    Holly “The BOMB” at Expert Nail and Spa has been my go-to nail tech for over 18 years, and I can confidently say she is the best in the business! Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched, and she consistently provides superb service. The salon itself is clean, with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes every visit a pleasure. If you’re looking for a nail tech who truly cares about her craft and her clients, I highly recommend Holly and the entire team at Expert Nail and Spa. Five stars all the way!

    Expert nails is the place to go! Wonderful staff that pays such attention to detail and they are all so warm and friendly. It’s also very clean and the chairs are some of the best I’ve come across. With so many salons on every corner in Orlando I wouldn’t go anywhere else than Expert nails.

    Beautiful work! This place is so clean and friendly, and the setup makes you feel at home. I always go to Tracy, she is amazing. Its been years since she has been doing my nails, and she never ever EVER disappoints. She understands your style, and she will go above and beyond to make your hand and feet look flawless ✨️ 100% recommended! I attached different nails pics that Tracy has done for me, including a video of a beautiful design called Cat Eye.

    Most of the time, my experience at Expert Nails and Spa is excellent. However this time, even though I called 3 days in advance for a Gel Pedicure, I waited 30 minutes before someone attended to me. I don’t think the person that I requested to have my Pedicure with was told that she had an appointment scheduled with me. The person that I requested to have my Pedicure with always does an amazing job and that is why I always request her.

    Expert nails is such a nice place - from the minute you walk in, there is a very user friendly sign in screen where you enter your details and services you require.Linda gave THE best pedicure I’ve ever had. I usually go for a basic but went with Linda’s recommendation to upgrade. It did not disappoint. It was the most relaxing, multi layered pedicure I have ever tried. There was paraffin wax, hot stones, hot towels and a wonderful massage. Worth every penny!All the staff are friendly and so helpful.

    Expert nails is such a great nail salon! I have the best experience every time I go. Vivan is amazing and always understands what I want to do for my nails! She takes her time and really wants to do a great job she’s extremely professional and very kind! The salon is clean and very staff friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

    Eva did my nails. Ive been going to this salon for years. They know I have an autoimmune disease so when they do a mani or pedi, they take extra time with the massage. I cant tell you how much I appreciate this. Eva had such a steady hand and is so creative. And to be honest most everyone in the salon is just so good at what they do. Theyre personable and care that you leave happy. I cant recommend them more. Well worth your time and youll see how great you feel when you leave.

    Always an amazing experience at expert nails & spa! All the technicians are so sweet and professional, I normally see Tracy for my Fingernails who always does a beautiful job. Today I got a pedicure with Vivienne who was so detail oriented and kind, she always checked in with me to ensure I was okay. I would recommend both technicians, but they are all so lovely here you can’t go wrong with anyone!

    New to town and stopped in one day and have been here since. Very friendly, cozy and close to other shopping areas. Great service and fair prices. Tracy is super nice and so pleasant & calming. Definitely recommend.

    Very clean and had two nice techs. The massage chairs were very nice compared to other nail spas. We had an appointment, showed up on time and even though they were slammed they sat us within a few minutes. Techs were very nice and didnt pressure to up sell anything.The girlfriend who has much more ecperience agreed, loved her tech, and now plans to have her nails done here regularly.I plan to return again and see if I have the same good experience. Some of these prior reviews dont sound accurate compared to my experience.Thanks!

    Came into Expert nails for a repair and have been back every visit since!! Staff is amazing and quality of services is top notch. (New owners) Eva always goes above and beyond to ensure that each visit is great. Also have never had to wait more than a few minutes for the appointment which makes ease of planning visit so much better than the other salons I have previously been to! Try them you will love it!! 5 stars in my book!

    Love this place, i’ve been going here for about a year although i’m not the most consistent with getting my nails done every time I go they never fail to impress me! Tracie does fantastic dip sets and Holly does beautiful acrylics, i usually get long stiletto shapes and a lot of other salons aren’t the best at doing it how i like but tracie and holly are so good at it. holly did my acrylics today and she did the best job at making my nails cute and long for my dinner date tonight!! The red and blue nails are dipset and the french tip was acrylic. 😊

    I recently moved and wanted to find a nail salon closer to my new home. Google did not let me down. Tracy was my nail tech and although I did not have an appointment she was willing to fit me in. She was a complete delight and did an amazing job. I got a pedicure and dip powder and it looks amazing and very natural, not chunky or thick. Loved the entire experience and will absolutely be coming to Tracy for my biweekly visits.

    Came in today for a manicure & pedicure & got taken care of right away. Jade took care of me, she is very nice, understands what you come in for & easy to communicate with. Very gentle with me & gives good massages. I haven’t been here in a few months but definitely don’t regret coming back here after new management. I will be coming in asking for her every time!!!

    Went here for the first time today and the service was great! I had Tracy as my salon stylist who took care of my gel deluxe pedicure and manicure. She was very attentive and the experience was very relaxing. The salon is well staffed and it only took about 5min to be seated. I appreciated the neat and clean appearance. Felt very rejuvenating. Highly recommend! Basic simple neutral colors, hope to try their artistic detailing and French manicures in the future! UPDATE: went back here again a month later and Tracy did an amazing job on French manicure and pedicure. She helped make my fingernails look longer with the white nail polish. Very professional and meticulous on the job. Tracy stayed longer after closing to make sure I was picture perfect for an upcoming wedding ceremony. Great service and I highly recommend☺️best nail salon in town.

    One of the new owners, Tracy, not only provided exceptional quality work in both my pedicure and manicure, but ensured I felt comfortable and personally cared for while there. I have not had regular nail services, but in some other salons in the past, I have almost felt like an outsider as a customer a number of times. I highly endorse Tracy, and the new ownership, and I will definitely return.

    I have been going to this nail salon since I was in High School and I absolutely LOVE everything about it … the people are so kind, the place is spotless, and (unlike other nail salons) I am NEVER worried they are going to mess up my nails.     Best nail salon ever!! The staff are so kind ! The vibe is amazing!! Mr. Haì always makes my nails look exactly like the reference photo!! I have pretty wide nails and normally acrylic nails don’t really look great on my hands but Mr.Haì is so patient and always gets the perfect shape!! I would 110% recommend coming here!!! 🥰🥰

    Under new management!! I was impressed with the welcoming environment I encountered. The employee quickly guided me through the sign in process and then provided the best pedicure and manicure experience.     They mentioned they are the new owners for only 3 weeks and my eyebrows look amazing. I’ve been coming here to get my eyebrows done for several months now and I usually have to go home and fix my eyebrows a little bit. Today, with these new owners my eyebrows are perfect! I don’t need to fix them at all. I’m impressed. I’m very particular about my eyebrows and they nailed it!

    I think some of the reviews are harsh. With that said, I go basic. I am not a fan of gel, or acrylic. I love the work and attention they do for pedicures and never have had a complaint. If I talk about gel, that’s with every salon I have gone to, I hate it what it does to my nails. When I’m talking specifically about a pedicure and getting basic polish application, I am very pleased with the service I get from Expert Nails. I tried another salon a few weeks ago, and I couldn’t stand what he did (not) do for my feet. I spent $40 pre tip and he spent about 40 minutes on my nails. I’m pleased.

    This place is under new management. One of the best nail technicians(Tracy) is there.. This nail salon is near the Waterford Lakes shopping center. If youre looking for a nail salon, this is it.     I’ve been going to this nail salon since I was in high school and will always go here as long as I live in the area. They have improved over the years in their skill and I’ve watched firsthand how great their customer service is. They will remember who you are and things about you if you become a regular and even as the years go by I am still recognized when I walk in. I’ve moved away for college and recently worked 5 months seasonally but as soon as I’m home I come back here and I’m never disappointed with the service or how long my nails last! I’ve had a handful of different people take care of me and I can honestly say they all do amazing work and they have always made my nail inspiration pictures come to life with no issues. They are a hidden gem in my opinion.

    I am absolutely in love with this salon because of one reason and that is my amazing nail technician. Her name is Holly. She is extremely professional and keeps the wonderful feeling of sincerity, always making me feel welcomed and appreciated. Holly truly does care for customer satisfaction and provides exceptional customer service, which is what she exceeds in doing every time. genuine quality works of art. Whether shes doing elegant classic style nails or trendy designs, she always takes her time privoiding amazing master nail tech results in a timely unrushed VIP service treatment. Shes truly the biggest asset to this company. I have received services by her co workers at this salon, but Holly seems to outshine them all! Holly has a passion and love for the art of nail design. Please call to make an appointment with her and see what a professional experience really feels like. I promise you will be satisfied. I am a big critic and someone who is hard to please or impress.     Me and my daughter had an awesome experience. We were walkins but received service rather quickly. The techs were all welcoming and kind. My daughters nails look gorgeous and my toes and legs are VERY happy (and cute!). Thanks Expert Nails for making me and daughter feel and look fabulous.

    This is my “go to” nail salon for many reasons. Unlike other local salons, they are very good with their appointments! This is also a very clean salon and they use the liners in the pedicure bowls. The services are always wonderful. I always make appointments with Tim for the “dip” style nails and he does it the best out of anyone I have ever went to. I would highly recommend Tim and the whole expert nail salon if you want a clean, reliable, and friendly experience with talented nail techs

    Have been coming here for 6 years the only reason is Hi, he is amazing the shop has gone threw a few owners( the shop went down hill ) I just went today to find new owners once again but to my surprise it is amazing! All new product … clean friendly and actually give specials ….. wow what a turn around Thank God !!!! My nail salon is back !!!!

    This place is nice, they use very good materials because my nails last forever.I don’t recommend going during the weekends because it is very busy and they just try to do your nails fast so won’t get a good finish product.Good customer service.

    As a walk-in, I felt pressure get service(s). I asked the young lady to slow, to not rush me. She passed me nail spa menu upon my asking about pricing. I selected a gel refill mani, regular pedi and Brazilian wax w/butt strip, we agreed on pricing and sat me at a pedi chair. Jen was professional and thorough. I am going to return for sure.

    Definetly recommend for all of your nail needs. Tim and his wife are amazing . This is the only nail salon where my nails do not lift even after three weeks. They always keep up to date in techniques and styles and always have new colors. Tools utilized come in sterile packets. Overhaul hands down best salon in town .

Tina was the last one who took care of my wife and as always was satisfied. Very good service. When my daughter visits Florida from New York we bring her here too.

    Ive been going to this salon for almost 2 years and the one time I didnt go here I regretted it. After so long nearly everyone has done my nails in there and they all do great. Good work isnt cheap and the prices here are very reasonable for the great nails you get.

    I absolutely LOVE this place! I drive all the way from Ocoee to get here. They are very warm and friendly and they make you feel like a valued customer. They use plastic liners for the tubs and sterilize their equipment. After having a horrible experience in an Ocoee Nail shop with my 7 yr old niece, I brought her here for her 2nd mani/pedi and the service here was nothing less than excellent (as always). They treated my niece with such kindness and gave her the full experience as a paying customer. Tina even added a flower to a couple of her fingers and toes. Thank you Nail Expert!
