    I came here as a walking without appointment and they took me in right away, I saw the 5 stars ⭐️ reviews and I decided to get a pedicure and my eyebrows done, it was my very first time here and I loved it. Linda did such a wonderful job 🥰 i will definitely go back 💯. Thank you Linda !!

    I never leave any reviews but I had a great experience! Linda and I think his name is Charlie, they were pleasant and very welcoming. They pay attention to detail and make sure you’re satisfied with their work. The prices are reasonable, I for sure will come back! Thank you Linda and Charlie ☺️

    I had Linda And she was wonderful! She did exactly what I asked for. Even during the busy holiday season, she was able to fit me and my daughter in last minute. I will definitely be returning for my future nail appointments.

    Needed to find another spa due to the price increases around Orlando. I chose Hawaiian nails based on location and price. WOW!I got a manicure and pedicure for $40 and it was the best I ever had😊 I decided to opt for a level one upgrade for the pedicure. I never experienced anything like it. I also had a lip wax which was amazing. Looks like I found my new Nail Home. Thank you Linda.JoAnne

    Excellent experience. Amazingly friendly staff and prices are competitive. Both techs paid great attention to detail and really got into the cuticles. Wonderful chairs with massage that works.

    I have gone to Charlie to get my nails done for six years, ever since I moved to Waterford Lakes. Charlie is very honest and the prices are fair. I get acrylic and gel and everywhere I go people ask me where I get my nails done. They look amazing, well done, and natural. Hawaii nails is very clean and the staff is very professional. The staff is very welcoming and nice. 10/10 I would highly recommend.

    Okay, so I’ve been trying to find a good nail place for quite some time since moving to Orlando. I’ve tried at least 8 different salons but I wasn’t impressed. Charlie is FANTASTIC and so is Cyndi-everyone is in the shop. They make you feel like part of the family and not just a customer. The place is always clean and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable!

    Everyone is so sweet & welcoming! They pay attention to detail & the prices are very good. So glad I came in here with my mom & sister! Ill definitely be back :)Update: my nails had a weird reaction to something I put on my hands so I came back the next day to get them fixed & they sat me down right away and Nikki made them look better than the day before. She was so sweet to me & my sister and made us feel like family. Love her! :) thanks so much for the amazing service!

    Linda and Charlie did an amazing job on me and my mom’s nails. Linda pays attention to detail and she didn’t get frustrated when I came in not really knowing what I wanted done for my nails yet. She checked with me multiple times throughout the process to see if I liked what she was doing. Very nice place, would definitely come back.

    I am leaving this review just to reply to Excendia Rivera, who gave just 1 star. I don’t know her but I was next to her when she went. I am so sorry that you felt that way but everyone was so nice to you, they sat you at one of their massage chairs and offered you something to drink, then unfortunately she sat with someone who wasn’t able to do what she asked for but they immediately explained it to her that everyone has their own specialization and I believe is better if they are honest with you. She was very rude with them and when they told her it was $45 for acrylics and gel she got very angry and then they told her that without get is $35. Not expensive at all, I love them! I’ve been there for years! And OMG they are always sweeping the floor! Extremely clean! I don’t know why would you lie about that. Again, I knew she was going to give a bad review, but I assure you that they are AMAZING and she probably had a bad day.

    I absolutely love this salon. I’ve been coming here on and off regularly (not allowed to have my nails done in nursing school). But today they went above and beyond! The numbers on the dip powder I chose were switched and so my nails came out a different color than I wanted (a royal blue vs baby). I didn’t say anything until the end because I thought I could deal with the color and that it would lighten after the buffing, but I couldn’t do it.That’s when they took me back over and redid all of my nails until I was happy. I’m sure it was annoying to do my nails twice in one sitting but they had no complaints and made sure I left happy.I’ve never had a bad experience here and recommend them any time someone is looking for a new nail place. You won’t be disappointed!

    This place is one of the best shops around. Very clean, very friendly and excellent work. I see why they have such great earlier reviews. I received a pedicure today and Tiffany did a wonderful job. So relaxing and my French was dont beautifully. Defiantly a standout in the world of nail salons.

    Cindy is the one that I got my nails done with. She did perfectly shaped acrylic nails for me with gel and it looked beautiful, especially when I have short and thin nails. She didnt rush because she wanted to make sure they were perfect. Super friendly and will chat with you. Hannah and Amy who were sitting next to her would chat with me too when they didnt have a client. The place feels and looks like a spa. Did I mention it was my first time? They made me feel welcomed! Would definitely come back!

    I’ve been going here for years as well as my sister and mom. We love it! My sister and mom love Charlie but I’ve had many of the different staff members and never had a bad experience. I’ve done gel and dip powder while my mom and sister typically do acrylics.

    First time and I would recommend this salon to anyone! I will be going back for sure😀 I got gel manicure (by Nancy) & they even did a paraffin wax treatment & hand massage! Nancy was so nice and sweet. The salon was VERY clean and all the nail instruments were clean too. I walked right in without an appointment and didnt have to wait. All the staff members were polite and friendly. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Definietly try this salon out because you wont be disappointed!!

    I’ve used Hawaii Nails for years and I’ve never known Charlie to be rude - it’s not in his DNA. In fact, I switched to Hawaii Nails because of his workmanship and kindness. I go to Charlie for both pedicures and manicures and my price has always been the same. To the previous reviewer - do you think he was asking if you had picked a color “already” rather than barking a command as you are suggesting? Perhaps you’re unhappy because they were so busy and couldn’t seat you the minute you walked in the door...? They wouldn’t do the volume of business they do if he handled customers in the manner you are suggesting. I’ve never seen it in 3 years. I HIGHLY recommend him.

    I went here without an appointment late on a Sunday, around 5:15. They close at six , but were very welcoming and invited me to come in. I got a full set, with holographic powder, and a regular pedicure. The powder was a little expensive for the ease of application, but the technician was patient with me in deciding a color. I gave it 4 stars because the pedicure was definitely rushed in regards to the nail procedure, but I suppose that’s what I get for going in late. I would again, but with an appointment.

    I just decided to have my nails done on a whim this afternoon. I walked into the salon and was promptly welcomed. I have to admit i did not have an appointment. Charlie was just finishing up w a client. Charlie was awesome. I loved the experience. My nails are just perfect. Thank you Charlie. I will see you in a few weeks. I would recommend Hawaii Nails & Spa to all my friends and clients.

    Very impressed with the service and the prices. Today was my first time, and even though closing time came and went, Jenny did an outstanding job with no hurries, and a smile on her face. The others there with her after closing time, dont know if they are the managers or owners, were also very nice and welcoming. Definitely going back!

    This place was wonderful! Jennifer took real good care of me. My nails came out amazing. She also gave me some real good tips on when I came back to do my nails. She recommended SNS instead of the acrylic and explained to me why. Spent only $62 and gave her a good tip cause I was just so satisfied. I will be coming back monthly for a mani-pedi. Thank you so much!

    I went yesterday and I had such a lovely experience. I ask for basic pedicure and gel nail manicure and Linda was very gentle and thorough. Very relaxing and they even brought me some cold water. And for the price it was great!!! I definitely will be back. =)

    I decided to try this place out since it was righr down the road from my house and the last place Ive been going to for over 2 years have been bad the last few times. The people seated me right away. I got pink and whites full set and they showed me the 3 different shades of pink on a fake nail to see the color I like. They took their time and was very detailed. My nails came out perfect. They absolutely earned my future business. I will be coming here from now on.

    Its always a pleasure getting my nails done here. I have been to basically all nail salons in the area of Waterford and Avalon Park and this nail salon is my favorite thus far! The techs are super sweet and I always feel very welcomed. I recommend the tech at station #9!

    A friend and I were visiting Orlando from Lakeland and was in desperate need of a pedi/mani and stumbled upon this place. When I tell you the hospitality is A2 (not A1) They treated us like we had a personal friendship with them for years😂😂. I am willing to take the trip from Lakeland to Orlando anytime and would highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great customer service.

    Hawaii Nails is my favorite salon in Orlando without question. I have been in Orlando for the past 6 years since I began my career at Ucf and have been loyal to Hawaii Nails and their fabulous services. Even throughout my moves across this huge city I still drive across town to this salon because I tried at least 20 before I found them. They offer a variety of nail styles in a beautiful beach themed salon that has the best massage chairs in town. I usually get pink and whites and they always turn out remarkably. Ask for Charlie! He’s my favorite! Always greets me with smiles and excitement to make me feel beautiful!Thank you Charlie and thank you Hawaii Nails!

    Nice place. Its clean and the prices are reasonable. Nice calm atmosphere. No rambunctious children running through this salon.My nails & feet are always cute however nail designs doesnt seem to be their specialty. But I like this place & would reccomend it.

    Ive been getting acrylic nails for years and recently moved. It was so hard to find a place that did them so that two days later they wouldnt crack or chip because Im rough on my nails and I found that place. Plus I got them coffin style and I keep getting compliments on how beautiful they are.

    It was the worst experience I had in my life. Ive been doing nails at places for 5 years and more and this place had no more than 6 customers and a 2 hours wait, did not do the correct shape and was treated really bad. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless you want to have a bad day/nail experience.

    LOVE Hawaii nail and Spa. They always take care of me and greet me by my first name when I come in. When you do you nails here they always ask if you would like something to drink, and do your nails exactly how you ask. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and will never change my nail spot !
