    My husband has been a patient at this facility since March with successful ongoing treatment including recent surgery. Sarah and staff have been wonderful throughout. Have treated him like family. A special thank you to Gloria for her kindness and follow-through regarding a very frustrating insurance issue! Just cant say enough good things about this team of caring professionals. A truly special find these days. God bless all of you. Wish we could give you ten stars!.

    Wanted to share my excellent experience. Front desk girl was very courteous and nice. She took the time to help us with our insurance who took forever to answer back to their office. Then we met Mario - the RN and he was able to help my son with his acne. He was so sweet and very knowledgeable even gave us a few samples. We are so glad to have found them. We are definitely coming back!

    I dont have insurance and the Team here took care of me, working out a well needed payment plan to take care of a very urgent matter.     Mario is the greatest thing to happen to dermatology. He has cured all of my issues for over 15 years. He also hasnt aged 1 day. Great doctor.

    Good Afternoon, this is Dawn Wright-Johnson. I went to your Dematology office in Ocoee today. I saw Dr. Waterman and Crystal; they were so helpful and knowledgeable about my hair coming out. I have previously been going to your office on Sandlake Road for 4 years with no results. On my last appointment with Dr. Waterman, he ordered bloodwork and gave me a prescription to put on my hair at night. Within 5 weeks, my hair is coming back. Its like a miracle; I can see a difference already. Dr Waterman was more knowledgeable and caring about my situation than any other Dematology Ive seen at your other locations. If anyone has a problem thats not getting resolved, I would suggest you go see Dr Waterman.Sincerely,Dawn A. Wright-Johnson
