I’ve been here twice this year for GelX. I really enjoy the atmosphere of the salon and professionalism of the team. My nails look great and they last a few weeks with the proper care.The price is my only pain point here. It’s $60 for a gelx set with one color. I paid about $85 for the pink chrome nails. (Excluding tip)

I recently visited Flexi Nails & Spa with my 15-year-old daughter for her birthday nails, and we had an exceptional experience with Lily! From the moment we arrived, Lily was incredibly attentive and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. She was so easy-going and patient with my teenager, which made the entire experience enjoyable. The salon’s location was convenient, and Lily’s station was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Lily for anyone looking for excellent service and a great experience at Flexi Nails & Spa!

Very expensive, but nice job on gel nails and eyebrows. $30 for gel toes, $60 for gel fingers (not sure why it’s twice as much as toes?), $65 for the gel that strengthens your nail, extra $15 for different colors on different nails (which they told me after I asked if we could do it and decided which 5 colors), $15 for brow wax. Busy place, good reviews, clean inside, friendly staff. We’ll see if the nails last!

I’ve been going to Flexi since June of 2023 and I’ve never been disappointed. I get hard gel with Tammy and she’s the best. She pays such good attention to details and will have your nails looking amazing. My nails last about 6 weeks when. I get them done by her.

I had the absolute best pedicure experience at Flexi Nail Spa, and I owe it all to Vinny! Dealing with autoimmune issues can make self-care tricky, but Vinny went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He took his time with the massage, using the perfect pressure and always checking in to see if I needed anything. His attention to detail and genuine care for my well-being made all the difference. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and so grateful for his kindness and skill. Highly recommend Vinny for anyone seeking an exceptional pedicure experience!

Friendly staff! Calming environment! Fantastic service!I originally scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am on 5/11 but a last minute change to my schedule required me to change the date and time. I called the shop and Lily was able to schedule me the day of (5/10) with Franny.Franny started my nails immediately and was very friendly. She also did my pedicure. Both services were wonderful!I detest getting my nails done so I like to be in and out. Franny did just that and her work was again, FANTASTIC!Thank you ladies for accommodating my last minute request and providing such stellar customer service!

As you can see she is seriously talented. Ive also gotten my nails done by Tammy and she did a fantastic job as well. This place has been doing Gel x for a long time and they know their stuff. Dont even think about it, this is the place. The vibe is really relaxing and fun, the decor is cute, and everyone is really nice! I should be gatekeeping this place but they deserve all of the customers. Love this place!!!

I came in yesterday because I wanted to try out places closer to my new house- and I loved the environment here!! Definitely did not disappoint. Everybody was super nice and professional (and had great conversations the whole time)! Krystal did a wonderful job on my nails and really took her time to make sure they were the perfect color to match my bridesmaid dress that I showed her a picture of at the beginning. All in all wonderful experience!

Hands down the best nail salon in the Orlando area in terms of talent, personality and cleanliness. I drive an entire hour just to get here because I will never let anyone else do my nails. I am absolutely never disappointed whether it’s dip nails, pedicure, eyebrows or waxing! They do it all extremely well. I love how they make sure your nails stay healthy. Ask for Jenn or Lily if it’s your first time and you don’t know who to go with. Make an appointment because they do get booked since they are so good!

I was a walk-in with my friend who treated me. The wait wasnt terrible, especially considering we had no appointment. As I waited, you could tell everyone was really enjoying themselves and literally the place was full of happiness! Krystal did my nails, which was freaking dope, considering my name is Crystal 😂 she was so nice and gentle and just all around amazing! What a great place! Everyone is warm and welcoming, and works hard to make you feel comfortable. They’re almost like family. You can clearly see how close they are to one another. And the nails! Always a masterpiece! They take their time but it’s worth it, all of my coworkers go there and we always recommend to others when they ask about our fabulous nails! They provide a wide range of services to allow you to get the full spa experience.

Flexi is an amazing salon! I have pretty wide and short nail beds and Lily made my nails look so thin with the perfect curve! I usually leave salons with ‘bumpy’ nails that are all a slightly different shape because I don’t have perfect nails to begin with and every single one of my nails is perfect this time! I couldn’t be happier with this set, aside from the great work Lily was super fun and sweet to talk to, the time flew by!

Charlie does my signature gel polish pedicures. He is amazing! He was thorough, and gentle. Going on week 6 and my feet still look flawless, polish is perfect. Flex-I is absolutely amazing. I came in last year with a bad set of acrylics I got from another salon, and they gave me a beautiful set of dip nails for $35! Ive been coming back ever since. Their prices are amazing and I absolutely love getting my nails done by Jen, she knows exactly what shape and colors I like. The color lasts for weeks, has never chipped on me and always look clean and well done every time. LOVE!!

Everyone always says it, but it truly is hard to find a nail salon that you LOVE. And let me tell you, I LOVE Flex-I! I have to shout out my girl Jennifer, but honestly everyone there is kind, welcoming, professional, and talented. I can honestly say that I have never had a negative experience as far as customer service, and quality of work goes. I also need to add that with the current pandemic taking place, they have taken every precaution to make sure sanitation is a number one priority. The atmosphere was relaxing and the customer service was incredible! Everyone was extremely friendly and sweet to us. I highly suggest this wonderful salon. Super friendly people and great work. I was initially doing gel nails, but the techs told me about the dip powder and once I tried it I’m never going back to gel. All the techs are very nice and do great work, but Vince is my go to now. He’s so incredibly gentle and quick yet so detailed. The pricing here is very reasonable as well. As long as I have the funds to get my nails done, I will always come here. It’s the best.

I have tried MANY nail salons in Orlando and I can tell you that Flex-i is the BEST! Always welcoming, clean, professional, efficient and relaxing atmosphere everything I look for in a salon. What I love the most is that the staff are ALL talented there’s isn’t just one person that can do designs or just one that specializes in acrylic, dip powder or gel-x they have all been trained well and are true artist! They have several pedicure options and always take their time and are detailed. I do recommend making an appointment they have a large staff but are always busy with walk-ins.

I have been getting gelx manicures at flex-I with Lily for a little over a year and she has definitely changed my life. I feel very confident I could be a hand model with the results I get from her. I recently got a plantar fasciitis pedicure from Lisa after having months of terrible foot pain related to spending 12+hr on my feet as a nurse. Let me tell you, my feet have never felt better. This pedicure has improved my quality of life without a doubt and I definitely would get one again. Well worth the price for her care and knowledge!

I really loved getting my nails done by Rochelle she’s amazing with acrylic, I see she’s the only one who uses it too, she’s very talented. I feel some other customers are rushed on and told to do Gel X so they can move clientele. Rochelle is the opposite she takes her time and charges accurately everyone else I’ve been to exaggerates the price, Gel X is more expensive and lasts less than acrylic and I witnessed a girl with short gel x nails pay the same as I did for getting long acrylics and my toes done. It’s sad to see them pushing clients to get Gel X. Rochelle did wonderfully and was very welcoming and friendly 💗

I have been living in Orlando going on 4 years and Ive been searching for a good nail salon as well as in a tech. I heard about this place from multiple people so I decided to try it out. The atmosphere is so welcoming and just filled with joy. The moment you walk in you are greeted and its is beyond clean. Tina is awesome she really put time and effort in my nails. She doesnt rush just AWESOME:) Im pretty sure every nail tech there is good as well . I would definitely be back and its so convent. Prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this place!!

Take this from someone who is picky and a germaphobe- this place satisfied me to the full extent. I moved here from South Florida and had a nail tech I would only go to. If she wasnt available, Id wait for her and would follow her anywhere. When I moved to Orlando for school, I thought Id have a hard time replacing her since she was the only person who ever did my nails the way I liked and she was always very clean. After researching for a couple of days for the best salon, I came across Flexi when I was gonna give up. The reviews were either amazing or terrible so I was hesitant since some reviewers were very passionate with their comments, but I tried it out because they had a different system in their pedicure chairs that kept it clean that was unique compared to other places. When I went I was completely satisfied. Here are things Ive noticed:1. The Environment- it was very different from other salons. The vibe was so upbeat, the nail techs were smiling and laughing with one another and with their clients. They are young and fun and make you feel very welcomed.2. The nail techs- I booked with a different nail tech my first few times to get a feel for who I vibed well with and whose work I loved the best and I can say with confidence that you can choose any nail tech and they will do a wonderful job. I really couldnt believe it since that has never been true before, but with Flexi, you can trust that the owner chose her employees wisely. They are also very in-the-know with all the trends and new nail designs and techniques. They are all so friendly. I love going to Amy! That girl is PRECISE. She takes her time in an efficient way and makes sure everything is perfect. I can tell she takes pride in what she does. Whenever I bring her intricate designs she always nails them. Lilly is the owner and is really funny and is the best at nails. If you like to talk and have fun go to her! Gracey gives amazing pedicures, I love her! They also all have cute babies.3. Consistency- Ive been going here for two years now and can honestly say that they have to be the best nail salon. I have never walked out of there unsatisfied.

I am extremely picky with my nails, but I always leave happy. Everyone there is skilled and has their unique style and set of artist expertise, however, I have my nail tech Jennifer. She is my woman, the love of my life, and blesses me when my nails are in crisis. PLEASE COME HERE you and your cuticles will be happy you did!

I dont usually write reviews but this deserved one. The atmosphere is so refreshing and relaxing. The staff there are awesome!! They make sure youre well pampered and they are so fun! They offer a variety of services too and its so sanitized! Its not just the pedicure liners but disposable jets. They use brand new buffers and filers (you can even take it home)! I had an herbal pedicure done with cupping and it felt sooo good on my soles. I also had my first collagen manicure!! My hands are always dry because I wash it all day but the collagen mask made it so soft! The cherry on top is my gel polish!!! I naturally have very oily nail beds (acrylic doesnt even last on me)! FINALLY FINALLY I FOUND SOMEWHERE WHO KNOWS HOW TO MANAGE THAT WITH GEL! Its been a MONTH and my gel is still on and my cuticles look pretty good (for being a month overdue)!And usually I dont cut my cuticles because they tend to grow out faster and Ill get hang nails but its been a month and I am super satisfied!! They are my holy grail!!!

I am kind of conflicted whether or not i want to come back here and ill tell you why. i got gel x french tip done by lily and she was amazing! super friendly and has amazing people skills. i also love the nails she did for me. the only problem i would say i have is with the prices of the salon. at first, i did ask for an abstract design that i have gotten multiple times before from other salons and it usually comes out to a total of around $80, but when she told me it was going to be $115, my jaw literally dropped. i did, although, appreciate her quoting me before the service. i did have to change my design to a french tip which was $80 and even though thats still a little bit expensive, i found it way more reasonable compared to $115. in my opinion, i just feel like that might be a little bit too expensive, especially because theres a lot of other nail salons in the area quoting for way less, but to each their own. if you have the money and dont care splurging on nails, i recommend this salon. either way, i had a good experience and lily is an amazing artist.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and they’ve never disappointed! They’re one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve been to in Orlando which is why it’s been my favorite. Recently with Covid they’ve been going above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe when they walk in and when they leave. Everyone has masks, hands are washed before every service, plexiglass is between the techs and customers, and there’s a seat between you and the next person that’s getting their nails done.Jen is my life saver and knows exactly how I like to have my nails and she always makes my inspo nails come to life! Divina is also great, she did my birthday nails last year and they were beautiful! I always get dip powder w tips and my nails always last AT LEAST 3 weeks and I’ve gone as long as 5 weeks to get them done again. And that’s an incredible amount of time since I work retail and I’m kind of rough on my hands at work. I will always recommend Flex-I to anyone who asks about my nails bc they’re amazing!

The atmosphere is like no other - extremely friendly and I can tell that the people know what theyre doing. I messaged the salon on instagram about it and sent pictures of my messed up nails and they told me they would fix it for me.I returned to the salon and Iman (chair 9) fixed my nails. They allowed me to get dip powder as I originally wanted, for free! Its been a few days and my nails are still in perfect condition. The customer service, quality, and cleanliness ensure an optimal service. They went the extra mile to stand out from your typical nail salon way before Covid interrupted our nation. I love the extra precautions they took to keep customers and staff safe. All staff members are wearing face masks and washing their hands frequently. All guests are required to wait outside until their tech is ready. When checking in, all guest must wear a mask and wash their hands before being serviced. They also have plexiglass as an extra barrier of protection for both Flexi staff and guests. I can’t thank them enough for ensuring my safety and theirs.

So I checked this place out for the first time today. I thought it was amazing, until it came time to make an appointment. I want to come back in 3 weeks, the tech asked me to do it online. Because I saw how busy they are I wanted to book ahead for next time. So I get to the car and try to make an appointment, the site will not allow me to submit. So I call to see if I can make an appointment that way. Im given the runaround and even texted ... STILL NO APPOINTMENT made. So I get on my computer to make the appointment. I have an i5 processor w/high speed internet, I run 3 screens off of my computer daily, with multiple tabs open, and the only site running slow is their website. I shutdown everything and still the site is not working. I get going technology, but I really would like to make an appointment to comeback, and your technology isnt seeming to work and calling to make an appointment seems like a waste since Ive already tried. I love the service there. I guess Ill make the appointment when the site is working better. This is just blah on top of such a great experience. I literally sent a video of how amazing and clean the place was and how it had a great vibe. I only take one star off cause its technology based and not really the fault of tech. I just think you need a better system if your site is running slow.

I LOVE this place! Great service and very friendly! They really hear your requests. Great place to bring the girls for a pamper day! I have been here twice and they have yet to disappoint.Very sanitized and really great with mani and pedi. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Flexi for over a year now. It’s always a good time and my nails/pedi are always bomb. Never have any issues. I love the whole staff.
