This is my favorite nail salon in Orlando! I always walk-in without a reservation and they do such beautiful work. I love ombre and cute nail designs. Nancy is an artist 🎨! 100% recommend!

    I made this review almost a year ago:I love this place. I only go here because it’s nice and they always do a great job.I’m coming back a year later to say this place is still great and so professional. All of the techs are nice and the owner is such a wonderful host. I go more routinely now and it’s consistently good service and I don’t have to wait long. Kelly does great nails, I just show her and she works her magic. I always leave feeling so glamorous.

    Leon is so cute!! He did my gel manicure and pedicure today and it was the best I’ve ever had. He was so particular and paid attention to details. Super gentle too.     Kelly does my nails!!! I’m excited that I finally found a tech that does everything I like. She’s fast, precise, and almost any design I show her on Pinterest, she can duplicate freehand. I was driving an hour away to get my nails done and a friend recommended her. She does not disappoint and always hits the mark.

    I started coming to Kelly a couple months ago and I’m soo glad I found her. I drive about 35 mins to come see her and It’s so worth it! She’s always consistent in the quality of nails she provides, can execute any design I ask for and gets you finished in a timely manner!

    A 5 star rating is just not enough. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a professional manicure and/or pedicure.I took my daughter for a mani/pedi for her upcoming wedding along with a nail appointment for myself and my sister. We didnt know what type of nails to get and they were very helpful in describing the types.The salon is clean, spacious, and has comfortable chairs. The manicurist didnt rush the process and picked out the perfect color to match my pedi.Michelle answered all my questions and was very friendly.Best experience! ~ Recommend!

    Mary did an absolute stunning job on my nails. She listened and was very patient as we picked the 10 colors for my design. Mary also showed me things I didn’t know were possible. Seriously, best experience.Of note: I went to this salon hoping it was better than the last salon I went to and it was. I was so hesitant because the previous nail job I had done went so bad. I am a SNS salon customer now for good!!

    I recommend to come and get your manicure and pedicure done. They always do an amazing and phenomenal job. The workers very respectful , welcoming, and polite. In my opinion, Good service at the SNS salon and I would keep coming back. Me personally I enjoy the relaxation from the massage chair and easing my mind while getting my toes done.

    One thing about this shop the service, and vibes NEVER FAILS. Kelly is one of my favorite nail tech she’s how I found out about the shop. But every one in that shop is talented! . Vivi is such a sweet heart and make sure you are super comfortable. Leo is also a doll and did a great job on my pedicure.

    They are a hidden gem off of Hwy 50. Came in on a Saturday as a walk in, they were very attentive and quick service. Fantastic pedicure by Tracy very thorough and gentle. Not rushed she took her time to make sure my experience was perfect. Got a French tip with manicure by Nancy great job as well. Will definitely be back. 👍🏼

    I love this Salon! It’s the best in Orlando!It was my Moms birthday weekend and we got her about 45 minutes before close because I got off work late and they still accommodated with 2 Gel pedicures and 1 Gel manicure!     Vivian greeted my mom and I as we were coming in. She is very good with customer care. She was very attentive, asking if we would like anything to drink. She came by and gave us towels and a hot pack for our shoulders. She kept coming by to make sure we were doing okay and made great conversation with us. I received a pedicure from Mimi. She was very kind, efficient, and gentle. I usually don’t like getting pedicures because other places I had been too rough, but not here! Tracey did my mom’s pedicure and she took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. She’s very sweet and always smiling. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

    Amazing experience all the time!!! I come here for Kelly and I must say she’s the best nail tech in Orlando hands down. She’s able to deliver quality work in a third of the time that others typically take. She gets me in and out within 45 minutes when I ask for complex designs and my nails last about a month before I have to come in again. The staff is great and cater to all your needs. When booking for a pedicure with Tracy she’s very thorough and takes her time. Feels like a dream every single time. I definitely recommend to everyone! Come visit sns, the experience is truly worth every penny!!!

    My experience at SNS Exclusive Salon was a positive one! Upon entering and immediately being seated while being offered a beverage was a nice introduction as a first timer. The different options of pedicures allowed for me to select what I desired while also considering price points. The massage chair, the weighted and heated neck pillow, with the amazing pedicure with scrub and hot towels made for a great experience. I will be back and I recommend this salon for your pedicure needs. #8 serviced me today and I was pleased. The manager was very pleasant and maintain checking on my significant and other and I as we each received serviced. A personal touch goes a long way with customer service.

    Mimi!!! Mimi!! Mimi!!! You get her to bless your nails then you will be set for years! I’ve been with her for probably 6 years or so and she NEVER SKIPS A BEAT on her kindness and hospitality. She is very understanding and LISTENS to anything that I might want or switch up. She’s big on making sure that I leave happy with the results. My daughters go to her and so do most of their friends. I can’t rave about her enough. Her work is clean and detailed. She cares and it’s never rushed. I promise you she’s taken be at closeTo closing and she still worked with care and that means a lot. The entire staff is great and makes you feel at home. Shout out to Vivianne who is the kind host that hold down the wine and drinks. She’s also very genuine like the rest and cares.     My husband and I were looking for a nail salon and decided to try SNS Exclusive Salon. We have been to others in the area and SNS is by far the best. Everyone was welcoming and the salon is beautiful. We both had a pedicure that was very relaxing and thorough. Our technicians, BB and 8 took great care of us. They were amazing.     I recently moved to Ocoee from NY and was lost trying to find a place I could trust to do my nails. Well after a disastrous experience at a local nail salon, my nails were horrible so I decided to call SNS before stepping into their salon and there starts my amazing experience in speaking with Vivian 💕Not only did she understand what I was looking for but she genuinely cared about my needs and now, I will not go anywhere else 🥰Everyone from Tracey to Nicky was so kind and so professional that even my nails and toes were smiling. I have found the service I am accustomed to and Vivian has gone above and beyond to make me feel important.     I have to say every time I come to this salon I’m always welcomed, the atmosphere is calming and peaceful but the ONLY reason I keep going back is because my nail tech MIMI is no joke. She is amazing and talented to say the least. Her love for what she does shows and is evident. Her artistic side is unmatched there’s never been a time where I asked for a specific design and she not delivered. I love her spirit and she SEES you not just as a client but family.
