    Here’s a draft for your review:I had an amazing experience at Lee Nail Shop! From the moment I walked in, Lily greeted me warmly and made me feel so welcome. She did an incredible job on my eyebrows they look absolutely perfect! Tina was just as wonderful, providing great conversation and doing an amazing job on my pedicure and manicure (powder mani ). She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was friendly, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Lee Nail Shop and can’t wait to come back!

    I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is amazing and I have actually moved from beachside to viera and still come here every 2 weeks to get my nails filled and pedicure. I have several friends that I have recommended coming here to as well and they are now regular customers. I always appreciate the great service and them being so accommodating when I show up at the end of the day.

    I came here to get my acrylics removed and right as I got all my fingers in a glove covered in acetone (or whatever chemical is used), my husband texted I had locked my family out of the house. I was obviously stressed, and the whole staff had so much sympathy and got my acrylics removed as fast as possible so I could get out of there.The lady taking care of me was so kind, did a fantastic job SO quickly, and kept reassuring me she’d get me out quick (she didn’t have to care about my personal problem but she did).2 other staff, without neglecting their clients at all, came over to check on my nails and help me move things along faster whenever they had a spare moment. One of them had just overheard that I locked my family out and said she was sorry and wanted to help.I’ve never seen a nail salon care about the customer like these people did for me today. They didn’t treat me like a burden, they had sympathy, went above and beyond to help me, worked fast, and did a great job.I am beyond impressed and will only go here from now on for any of my nail needs.

    They tried to overcharge me saying the price on the menu was lower than the price in the computer. I told them they need to change their menu if that’s the case so they lowered the price. The lady that did my nails was nice at first but she was doing a sloppy job and if I hadn’t asked her to fix them in a few places my nails would have looked a mess. She got annoyed that I asked her to fix things more than once, but I’m glad I did because everything was $125 before the tip. I think it’s fair to expect quality when spending that kind of money at the nail salon.

    I love this place. Ive been a customer for about 7 months now. But the gentleman who did my manicure will not be doing them again. My nails are very thick (which I asked they werent). They are also longer than I anticipated. Yes, he asked me if they were short enough. But from my perspective and this being the first time Ive gotten acrylic, I didnt realize they were too long until he began to polish. When asked to just cut them down a little, he refused to do so. He stated that since he asked me beforehand, that its my fault if I dont like them. Also, the nail on my left hand is tilted. I still love this place and I will continue to go here to get my nails done. But I will not have him do my manicure ever again.

    Just had my nails done, eyebrow and polish change on my toes. I have to say the service was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My nails came out great. The tech Ken was fast but very gentle. Even though he was fast he took his timeTo make sure my nails were even and shaped all the same . We had an appointment and as soon as we walked thur the door we were welcomed . I said I had an appointment and the tech knew my name without having to look at the appointment book. That’s was very impressive. Being that I have gone to other places and they forgot we had an appointmentV did my eyebrows and she did a really good job.Hannah did my toes and she also did a really good job.I will definitely come back . Next time I come in I will treat myself to a pedi.

    Thank you Lily! And her sister which I didn’t get her name they accommodated me for a pedicure and acrylic full set 45 minutes before closing without complaining and without rushing! Great quality and good pricing. Can’t wait to come back they made feel like family!

    I was too excited to know that Andy was back in Orlando. When he moved I literally stopped getting my nails done. Everywhere I went the quality, service and price was not good for me but all of that is over and I am a happy camper.

    This is my first time here and definitely not my last. Vee waxed and tinted my eyebrows, they look fabulous. Ethan did my nails and toes, he’s fast and does a great job. I love this place!!! Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended!

    I wish I got the name of the lady who did my nails because she did an amazing pedicure and fill for me ! This place rocked and I felt super comfy ! If I get my nails done in Orlando again I’m going here ! Since I was in a rush the manager even helped to finish me ! Super nice people .
