I worked in cosmetics for many years. I love going to Ulta it is the Disneyland of cosmetics! Every time I come in everyone is friendly and helpful. However yesterday I had an experience that Ive never had before. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Chelsea the operations manager. She helped me five different times with a big smile on her face. She had a fantastic fragrance on I asked her what it was she brought it to me and I bought it. She also suggested another one and I bought it. She was very knowledgeable very friendly very informative she went Above and Beyond on every level it was also my birthday and she let me pick a present from the choices. As I said normally everyone is helpful and friendly at this location but Chelsea brought it to a whole other level! She made everything fun! What a professional, great customer service very knowledgeable, you are smart people that she is your operations manager I will be back for sure!Thank you!Peggy

Jae absolutely slays my hair every time I book with her. Shes literally the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! She makes you feel like part of her family and she is always willing to listen and help you out whether it’s with hair or life! The staff at Ulta is also very friendly and makes you feel like part of the family!

My daughter wanted her highlights fixed last minute and the only place that had availability was Ulta Salon. I’ll be honest, I was very skeptical l, I felt like it was going to be a Super Cuts or Fantastic Sam’s quality. She had her hair done by Jae and OMG!!!! It was amazing. I was so impressed I went back and had my hair done despite going to the same stylist for 10 years. I have curly hair and have always been scared to try someone new. Sure enough, Jae slayed my hair. I had impulsively box dyed it so she went in work a root color and gloss and trimmed and styled it. Not only is she amazing with hair she has such a wonderful personality and made great conversation. Will definitely be back to see her, 10/10 would recommend!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this Ulta store. Elizabeth was very professional, knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful! Chelsea was an absolute gem today! She helped me in one area and was so wonderful I asked if she could recommend products in other departments too! She spent at least 30 minutes with me today. ULTA has all of my money...and my husbands! I am absolutely hooked on ULTA. I mostly shop online, but when I want or need to go in-store I choose this location. Its always clean and stocked and there is always help available. I have never walked into this ULTA location when it has not been in perfect condition. Ive never seen messed up aisles or broken displays or even items out of place! The ONLY reason I shop online more than I do at the store is because they dont offer the freebies you can get online in the store. Otherwise, Id just pitch a tent, get a coffee and make myself at home. I could walk around ULTA for hours by myself. Its almost therapy...almost. If youre not careful it can cost as much as therapy does as well!

I cant thank Chelsea enough for helping me with an order I placed online. There were multiple issues with it, from an item being out of stock and a refund not going on my Ulta gift card yet and a few other things. She was kind, helpful, patient and made what could of been a stressful situation easy. All while dealing with a line of customers waiting to check out and being short-staffed. She is the perfect example of excellent customer service.

My daughter Kira and I got our hair done at the salon yesterday with Gina. Ive been going to Gina for my hair for about 2 years now at Ulta. I have never thought to write a review on her. We love Gina as our stylist. Gina deserves recognition because shes great and a great asset to your team/company!! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and has good conversation every time I see her. Gina always goes above and beyond with what she does. Gina is so good at her job!! 1st Photo taken right after our appointments yesterday were completed. Other photos after past appointments with Gina at this location and the Tampa Ulta location. Gina is great!! 10+

I’ve been to the store many many many times and I have never had an experience like I had today and it was all due to an employee named Khiara ( I hope I spelled her name right)Sometimes when you walk into stores like Ulta Sephora, you can feel overwhelmed and a little intimidated but today I felt anything but that!She help me a check out, Questions that I had about my purchases, offered suggestions She didn’t try to sell me only high and products either which was so nice for once! She’s helped me find products that she knew were good products and that would work. She also Suggested techniques and assisted with the app. She was also super aware that it was my birthday in two days and wished me happy birthday! This was the best experience I’ve had at the store and I will return because of her! Thank you kiara ( spelling A different way in case I got it wrong the first time) I really appreciate you you are what every Ulta store and customer needs! I will be trying to contact corporate to let them know what a great experience I had!

Went in today to get a concealer that was recommended online. Not being good with makeup, I needed help finding the right color for my skin tone. If you go to this store, you are blessed if you can work with the manager Chelsea. Shes like a friend/sister when you come in the door. So energetic, willing to go above and well far beyond to make sure you find everything you need and youre satisfied. All I had to do was describe what I was looking for and Chelsea was off running around the store, gathering all my goodies to try out. She even skipped her break because we were making progress on a concealer to match my skin tone. I found everything I needed and even came back later in the day to get the Chanel perfume that was her favorite and had me smelling good all day. This store is super fun and addictive. I love it! Chelsea is the BOMB!!! Ive never had a better associate/manager experience anywhere in my entire life. You can tell she is an expert and loves what she does. I love her!

I just got home from this store and rushed to write a review. I’ve been here a few times and it’s pretty decent. There’s a lot of staff walking around and they’re all helpful. I bought a few things and needed to return a few as well. Addison helped me at the front counter and was extremely pleasant from the moment I approached her. She was everything a model employee should be; kind, compassionate, understanding and thorough. She helped me out more than I even imagined, and I am so so so grateful! She even went out of her way to make my young daughter’s experience at the store even better. By far the best Ulta interaction I’ve ever had! Thank you, Addison!!! We need more people in the world like you!

Ask for Danielle !!! Danielle has been my hairstylist for almost 15 years . She’s just amazing. She is well versed in all different textures of hair . My hair has always been super curly/frizzy/Thicke and as a Latina I was always worried about who did my hair . That is until I met Danielle . No matter what color we did ( I’ve done all of them) , my hair always looked great and healthy. She takes such good care of her clients and always goes above and beyond . She is trustworthy and will always be honest about time frames and what is achievable . She has the knowledge , experience , and versatility to take you where you wanna go on your hair journey!

I love Ulta. I made a purchase and an item wasnt put into my bag and I didnt not realize until the next day.. I went back into the store and explained .. they reviewed the security footage and sure enough, my item fell off the counter and wasnt put into my bag. Its just good to know that Ulta is an honest company and can go back through a situation like that, especially so they are not taken advantage of!

The best customer service EVER! Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and a hello. I go there so often I know most of their names and NEVER have I been treated rudely. Always very helpful with questions, tips, or concerns. I’ve only recently gotten into makeup and face care, so I tend to ask A LOT. I wish I knew all of their names but, here are a few. Jean, Julie, Amanda, Arlette, TJ, Arden, Samantha, and Sara. Arden cuts my daughters hair and she’s absolutely AMAZING and TALENTED with what she does! Keep up the good work, I appreciate you!

I had a horrible experience at a prior Ulta store the girl at the counter was rude and argumentative with me.I ended up taking my order and deciding to call Oldsmar for a stock check on the item I was needing.I spoke with Amanda and she was fantastic! Not only was she able to tell me the item was available but she told me I did in fact have the correct item it was just a matter of Redken re-labeling and updating their bottles; which occurs every couple of years! I am so glad I called and was told this saving me an unwanted trip. I just wish the other Ulta was as educated on their products and labeling as this Ulta. I will definitely be moving my pickup orders to here going forward. Thank you Amanda for helping me out! I appreciate you!

I came in in a hurry to grab some make up for a photo shoot. They did not carry Estee Lauder brand and I am always hesitant to ask the girls which foundation I should buy because each person works for a brand and of course they usually try to sell you their brand. However, Kara, Who works in the Clinique department helped me tremendously by sampling different foundations of different brands that she recommended and I found the perfect foundation for my photo shoot. Everyone was so nice!

I had my hair done by Lauren for my wedding day. She did a fabulous job. I gave her my idea and sue went with it. I couldnt ve happier with how it turned out! I had my make up done by M.A.C. artist Amanda (yes, we have the same name. Haha!) She was awesome! I do not usually wear make up and she made me so natural looking. Both of these ladies were wonderful! I will absolutely be back in the future! 5/5 rating from me!

I have a natural wave until my hair hits a certain length and since I want the best of both worlds I decided to try for a perm. I went in with low expectations be cause my last perm had that methed-out poodle aesthetic, but I was willing to risk it. That risk turned to be 1000% worth it. Kelley managed to give me a perm that looks EXACTLY like my natural wave and it doesn’t stink anywhere near as bad as my other perms. My husband didn’t even question it. He just assumed that I got a better styling product or spent more time with the hair dryer. I could not possibly be more happy.
