    I had the best experience at this nail salon! Hannah is absolutely amazing—she always does an incredible job on my liquid gel nails! She always perfect everything, and make me and my girls feel so welcomed. She’s so meticulous and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. The whole atmosphere of the salon is relaxing and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. I’ve been using Hannah as a nail tech for. 3 years now and I won’t ever want to go anywhere else! Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch service!

    How cute are these nails?! The salsa n tech chose the style and color for me and did an awesome job. Also I was running late and my GPS took me to the wrong location, but the owner was so kind and patient despite this. I am always so pleased when I come here.

    This was my first visit here and will absolutely be my last. Everything about my trip here today was awful. My nail tech Calvin had an extremely moody vibe the whole time he was doing my nails and toes. As you can see my pedicure was done extremely poorly as my big toe is uneven/cracked and my other toe nails aren’t even close to all being the same in size. Fast forward to the worst part… me getting my new set. Well first off he didn’t soak my old set at all. He used a nail tip and ripped every other of finger nail off one by one where I feel like I had shown discomfort that was ignored multiple times. I showed him an inspirational picture of exactly what I wanted(I added as the last pic on here) I wanted that nail shape and design. Yet what I got was no where even near close to the picture my 8 year old daughter could have done a better job replicating the design. As he was doing my nails he was extremely rough feeling like he was throwing my hands around as if he was taking an extremely bad day out on my appointment? I was so upset with how awful this salon trip was that I didn’t even say anything about how bad I thought my nails were to anyone at the salon I just wanted to run as far out of there as fast as possible. I mean come on look my two thumb nails done even match in size AT ALL. I am SOOOO beyond disappointed I spent $120 here to have a mediocre pedicure with an awful set of gel toe nails and an extremely poor new acrylic set that I’m embarrassed of and plan to have redone at a new salon asap. I will never be back. Truly wishing I could get my time and money back I wasted for hours here today. Which is also sad because I came here after a stressful few days to relax and ended up doing the opposite and stressing more about how bad my nails look and just how disappointed I am in my service here by Calvin.*EDITED REVIEW on 9/15/23*I did finally get the chance to go back to the salon and speak with the manager. They did take the time to redo both my nails and toe nails. Both the manager and the gentleman who did my nails named Michael were extremely pleasant. Maybe Calvin was just having a bad day when I came originally? I’m not sure what happened then but I would come back to Michael again in the future. So if you do come visit this salon be sure to ask for Michael he will take great care of you! I’m changing this review from a 1 star to 4 stars and adding in pics of my new nails with a new color per my request. Thank you again for the great customer service and making things right.

    I had stopped coming here quite some time ago, but heard it was under new management, and decided to give it a try. So glad I did! Excellent customer service! Lots of colors and choices! Clean and bright! Competitive prices. Don, his wife, and their entire staff are friendly, courteous, and fun! Great experience! 😊💅

    Lindsey is AMAZING! I actually followed her from another salon. In reguaprdsp to this salon (Nail Dior) it is wonderful. It is so spacious, has plenty of booths, and pedi chairs. All of the staff seem friendly and fun. Very much enjoyed my experience! Definitely recommend!

    Nail Dior is an excellent establishment. They are very knowledgeable about what they do. They are very kind and helpful. My nail manicurist ( Lynn) is excellent. The place is very clean and comfortable. Love going there! Definitely deserve a 5 star rating. I highly recommend this place

    Don at Dior Nails is the best. I have tried several different Nail salons and have had constant issues with gel or dip staying on my nails. Don is the first person to successfully do my nails with gel and it lasts a full 4 weeks. He is also very quick to respond to messages and always makes himself available. I will definitely continue coming here.

    I have started going to Nail Dior Lounge since the new ownership change. Hannah is my nail tech at the salon and she is amazing. She is very friendly and caring. Everyone I have come in contact with there is very friendly and kind. They greet you as soon as you walk in. I am very pleased with the service I receive at Nail Dior Lounge.

    First time visit today. Had a GREAT experience with the whole team. I showed up early and was taken care of until my appt with Calvin. When I sat with him he was easy to talk to and did an excellent job with my nails! Would definitely recommend 100%. Felt nervous to go to a new place but they took very good care of me and I appreciated it! Great service and great staff!

    Nice Nail Salon. I was in the area and wanted a manicure for my young daughter and pedicure for myself. The place was friendly, clean, and did a fabulous job. I appreciate it when nail salons take good care of my daughter. Ive had other places rush her or seem annoyed with providing services for a kid. Nail Dior Lounge was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

    NAIL DIOR LOUNGE IS AMAZING!! I can say so many nice things about this upscale nail salon/spa. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with the most friendly and happy staff. Diane was so sweet and made sure that I was comfortable and offered me and my daughter refreshments as we got our spa pedicures. She was very friendly and inviting and within the few minutes of talking to her I knew this was the place for me. She did a fabulous job with my pedicure that even my son was fascinated with my toes! I had been very skeptical about going back to a nail salon as I have had bad experiences in the past.This place was extremely clean and they sanitize after every customer. That is a big deal to me! Diane is the reason I will be back to this salon and I will tell everyone about Nail Dior Lounge and their amazing staff so they get repeat business. They care about making the customer satisfied and completely happy before they leave. Thank you for being amazing at what you do! I found my new nail salon!

    I am very happy with this nail salon. They are very friendly and it is very clean. They even use the plastic liners for the pedicure bowl. Tammy is awesome and does a fabulous job. Shes very particular. Diane took care of me once as did Lee and they were both very nice and accommodating. I am very pleased to have a nail salon so close that is beautiful and has great technicians.

    I had a horrible experience here. The girl rushed through my pedicure and the paint job was as if my 3 year old granddaughter did it. I even had to tell the girl to put a top coat on because she was not going to. When I asked her for nail art that I had a picture for she told me it would take too long if I would rather have someone else do it. To say the least I will never go back. Extremely disappointedSo I started going back to this establishment. I love it here. My nails always turn out perfect no matter what I ask for and My pedicure is fabulous. Everyone is so nice and they make sure you are treated nicely and quickly. They definitely know what they are doing here. Nice change to the last time I went there.     Wow! I have been getting nails done for 20 years, and this place FINALLY gets it right! They are amazing at what they do, its a very skilled technical art, and they have mastery in form and quality. Their customer service is unparalleled.     I moved to Florida a year ago and left behind my nail tech and friend of 7 years. How happy was I to find Nail Dior Lounge recommended on our neighborhood fb page!!!     Ive been using Nail Dior as my choice of a local nail salon. Nicole is my nail tech of choice. She is a beautiful young lady and very professional. She knows Im picky and files and shapes my nails exactly the way I like. She speaks perfect english and we pass the time chatting about everything and anything. Nicole is a valuable asset to Nial Dior and I highly reccomend her. Give Nicole a chance to make your nails beautiful. She even mixes up a custom dip powder color. She calls it Nicole. The salon is always so clean and such a happy mood amongst all the employees and customers. I love going here

    This salon is beautiful and extremely customer service oriented!! ASK FOR BEN! I was referred to Ben by a friend. The quality of his work is perfection and he has a sweet, jovial personality! When Ben approached me the first appointment, he suggested the powder dip and explainined it is healthier for my nails. I agreed to try the powder but am more accustomed to the feel of gel nails. I came back the next day and mentioned that I prefer gel and asked for Ben. The manager was so gracious and said Ben could replace the powder with gel. Ben worked on my nails with a smile on his face! I’m extremely picky about the way the nail tech shapes my nails, makes sure the gel polish is thin, and covering all sides of my nails. Ben did an excellentl job! The salon did not charge me and when I attempted to tip Ben, he kept refusing. I left the cash on his desk anyway. Ben is a professional, enjoys his work and aims to please! Ask for Ben!!!
