I cannot say enough great things about Tina! She is, hands down, the best nail technician I’ve ever been with. I’ve always dreaded having my ingrown toenails cut because it’s usually a painful experience, and I almost always leave with discomfort or bleeding. But Tina completely changed that for me! She took care of my ingrown toenails with such incredible precision and care that I didn’t feel a thing, no pain, no discomfort, and absolutely no bleeding. It was the most pleasant and professional experience I’ve ever had. Tina’s expertise and gentle touch truly set her apart.I also want to say how amazing Helen at the front desk is. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away. She was so attentive, making sure I had everything I needed and checking in to see if I was okay. Helen has such a professional yet friendly vibe, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about making the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She really made me feel valued as a customer, and I truly appreciated that personal touch

I came to Orlando on a layover and decided to visit this salon to kill some time. I did not know I was in for quite the experience! This was probably the best service I’ve ever received at a salon. From the receptionists (Helen and one other sweet lady), to Paul (my amazing gel manicurist), to Ms. Ha (best masseuse ever!) I truly had the most relaxing, tranquil experience. The aesthetic is beautiful, and carefully decorated. I love everyone’s gentle, sweet personality. I am telling all my friends to go to this place if they ever visit the Orlando area!

I have been coming here off and on since 2016 and when I tell you nothing has changed, besides it got even better. Everyone is so friendly, the hospitality is out of this world and they make sure that you’re comfortable, not to mention the complimentary wine and fruit (they never miss a beat wit the refills). I love it here . Great atmosphere (and they do a damn good job on them manicures) A+++

My husband and I popped in for pedicures. We’re staying at the Florida Hotel for a convention and this was the 2nd place we went to get pedicures (the first didn’t have walk in availability). The pedicure atmosphere was really nice - I like that it was dimly lit with spa music. My husbands feet are awful and the girl who did his was especially good (I don’t remember her name but she was in grad school and originally from CA). If you’re looking for a relaxing pedicure this was definitely a great spot.

This place is phenomenal! The owner Tammi and the Assistant Manager Nina really know how to take care of their clients! The customer service was on point and the techs there are great. My sister and I went to get pedicures and we did the VIP Deluxe Packages. Worth EVERY PENNY. Ms. Ha and Natalie took very good care of us and the experience was top notch. We were given complimentary beverages and the massage chairs were so good! If you’re thinking about going somewhere to get pampered, head on over to Jade Spa! One of the best spas in Orlando HANDS DOWN.

I really enjoy going to this place & I did rate it 5 stars at first because its an awesome place, however, the experience from this past Saturday kind of traumatized me. My pedicure with Mei was amazing, but the nail tech who did my full set was not. He was an older gentlemen and super hyper. Ive been to him one time before and he was the same (the first time, I thought maybe he just had extra caffeine & I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt) normally getting my nails done is relaxing and I never feel any pain from drilling or filing. When I say this experience was traumatizing, I really mean it. I have cuts & burns on all my fingers (both hands) because he was super aggressive with the drill. He even laughed and made a comment of how sensitive your skin is, I really wanted to tell him no, Its you being really hyper & careless with that drill. My fingers hurt so bad that I was sitting on the edge of my seat and I was so scared to continue the process because it was so painful. I didnt want to say anything to management because I didnt want to make a scene, but I did tell him to be a bit more careful--which he wasnt. Also he made my nails look really big and you can tell the acrylic is a bit over lined onto my skin. I dont mind the outcome as much as I mind the discomfort he caused me, but NEVER again will I go to that nail tech. The pain was really bad and it wasnt just once or twice that he cut me, it was literally throughout the whole process. Next time I go, I will be sure to let the receptionist know I dont want him doing my nails.If you look closely, youll see the cuts near my cuticle area.

Nina at front desk is the sweetest & is excellent at customer service! Tina does the best eyelashes! Tammi the owner is awesome she treats everyone fair and respectfully ! My husband also did massage a full body massage there and he was extremely pleased with the service. Its my go to place for great service !

The service I got was microblading by Tina. She did a fantastic job and believe me Im hard to please. She was professional and took her time with me. She answered all of my questions and when i wanted a slightly different shape she accommodated me. I am very very happy with the service I received. This was my first time getting this service. Every time I am in Florida, one of my first stops is to Jade Spa and to Tina❤ She is a top notch professional and since day one, she has put love and care into every service she has provided. I trust her unconditionally and completely with my eyes and eyebrows, manicures and pedicures. Yesterday she microbladed my eyebrows and applied permenant eyeliner to the top and bottom of my eyes.Ha, her sister, is another top jotch professional and just recently, I met Gullia, such a wonderful, friendly young woman😁 Jade spa has nothing but top notch professionals. Amazing pedicure. The best experience I’ve ever had at a nail spa. They take their time and pay attention to details. They make sure your feet are the smoothest as possible. First time my boyfriend and I visited this place and we absolutely loved it! From the moment you walk in you are in total shock from how beautiful and unique the place is. We went in for two pedicures and the service along with experience met more than our expectations. We were offered drinks as soon as we sat down. Love my nails every time I get them done! Always get compliments I highly recommend this nail salon. The tech I go too is Tiffany and she is amazing! She is quick, neat, creative,and does a great job every time. I don’t go anywhere else, they are a bit pricey but for peace of mind knowing my nails will be on point, I gladly pay it. I also love the complimentary wine or drinks! Only negative thing I noticed is that they are not very kid friendly so if you bring you child make sure not have them running around the pedicure area, or touching the polishes, but understandably so it a liability.

My boyfriend and I were at Florida Mall and decided we needed a pedicure after shopping all day. We saw the reviews for this place and figured this was one of the best options in the area. I called to see if they were taking walk-ins since we didn’t have an appointment and the lady was very kind and said they had availability. As soon as we walked in we already felt relaxed! The ambiance was calm and all the little touches made the whole experience that much better. We were immediately greeted and seated within a couple minutes. I was very impressed with their cleanliness and sanitary procedures. All the employees were wearing masks and each massage chair for the pedicures had its own personal curtain as a form of PPE. The ladies who did our pedicures were great and we left feeling very relaxed and satisfied. This was my first time at Jade Spa and definitely not the last. I highly recommend this place!

Got an SNS done today by Linda and she did an amazing job. I’m so happy with how it came out! I was skeptical with letting her do my nails since I really liked Tracy #2 the last time I came. But she did an even better job. (They’re both really good to be honest) I asked for nice and thin and natural looking and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I wish I could upload a picture :)

The overall experience was pleasant. I only didnt give a 5 star b/c my color change on my toes didnt go well. The girl who did my toes put oil prior to painting my toes which caused my painted toes to be ruined since the oil prevented them from drying. I eventually had to re-paint my toes myself as a result. All in all, I still would go back but I would advise the next nail tech add the oil after painting my toes.

The Jade nails spa is located in a very busy place but once you walk inside theres an immediate sense of calm. Thats one of the main reasons why I choose to go to this particular nail salon amongst the hundreds that you drive through in and around Orlando. All of my friends that Ive taken to this salon compliments me and my choice and says how wonderful the staff is how soothing and relaxing they feel while they are there, and the price isnt bad. If you are looking for quality service I highly recommend Jade nails hands down. Over the course of seven years Ive enjoyed being taken care of by their knowledgeable and talented nail techs. I love it there!

While on our vacation, we visited Jade Spa for what thought to be a quick touch up to my chipped polish, but then Sandy and Mei, our technicians have made our experience into a relaxing oasis! I was so relax as soon as Sandy started, I fell asleep, which was rarely the case before. Jade Spa represented a serene atmosphere with professional staff and comfortable massaging chairs. The spacious reception area offered ample seating room, not that we waited long upon our walk-in appointment. Sandy was exceptionally professional and thoughtful in her work. I did not feel obligated or being pushed to add on any of the extras. Her honest opinions and recommendations made my choices an ease. Id recommend Sandy to all future clients.

I always leave an extra $40 Bc they are so good! They even let me buy a bottle of moscato every time I come in!! I love it here! We get treated like a priority every time we come in even when I dont make an appointment and jus walk in... they also do the best coffin shape nails and thats hard to find

This place is awesome. I went in for a pedicure and got the royal treatment. My hands and arms were massaged also. I was so impressed, i asked for a facial. Besides all that goes with a facial, i got my hands and arms massaged, my legs stretched and a mini massage on my upper back. If you need/want anything done and done right... you have to visit this place.
