    This location has the best staff! So friendly, informative and experienced. Sabrina was fast, and easy to talk to! She educated me about proper exfoliation & skin care for my intimate areas after I had a few concerns. I’ve been to a lot of locations in the Tampa area but I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to go here every time. They’re the best

    Although my very first experience was not good, I had a second service with Sage and she was amazing! Not only because of her great personality, but her professionalism and care, especially knowing my skin is too sensitive :)Also love the schedules and flexibility when you need to make/change your appointment. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

    Just a couple days ago I got a Brazilian from wax specialist Katie and she did an amazing job! Although It’s not my first time being waxed it was my first time going to someone and somewhere new, and she did so well. She made me feel comfortable and she had great speed when she did it and she’s just so sweet too, I’m definitely going back again! Also not to mention even though I booked last minute they got me in no problem and got me out just as swiftly. Thank you so much Katie and European wax center!❤️

    This was my first time here and first time waxing ever, and did not feel like it. The staff was friendly and attentive, the products they sell were also great and have been working wonders. As for the waxing part, Sage truly made it feel as painless and comfortable as possible. She was wonderful, and very knowledgeable and communicative. Truly recommend this place. .

    Everyone in general is so so sweet and welcoming. A Brazilian can get the nerves up for your first time but Megan made me feel so comfortable. She’s such a sweetheart I absolutely recommend going to her from the second we met she made things so easy explaining everything along the way and actually likes to get to know you she’s amazing!

    My wax specialist was Katie and she was so fantastic. It had been awhile since I had my underarms waxed and I have been shaving them. After she waxed them she grabbed her tweezers and finished cleaning them up. She was so easy to chat with and took her time and made sure I was comfortable.     Katie is the best! i’ve been with EWC for almost 2 years now and usually just pick who is available when I book online,. They have a lotof turnover so it’s been hard to be consistent with the same wax specialist and some employees were not as attentive and through in the past as Katie, whom, i’ve had waxing me twice now and she is the best all around. I give took a star off for employee turnover which is a management issue, but Katie is a 5 star employee and beyond.

    Awful experience. 5 stars poor. they refused to refund over $500 from a recurring subscription of services I did not use. Somehow they argued with credit card company who put the chargeback of 148 (multiple times) back on my credit card. Manages were extremely rude and insensitive on the phone offering wax’s after I explained their waxing service is extremely, very painful and would not ever do that again. Very greedy salon, collecting revenue for services not earned. I do not recommend them, and now need to incur costs with a lawyer to get my money back from their recurring charges.

    Brittany is amazing!! At my first visit she listened to what my preferences are and then implemented that into how she performed my waxing.     I scheduled an appointment for my normal underarm waxing and decided to get my brows done as well. I was a little nervous about getting my brows done since the last time I had them done, I had scabs for 10 days under my brows. Not sure what happened since I had been having my brows done for years until I moved to Florida. Needless to say, I stopped getting them done.Anyway today I had Samatha and she was INCREDIBLE!! Firstly, the receptionist Krystle was very welcoming and professional, she really set the tone for the amazing services to follow. I had Ashley and she was amazing.
