Polite, clean and very reasonably priced for the services given! Had deluxe spa pedi and mani, gel french and am so happy with the overall experience and outcome! Will defiantly be coming back.     Tony understands the assignment every single time. He is meticulous and makes sure it’s always done right. I never leave the NAIL’D it unhappy! Everyone else in the shop is always very friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend coming to this salon!

    I have been going to Tiffany for years and she is hands down THE BEST Nail Artist in Orlando. She is extremely talented, can do any design imaginable, and so sweet and friendly. The Salon is also clean, modern, and such a serene environment. I highly recommend that you use Nail’d It and Tiffany for all of your nail salon services. You wont be disappointed!!!

    My best friend has been going to this place for a minute now. Her tech is Tiffany I went for the first time and absolutely loved my nails. I usually take breaks here and there and decided now to get my claws back and Tiffany was who I wanted to do them. Book her she is wonderful.

    I went to Nail’d it as a recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint. Leon definitely has a happy customer in me. I’ve never had some pay more attention to not cutting my cuticles with the filing tool and I loved it! He was also quite gentle when maneuvering my hands. Plus, I am not a chatty Cathy when it comes to my nails, so I’m not offended in the least when people don’t really want to talk. Thanks Leon! I’ll definitely be back.

    Tony is seriously the best! He ALWAYS takes his time and insures the best quality. They never chip or break and i’m extremely rough on my nails. He files them perfectly, he doesn’t make them bulky and delivers long lasting nails! If you’re looking for a new place to go i HIGHLY recommend this Salon & specifically Tony!

    WOW!! That’s my only words! My daughter and I went in today for a Mother’s Day pampering and we were blown away! My daughter said this was the BEST her nails have ever been done, and I completely agree! The sweet ladies that did our pedicures were so nice, but the gentleman that did her nail art, blew our minds! The 2nd picture was what she wanted and the 1at was what was delivered! Spectacular!! We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank y’all, so much, for making this a great Mother’s Day visit!!! ❤️❤️❤️

    Got pedi/mani with gel. Tech was very kind, helpful, and great at her job. I called at 9:30 am for an appointment and there was no wait. I was in the parking lot so walked in and was helped right away. Massage chair was relaxing; background music was soothing, and I recommend them, especially if you’re near the Orlando International Airport. Regular mani/pedi is $53, which is a great price but I paid extra for the gel. This treat helped me kill time while waiting for my flight.

    Came in for a full set with french tips & pedicure, Le was great. i am a quiet customer but he checked in with me throughout both services. it was quiet on a sunday afternoon, definitely appointment recommended if on a Sunday, i’m glad i got in when i could! will be back, worth the 30 mins drive.

    I have been doing my nails with Tony and Tiffany, his wife for the last 4 years. They recently just moved & own this location and their work has always been so great that I will follow them anywhere! They are amazing, I recommend them 100% My nails are always perfect.     A full 14 days later and my nails still look great: the best/longest lasting gel manicure Ive ever gotten! I loved that the manager inspected my hands before letting me leave to make sure they were perfect. My tech was very polite and the place felt very clean. Highly recommend!

    Immaculate work! Tony is amazing and so is Ana. I almost didn’t come in because of bad experiences in the past, but the new owners are very talented and good people.     I walked in on a Sunday and they were busy so I had to book an appointment and come back later that day, but it was well worth the wait!! Little did I know, Tiffany stayed late just to squeeze me in, too kind.     Highly recommend! Tony is great and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Ann also did a great pedicure. I have been here under previous ownership and was not going to come back. I was looking at reviews and saw that a former employee is no longer here. (She was the reason I was moving on after several poor quality services). I am so glad I gave them another chance. They also have the best massage chairs!

    Dianna and Helen are super amazing!!! First of all I came for birthday nails and ended up with a birthday song dedication with a special treat. They are so kind and professional. Dianna took her time she was focused and very professional. They just opened and have the best massage chairs.     Hidden gem! Salon is new, opened four months ago. It is owned and ran by husband and wife. They close at 7pm and I arrived late at 6:12 for two people French full set and one color change for toes. They took us in, did such an amazing job on our nails and had us laughing the whole time! I absolutely will be coming here every single time I need my nails done! Their prices are great too & their product is not cheap! They just moved here not too long ago and dont know many people so please, check them out. They have been in the business for 20 years. Located in Lake Vista, 11 minuets from Andover Lakes area and probably 15-18 minuets from Waterford Lakes. It is so clean inside, everything is brand new and its just an overall family feel. They take their time on your nails and make sure you are getting exactly what you request!! Trust me you wont be disappointed! Lets help our small businesses!

    This nail salon was taken over by new management and it is beautiful with top of the line brand new everything! Nicest people Helen and Paul I am amazed how nice it is. Amazing work!! Dip powder so many color options and brand new. Totally recommend you stop by and try it out if you haven’t and don’t give it a second thought!

    Great place! They have been open for a little over a month (took over old nail salon, remodeled and opened in November) (visited 11/27) I got acrylic tips and pedicure and had a great experience. The owners were very friendly and funny! The one that gave the pedicure was really good, my feet and legs felt great after. The owner did my nails, I showed him what I wanted and the shape and he delivered, Ive always had to reshape after I get my nails done.. He got them right the first time 😊. The CHAIRS!!! Best Ive sat in, brand new,, super comfy with a variety of massage options you manage on a touch screen. Top of the line! We go to Orlando at least every 2 and a half weeks. Ill be holding off to do my nails with them. I have not found service like theirs in my area. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

    John is the BEST!! He spends a lot of time rubbing and massaging with exfoliating, cream, more cream and hot towels. Yes, pay for the $50 volcano pedicure upgrade option. So worth the extra time and attention and 7-10 minutes per leg of massage. OMG his hand are magical!!

    Visiting Orlando and I had to get my nails done. Thankfully they squeezed me in as soon as they opened and the man who did my nails took he his time and did a great job! the pedicure massage chairs are different and better than what other places have which was a huge plus. I highly recommend!

    Awesome pedicures here! I took my diabetic father in law and he fell asleep in the massage chair lol.Ann did an amazing job because I have very sensitive feet and usually people are too rough but she was wonderful.     Ive been living in this area for years and I finally walked in to try this place out. Although I was hesitant and I had low expectations, let’s just say, this is going to be my to go to place! I had a simple pedicure done and I was HAPPY. No wait time, I love that it was sanitary, the tools that were used came out from a sealed packet, the chairs were comfy and gave massages, the establishment was clean, and best of yet my nail tech did a perfect pedicure, she was neat and gentle. They had great selection of colors on hand as well. Definitely NAIL’D IT! Great job guys!

    I came here to get my pedi with my husband about 3 days ago. My first time here, i was also a bit skeptical about all the good reviews but truly this place is amazing!! Top tier service, such lovely owners. & Most importantly the guy who did my pedicure did a phenomenal job.     John is phenomenal! He exfoliated and massaged my legs and feet so carefully. It felt like I’d won a prize or something because of the way he cared for my feet during this service. My sister and I got the Platinum Pedicure with John and Michael and both amazed us with their meticulous and patient service. Not exaggerating when I say that I’ll literally visit from New York and bring my friends to experience this. Most luxurious pedicure I’ve ever had. I wish my big toe shape came out sharper because I like a really sharp edge but he got really really close to the shape I like. I asked him to file it more and he did so it got really close to what I consider the perfect shape (for me). I am very pleased :) (the photo is immediately post file so excuse the dust)

    Love coming here for the most part.Helen and her husband are so nice, but my last time I wasnt completely satisfied. My nails 💅 always look fantabulous, but the last time they had a young girl paint my acrylics with gel and she didnt do the tips of them like youre supposed too. The fact is that I had an appointment with someone and then i got passed to someone else, and thats not the greatest feeling. I get gel manicure and pedicure, and usually Im very happy on how they turn out, but not this time. 2 acrylics came off the tips are noticeably not painted correctly and done edges are not evenly painted. Lets face it it cost a lot to get nails done to not be completely satisfied. But on a positive note the gel last forever without chips as my are still going 5 weeks strong minus to missing acrylics.

    I was skeptical, how could there be so many excellent reviews? But it’s truly a lovely salon. Very sweet technicians, fancy modern pedicure chairs, and perfect work on my nails. If I was a local, I would come here exclusively.Only recommendation would be that they change up the videos on the TVs—the silent cooking shows that sometimes showed raw meat were monotonous and sometimes off-putting. A scenic-places-shown-by-drone channel, instead, perhaps?

    I had a wonderful experience at Nail’d it salon! The owners are so gentle and kind. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure and was very relaxed throughout the whole experience. I chose the “volcano” because I wanted to feel fancy. The polish selection could maybe be better, but I might also be picky?     Helen was so sweet. Immediately upon my arrival, she greeted me, got me sat and started. She was very easy going to talk to and friendly. This was my second time at this salon and it will definitely be my permanent nail salon!

    Ive been looking for a great salon in the Andover lakes/ Lake Vista area for quite some time and this is truly a HIDDEN GEM! The place is so clean! EVERYTHING is new here. They just opened four month that ago and its ran by husband and wife. I was constantly laughing and overall had such a nice amazing time. I got a full set with French and it came out amazing! My daughter got a full set as well with ten different colors and her toes done! They stayed open for us an hour late and did not complain not once nor did they rush! Youd be silly not to try this place out!

    The best pedicure ever!! They are so friendly and do an incredible job! They have different packages for pedicures so you can get exactly what you want. Very relaxing atmosphere and the owner is amazing. Next time I’m in Orlando I’ll be coming back!

    I don’t do many reviews so when I do, it deserves it. We are from out of town and after flying in later in the afternoon for our vacation my mother in-law, wife and I wanted to get nails done. We called several places none of which were willing to get us in until we called here. They accommodated all three of us and stayed open an hour late to make sure that we got taken care of, and did a fantastic job exceeding all of our expectations. I again just want to say thank you so much. Whenever we are in the area this will be our go to from now on and if you ever decide to open a shop in the Dallas area we will be your first customers. Can’t recommend this place enough, you definitely Nail’d It.

    Went for the first time today. The owner and his wife are super sweet. I was nervous going to a new place with covid still out there but the whole place was so clean and plexiglass in every station. The pedicure chairs were brand new. Im so happy I found this gem of a salon.
