    Ive been coming here for years and the customer service is exceptional. Lucy, the technician is always attentive always makes sure that my nails are flawless and treats me like family. The salon is well-organized, and creates a relaxing atmosphere. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Baldwin Nails to anyone.

    Thank you so much to Linney for taking good care of me and fixing my nails. Linney is the best and deserves 5 stars! Yesterday, I had gone in for a full set and a pedicure, which was done by Kevin, and was so upset with how unprofessional and rude he was. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted, and I didnt get anything close to what I had shown him. It was such a terrible experience with Kevin, and I definitely wouldnt recommend it.

    This is my most favourite place to get my nails and toes done while I am in Florida! Actually it’s the only place I will go. I always choose Helen as she always does the best job. I’ve been going here for a very long time. I am never disappointed. Helen does dip on my fingers and gel on my toes. The staff is all very friendly as well.

    This place is great. Staff is friendly and it’s very clean and wonderful ambiance. I have been going to Ms. Cathy for 6 years and she does the most amazing job. She takes her time and makes my nails look perfect every time. If you go ask for Ms. Cathy you won’t be disappointed!!!

    I usually get my nails done pretty often and when I do I love my nails done with care. Laura the nails tech did an amazing job and did exactly what I wanted and even better. 10/10 recommend to anyone especially Laura she was great and patient with me. Would definitely be back

    I’ve already been here several times before and I usually have a decent experience, that was before I met Linny. She had done a pedicure for my husband (and a great job of that too) and when I came back, she serviced me.It was a Monday evening, pretty slow but she took her time and was very meticulous. She helped me with a picture of how I wanted my nails and giving me the colors for me to find them.She was super friendly and super social, I’m very accommodating to my requests. When I showed her the picture and told her I wanted something close to this, she knew exactly what to do. She built upon what I already had, fixed my nails, and drew the design. Guys, straight lines are not easy especially on nails. She’s an amazing nail technician who is really good at nail designs.She did give me a warning about checking with her she could do the design first, so I do recommend if you have an idea to drop by and bring it up to her. She is great, she took very good care of me, and I’ll definitely continue to come back.

    Looked around town for a place to get a pedicure, and I chose here thanks to good ratings + open until 8pm! Immediately impressed upon walking in with the decor. Even though I was a walk-in, I was taken right away!Even though I only got the Baldwin Pedicure ($35), I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth. Ana did an excellent job hitting every step along the way, so much so that I decided to do the manicure for an additional $10.WARNING: They only accept MasterCard/Visa it seems. No Discover :(

    I’ve tried a lot of nails places, but nothing compares to Baldwin Nails. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and quiet. The pedicures are amazing! They give a wonderful massage on my legs and feet, fully groom and scrub my entire foot top to bottom, and I usually do the hot gel foot treatment and the hot towel treatment. For the price, I really feel I am getting my moneys worth. All the staff are nice and helpful. I would recommend Baldwin to anyone looking for an amazing pedicure with massage.

    I have seen Helen and Kevin recently. Both do amazing job, but Kevin did one of the best dip manicures I’ve ever gotten! He also helped find the perfect color for me. 10/10

    I’ve been going here for 3 years for pedicures and sns nails. I have always had a great experience. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable and all the staff, especially the owner, are always so nice and accommodating.

    I had my dip powder nails done here for my beauty pageant ( yes I won first runner up). Helen did a very good job and the nails came out so sparkly. I had to cut them short after 4 days for work but they lasted 4 weeks (then i had them removed). They did not break or crack and continued to shine. Highly recommend their dip powder nails. Long lasting and did not take as long as acrylic to complete. Those of you who complained about pricing, you realize this salon is in Baldwin Park, upper scale neighborhood?? If you want cheap nails, go to other neighborhoods. The rent is insanely high in Baldwin so ur also paying for location and convenience. They dont rip you off or make much more than other places. Please check your pricing before getting desired service so there wont be any surprises afterward.

    Love this place! It is clean, smells good and is well maintained. The nail bars are beautiful and so is the pedicure room. The staff where very friendly! The woman at the front desk was super helpful and very sweet!! My nail technician Tim was so amazing. Great job trimming and painting my nails. The best massage I have ever had! I will be back asap!

    Daniel gave me the best manicure I have ever had. I explained concerns that I had with my last manicure, and he talked me through the entire process so I could see every correction he made. He went over my nails multiple times until I was 100% happy. He was attentive, funny, and held great conversations. The price of the manicure was too low compared to the quality I recieved. This is the only place I will get my nails done, and I will definitely be requesting Daniel next time!

    Baldwin Nails & Day Spa had a clean and inviting atmosphere. Everyone who was working was very polite and friendly. Vivian my technician was very detailed and professional. She listened to exactly what I wanted and provided great service. Highly recommend this establishment and I will gladly return.

    Came in for a manicure with SNS dip and a Saigon Spa pedicure with David yesterday! I couldn’t help but talk about how amazing of an experience I had. David was very sweet and made sure I got everything I wanted. They offered me drinks and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Not to mention they had such a huge collection of colors to choose from, I didn’t even know what color to get! Definitely coming back again!

    Ive been here twice for a manicure with regular nail polish. Im quite satisfied, the staff are nice, I havent had to wait more than 5 minutes with no appointment. Im very impressed with how long the manicure stays un-chipped. It lasts over a week with no chips. The price isnt expensive, $15. Which is pretty much the price anywhere local to me. Ill definitely be a regular customer, since I can walk here from my house.

    I love going to this nail salon! Every time I come here, there is great service and my nails always look great. They even offer wine and other soft drinks, which is a nice bonus when you’re getting a pedicure!

    Vincent did a phenomenal job with my gel manicure and Baldwin Pedicure. Clean and relaxing place! Great color selection. I don’t live in this area and will definitely be driving to this side of town for future services. Came here after being dissatisfied with my usual nail.

    Lexie is amazing! She gave my 5 year old with curly hair the princess treatment. Lexie was patient, kind and so sweet to us. This salon is very lucky to have such skilled and personable staff member who made our visit so special and memorable. We cant say enough about her.     The first time I was there my nails didnt look very professional the second time I went in for a fill-in and Im thinking it was the manager saw them and was very disappointed he redid them gave me a super price and I love them he was very helpful and I enjoyed my glass of wine and got my nails done and Ill be back
