    I have been going here for years to get manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. I always have a great experience with amazing service. I booked an appointment with Gaby today and asked for this design. It was a challenging request but she absolutely slayed it. I very am pleased with how my nails turned out!     This is the first time I can honestly say that I love my nails and had an amazing experience from start to finish at a nail salon. Making the appointment was easy. The nail tech assigned to me was amazing in every way! She took her time. She Really showed that she cared and didn’t treat me like a ticket number of “next”. I highly recommend Metrowest & Spa, but even more so, NANCY! She truly is amazing. I definitely will be back. Ask for her, trust me!

    I have been coming to Metro West Nails and Spa for over a year now. I have never left disappointed. My nails are always well taken care of and the atmosphere is so relaxing. They usually will have music playing and will ask if you want something to drink. They know how to take care of their customers and are very creative. I love when I get a technician who can come up with a great design idea for me. Ive had nails that have been blinged out to some that are very simple and they always look great! Highly recommend

    I moved to Orlando from NY and it took me a while to find an OFFICIAL nail tech. I like a certain type of style and aesthetic for my nails with a sprinkle of “very picky”.. when I was about to give up on the search, I found Vivian 😍She is THE best hands down! She always goes beyond my expectations which are pretty high.. always pleasant and willing to create designs that are one of a kind! I am constantly complimented on my nail designs and she never disappoints.. She has respect for your time.. always punctual and I love the VIP treatment she provides each session. She has become more like family and gives me my “legally blonde” feeling that I have been in search for. If you want great service that doesn’t feel mediocre then go to Viv she will take your nails to a level you never knew existed 💜 PERIOD

    Ive been here 3 times already and this time I had Bebe. My nails came out better than I was expecting! I wanted a little design on my ring finger and Bebe took her time creating this beautiful stone design. I would definitely recommend coming here. I couldnt be happier with how my nails came out.

    This has to be my favorite place to get my nails done. Ive had almost every nail tech and everyone one of them has done amazing job. Its a bit more than other places but the QUALITY of their work is worth it. Nails last 6 weeks no breakage whatsoever.

    This was my first time with Metro West Nails, I was a walk in recommended by a friend . I had Ana. I love the place , very chic, the place was packed. Ana was professional, and I love my nails. I had gel fill and then I had my pedicure as well with someone else, they did a good job. This was about a month ago , my nails are holding up nicely and I made my appointment for another gel fill and pedicure. Very nice!! my friends nails looks good as well.

    I loved that I came in 15 minutes till close, and they still didnt rush me. I was so afraid they wouldnt take their time but they did. It was about an hour and a half for a pedicure and gel manicure. My lady was friendly and the place was nice. I went here because my usual salon was booked. It was $55 for everything. My normal salon will run me $45. I tipped the woman $10 and thanked her for taking her time. She was very appreciative and everyone sent me on my way with a warm goodbye. BTW great place for a Mommy and Me day. They have two adorable, pink, child-sized chairs! Too cute.

    Made an appointment for Saturday early morning. Was unhappy with my current set from another shop, so Wee took care of me. He removed the entire old set and started over fresh with a French ombré pink and white powder. I will definitely be returning loving my nails and have had so many compliments! One happy customer!

    I recently moved in the area and came on here to read the reviews- my first time was great, as I expected. My daughters also got their nails painted and received cute hand designs.My nails have lasted a long time, still look as good as they did on day one. Highly recommend this place!

    Personally, I find it therapeutic and more sanitary to do my own nails at home, especially during the weekends. However, once in a while I find myself needing that extra pampering that I, myself cannot attain; that is when I go only to Metrowest Nails and Spa.The service is exceptional and you are greeted with a genuine gesture, not as the typical nail salons that I have had experience with in and around the area, to include Dr. Phillips. Not only great artistry, but most importantly, a smile and a friendly welcome truly makes you want to return again and again!     I’ve been around Orlando trying to find a place the compares but no one can. They have a vast variety of gel powder and gel paint colors. They are very patient and accomidating to your vision. I always get a diff nail tech each time I go and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Male or female great nail techs! Great artistic ability. They care about their customers truly. 💗 reading reviews from angry customers I am astonished. I am very particular and take forever to decide on color but they are always helpful and patient in helping me.

    I have been coming to Metro West Nails for a many years. I’ve been getting my nails done for 30 years and they have some of the best nail techs around. They quickly do not keep the ones that are not doing a great job and most have been there for years which shows the level of commitment of fairness to their employees and their customers. I love the atmosphere bc it is very calm, clean and pretty,. And they have great TV shows with closed caption that keeps my mind entertained while I’m in joying my time sitting. They often offer water or soda. A couple of years ago I was having a really terrible day, and I decided to go get my nails done to bring me some joy and all I did was cry in my chair while I was getting my pedicure and nail fill. But I was very comfortable just being in my space there. The owners Tyna and Jon are awesome.

    I have been going to this salon for about 4 years now! The staff is amazing and always take their time , even if you walk in close to the closing time. The owners are really friendly and always greet me when I walk in! I always just walk in and I have NEVER once waited to get my nails done! The place is also very beautiful and clean which makes it very relaxing. You will be pleased by their talent and precision when getting anything done here ! Highly recommend ! Also, many have said it is overpriced but the qaulity matches up to the price. Sometimes you have to pay a bit more to get better qaulity in which they provide !

    Very nice place to have manicure and pedicure. False lashes, permanent make up, facials, etc. Tina and her husband John are great and they are running a very successful business for years. Many loyal customers, including myself, are coming to see Tina, John and their team since they opened years ago. Highly recommend.

    Everyone here is competent, but My very favorite technician is Kim. She is so efficient its crazy! What prompted me today to write this was even after a few months break Kim remembered me and my nail preferences as well as my eyelash extension preferences. She is quick accurate and patient! I change my mind like crazy but I can always count on Kim to work with it and make it work! Ill ask her to make them look pretty with the colors I chose and she always goes beyond my expectations, adding sparkles or rhinstones because she knows I like them❤️

    Well I have been going to this shop for the last past 3 years, and I must say Im not the easiest person to please. But Tyna is the one that does my nails, I dont have to tell her the color or design I want. She automatic knows just what I want when i sit in her chair.     I love this nail spa. Very welcoming and spa feel also everyone is very friendly. I love Tina and John I have been going to this nail spa for about 9 years now. Any and every nail design can be done here. If you name it or have a picture they can do it. You need to come here. Oh and to add to it you will be served drinks while getting you nails done.
