    My hair stylist was absolutely amazing, he was so personable and friendly. I wish I got his name but I know he’s Brazilian and he looks like a model lol. He took care of me and was very gentle with the color process. I would definitely recommend him. I couldn’t stay long to finish my blowout, but I’m gonna attach pictures just so that you could see how shiny and how the color came out. My hair was a type of dark brown and I wanted jet black. He is very experienced and would highly recommend him.

    The staff and service was amazing! I love how gentle and kind everyone is. Alvaro cut my hair and i absolutely love how my hair turned out! He gave me exactly what I wanted. They even offered me a water as soon as I sat down! I will definitely be coming back here!

    I love this hair salon. They are all very friendly and offer services that I havent seen in other American salons. Leo gave me the best hair wash ever and he really listened to me on how to cut my hair. My pedicure looks fresh and beautiful. I want to be back for the keratin treatment

    I’ve been to this salon twice for a haircut and have to say they do not disappoint. Their staff is always extremely professional and polite while the environment is relaxing. Leo provided an excellent hair wash, cut and blow dry; I was impressed with his skill and attention to detail. I have rather thin, straight hair but he was able to give it shape and style with a shoulder length bob. They have a ton of services and plan to return very soon!

    I went there for the first time to get keratin treatment. Perfect location in Hunters Creek. I did my hair with Leo. He was great! Loved the hair massage. The best I have gotten from a hair salon. They offer so many different services, you can do your hair, nails, face and it is easy to book online. Prices are great too. I will definitely be back. 😊

    I absolutely love Beauty Factory!I was a walk in for my first visit and was treated like a queen - since then I’ve gone no where else. Both of my adult daughters have since become clients and have had incredible experiences as well. The environment of the salon is welcoming, super friendly and extremely professional. It is hard to find stylists who really care and listen -their talents bring out the best in your hair . You will walk out of the doors feeling like a brand new person! The Beauty Factory is amazing and I would 110% recommend them :)

    I have thoroughly enjoy my experience . It was not my first time but it looks like there is a new ownership. Haircut , root touch up and blowout and all came out amazing . Nice and fun atmosphere as well . Claudia only spoke Portuguese but it did not matter , she was very professional and prompt . Definitely 5 star

    Absolutely amazing! Service and quality was great. The ladies are all Brazilian and didn’t speak much English but that didn’t matter. Their customer service was amazing and took good care of me and my daughter. My daughter got the kid chair cut and kid mani and pedi. I got a trim. The outcome was exactly what we wanted. If you want a nice mommy and daughter makeover this is the perfect place to go.
