    I have been getting my lashes done w Janie for almost a year now. What was supposed to of been a one time thing has now been a faithful every two week appointment. I get lots of compliments on my lashes everywhere I go. Janie knows what she’s doing and takes her time to make sure her work is perfect! Also, her salon is beautiful ❤️

    Janie is the best! The salon is so cute, clean and fun. My lashes never lasted previously and she knocks it out of the park while also educating me on the entire process. Couldn’t recommend a better lash artist!

    I had the best appointment today at JT Lash Haus! Audrey did my lashes and they look amazing! I’m so happy and pleased with the results. The shop is so l cute and easy to find. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Audrey did great completing what I asked for. I met Janie today as well and she was so kind and we had a lovely conversation. I’m looking forward to my future appointments!

    I love this place!! I’ve been coming here regularly to get my lashes done for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with the way they look or my experience at the salon. The girls are so friendly and Audrey always makes me look like a goddess. I always leave feeling beautiful and caught up on girl time. Professional, clean, and relaxing setting. I just can’t say enough good things. If you’ve been considering getting your lashes done, they will take care of you here!!

    Not new to the beauty industry, but new to lashes. I took a class with Janie and she taught me so much. Lashes are definitely a very technical service.     There are not enough good words too say about JT Lash Haus!! The location, vibe, and service are truly unmatched. I am a dedicated client of Janie’s and it has been such a joy watching her business flourish! Not only is Janie extremely educated on her craft, she cares and caters to each individual client as if they are her only one. Janie and I clicked immediately at my first appointment and I refuse to have my lashes done by anyone else- her work is unmatched. Janie has done an outstanding job of creating a safe and comfortable place for everyone to come and feel beautiful. She also provides drinks, snacks, and free therapy!! Truly a one stop shop. Through JT Lash Haus, I have also had the pleasure of meeting and being serviced by Journey who SLAYED my brows y’all! She sculpted them perfectly and I have never had a pain free wax until her. I just had my brows laminated- she made sure I was aware of each step in the process and provided me with proper after care knowledge. Get in their chairs ASAP!!! The lash and brow lamination combo is A NEED.

    I have visited JT Lash Haus multiple times and must say from start to finish each experience I’ve had there has been absolutely phenomenal. It is a premier destination for all things beauty specializing in lashing and waxing/brows!From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere alone with very friendly staff who were very attentive and listened to my long list of needs.The space feels clean, safe, and relaxing. I know each time I come in, I am in the best hands with these professionals. They are highly skilled in all aspects of beauty.I have had Janie do my special event makeup and she has done my brows multiple times. She is very meticulous, kind, friendly, hardworking, and is everything I’d expect from a boss running such an amazing company. I look forward to coming in for more treatments and meeting her new staff who I have only heard great things about!

    THE BEST!!!!!! Do not waste your time going anywhere else ever again. I have relentlessly searched Jacksonville from the beach to the west side for a lash lady like where I’m from. Well, I did even better. Janie at JT Lash Haus is hands down the best lash artist I’ve ever had in my life. The long awaited and painful journey to discovery of finding her was worth it bc for the first time in my life the lashes turn out exactly what I want with retention like no other.She is thorough in her client interviews, educative to the client and did I mention how beautiful and clean her salon is? It’s a beautiful huge salon with the comfiest of chairs. I couldn’t rave more. I waited until the 4th appointment to write this to give a full review of everything.You MUST give her a try. You’ll never go anywhere else again.

    I got a lash lift and tint here and I am over beyond in love with how it turned out. The most comfortable and relaxing setting I’ve experienced in a shop. They played good music and have reclined sofa chairs during your appointment!! The girlies here are so sweet and welcoming!!! I always love a good friendly female atmosphere and this place definitely has it. I will most definitely be a reoccurring customer!!

    Janie has been doing my lashes for the past few months. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable about lash technique, and truly cares about her clients’ experience. I have had lashes for years, and have never had such great retention and results that exceed my expectations. Cannot recommend Janie enough!

    Overall the best lash and cosmetic services I’ve had done over the last 10 years. The lashes are lightweight and fluffy. I have sparse lashes and Janie makes sure my lashes come out looking full every time. I feel comfortable at this salon and continue coming back every few weeks for fills. Recently had my brows tinted by Journey - good experience. They have a variety of different services I’ve always been interested in and now I have a place that is sanitary and I trust to try them out. Bonus - they have free drinks!!

    Journey is hands down the best ever! Let’s face it Brazilian waxing is literally an exposing, experience but Journey makes the entire process stress free and comfortable!     Best lash experience in North Florida. I have had my lash extensions done by Audrey for over a year. She is very professional, her sets last over 2 weeks, and she gives you exactly what you ask for. I have never had a bad experience. JT Lash Haus has a soothing environment and is very well kept.
