My wife and I spent the day in Orlando Saturday and decided we wanted to go for a mani & pedi decided to just ride around and the first one we came upon in the Publix plaza was HOT NAILS. We were pleasantly greeted and were assisted immediately. The service and professionalism was none other. We each had the most pleasant experience. My wife started with the top of the line pedi great experience then her nails and finished with a brow tint. “It looked spectacular.”I was blessed to have a wonderful tech and that was none other than SOPHIA. She is a young beautiful professional Vietnamese woman well spoken in English. Totally takes pride in her work and gives her clients the best experience ever. I started with a top of the line pedi topped it off with a manicure. It’s not often we get the chance to treat ourselves due to the type of work we do. But, when we do we want the best and we received the best.We totally recommend you go to Hot Nails in Orlando and experience the great service that we did. I read all the reviews and still went in. Sandy as very nice and listened to what services I wanted. The place is very clean and everyone was very friendly. They get busy fast, so go early or later in the day. I WILL be going back!!

Everyone was saying the customer service is bad but I just needed a pedicure so I came anyway, to my surprise everyone was very nice. I got offered water and soda as I sat down too. She did a very good job on the pedicure too. I’ll definitely be back

First time walking in here after I seen the new management sign . I came in for a pedicure and polish change and I tell you that Ann was great , she was gentle , friendly and very sweet and understandable. I will be coming back for another . 🙂

I have been going to Hot Nails for over 15 years. My nail tech, Mai is AMAZING! She’s professional, humble and funny. Her mom, Sandy is a trip as well. I moved away from the area but still make the drive because of the service I receive.

Its cheap. People always compliment my nails. Ive been going there for 5 years. This is not a luxury spa. Its in the corner of John Young and Americana so that should give you an idea. This place is almost always packed. They dont NEED more customers; they have plenty. Thats one of the reasons the staff is laid back and dont have to kiss your behind. Ive never had and have never heard of anyone getting infections unlike some upscale places. I suggest visiting any place more than once before posting negative review; it screams being an uneducated person that doesnt bother to do research and is most likely a spoiled brat expecting a glass of champagne with their $12 nails.

Love the place but 2 of the texts are not as good as the rest and the real good ones are always busy and booked. They need more good text. Prices are good.

I have been going to Sandy for my eyebrows for over a decade. She is always on point. Her daughter Mai does have skills as well on for pedicures.
