If you’re looking for a new nail home, look no more. I’m a natural nail girlie and have been on the search for a shop with lots of glitter choices who could handle natural long nails. I’ve been to at least 5 in the area and I’m done shopping. THIS IS THE SHOP!!! It’s rare to find a salon who does good art and they have that too! Sara obliterated my ingrown and I barely felt it. 1st time I haven’t been in tears and the pedicure chairs are something from a dream and they have wine!!

The best kept secret in the Baldwin Park/Winter Park area! The salon is under new management and has been completely re-done. They have THE BEST messaging chairs that even message your arms and hands! The salon is impeccably clean and the staff was so friendly! I had the lime zest pedicure (subbed lemon) and they used fresh fruit and petals (see pic below). I highly recommend California Nails!!

Had the most amazing experience here!! my friend and I were walk-ins on a sunny Sunday afternoon, and still they were very friendly and took us both right away, no wait at all. They even gave us water and white wine. Sarah gave me the most incredible, relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. I believe it’s called the jelly pedicure, and I got gel on my toes too. Absolute perfection, I nearly dozed off. Afterwards, Sarah took me to do my manicure. She is so kind, and gave me great advice about what to get to keep my nails long and strong. She also helped me learn the differences between gel and dip (because I was clueless and needed her help lol). We landed on dip and she was super excited to do the strawberry design I showed her. She did an absolutely phenomenal job; not only did she recreate the picture I showed her, but she made it even better. I adore them, they might be the cutest my nails have ever looked! 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE, Sarah does outstanding work. Can’t wait to come back for my next trip!

Dean always blows my mind! He pays attention to very details and is such an artist! I usually bring some ideas for my nails but my nails always turn out way beyond. Amazing experience!! I had Sarah for my manicure and Kathy did my pedicure. I originally was just going to do my plain white toes and natural nail color for manicure but then at the last second saw a cute Pinterest photo and asked if one of the girls could recreate and Sarah did not disappoint!! She did such an amazing job on my short nails and it was done sooo fast as I explained I was rushing to get my son !! Could not believe how fast an amazing she was !!! Kathy did my toes my plain white but she did an amazing job taking her time my whole pedicure and I absolutely enjoyed every Second !! This was my 4th visit to California Nails and each time, I am more impressed with the service and experience. This evening, I decided to take my girls with me for holiday nails. All 3 of us left with our nails exceeding our expectations. The attention to detail and listening to what each of us wanted, made the experience so special. My youngest has been asking for long nails and has never been able to get them due to the size of her nail beds. Tonight she is was so happy to finally get her long nails! We will definitely be back!

Ive visited California Nails twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first time I only had time for a pedicure but the atmosphere and staff were so amazing I knew I had to come back for my nails. Ive been to soo many different locations and this was one of the best nail experiences Ive had. Sara did an amazing job. She paid attention to every detail but also did my nails SO fast which was amazing and so appreciated because I had my 4 month old with me. Her husband even took the time to hold my son for a bit when he was sick of being in his car seat. Will definitely be back!

She’s great with shaping and filing to exactly how you want it.The salon is very nice, new and classy, the pedicure chairs are super comfortable. The receptionist girl was also very nice and offered me something to drink as soon as I sat down. Definitely found my new nail place!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to this time, because not only my nails turned out really pretty but Sara and her husband were very nice & professional since the moment I walked in. I had been looking for a nail salon ever since I moved to this side of town and had bad experience with two salons and looked at 5 different locations before making my decision but this one stood out from the reviews and Im really glad I came!! Sarah took her time making sure they looked proportional and actually cared to make them pretty and feminine!! Not thick and over filing my nails like other salons since I have curved nails. She actually worked with my natural shape. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing and can tell she loves what she does. I definitely recommend this place if you want someone who actually loves what she does! Will be my new spot going forward!

Perfect service, chill and professional atmosphere. Nail art is the best in town, I get compliments everywhere I go. You want spooky or seasonal nails? See Sara, she’s the one to do it. Acrylic gel tips or dip powder mean no harsh chemicals, very easy on the senses. My nails are a little crazy bc I am a little crazy.

Seriously, THE BEST!! I happened to stumble across this nail salon since my usual place was packed one day. Ive now been here to get my nails done quite a few times, and have even brought my daughter here (she always wants some impossible design, LOL!). A friend recommended this salon to me and I came in for a pedicure. The woman was very nice did a wonderful job on my toes. The real test for me was going back to get my dip nails done. Sara greeted me immediately and seated me right away. Within minutes she was able to identify what the previous nail tech at another salon had did wrong and why my nails were lifting.I was continually impressed with how much knowledge Sara had about nail health, nail beds. And her work is impeccable and so FAST! I was shocked how quickly I was in and out. I also like an oval, almond shape and Sara is on the of the few nail techs who shapes them properly so theyre not favoring one side. Almost 2 weeks later and my nails are still gorgeous. I will definitely be back to get my nails done again.

My mother and me have been coming here for years and we absolutely love the location, but its the technicians that really make this nail shop shine.We were worried when we found out ownership was changing, but so far, amazing!I could spend hours talking about their new pedicure chairs-And the updates make the spa way more sleek and modern.Most importantly though, they kept our technicians!Personally Ive never had a bad experience here, neither has my mom, and we were thrilled to see old faces in the revamped spa.Theyve added so many options for pedicures too! Super excited for the paraffin dip, its just calling my name.And did I mention the chairs? They literally hug you, your arms, thats right, the chair massages your arms too! Even your shoulders get some love in the thing.They also hired, or at least have more providers on Sunday mornings now, which is super awesome. Im always down to try a new tech!And let me just say, Steve was phenomenal! Im not going to lie, Im very sensitive and definitely ticklish, but Steve was adept at working my feet in a way where I wasnt constantly jumping, on our service. Let me tell you, that almost never happens, theres usually a learning curve for how obnoxiously sensitive to touch I am, but his slow yet firm technique worked wonders for me.And Yen (really feel like I butchered her name, so sorry, I am not much of a talker) has been my moms favorite Practitioner for years and with good reason. The woman is meticulous and takes pride in her work. Amazing massage technique, her hands are like magic.If youre looking for a new nail spot, or have had a poor experience with CA nails in the past, I highly suggest trying it out! Sarah and her associates are really killing it!Sorry, just had to come back, there was no way I couldnt add Kathy, she her foot massage was the best Ive ever received, genuinely, felt amazing! I absolute love this place. They greet you as you walk in and offer you beverages from the beginning of the service. My nails guy, Jimmy is the only person that I trust with my nails. Great Corona Virus Safety.. By appointments only, they have sanitizing products the moment you enter, plexie plastic barriers and constant cleaning. Only 2 customers at a time with 10 ft distance. Family business, Mary & John and all their staff are great. You feel at home and once youre an established customer, you get your own personal kit. I have been coming here for probably ten years now.
