    Went for the first time and had a great experience. I saw this place and noticed they had a Soft Opening. I decided to try this new place and I am very happy I did. Ana was my Nail Tech and she was awesome! I did a Pedi and loved it. Place is very pretty, ample parking space, and prices are competitive. I recommend it!

    We saw the soft opening sign and decided to drop in. My daughter and I received two pedicures. The massage was lovely. 💞 I had the NEO herbal pedicure with Tony. My feet are so soft. My daughter did the regular pedicure she enjoyed it as well.Only small issue is that during the soft opening not all the polish colors are available. I choose 3 different colors each was not available. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Tony and Jimmy were absolutely amazing. Had me and my friend cracking up the entire time. Definitely a great salon.!! Recently got my nails done for Christmas with Tracy!! She got my design down to a T!!! Love her!! This location is amazing and so beautiful ✨

    Beautiful salon! Zach was my tech and he was amazing. Highly recommend him. Candy the manager is very sweet and welcoming. Cant say enough nice things about my experience and the nail color is gorgeous.

    This place had excellent service, and Ive actually had pedicures at several different places, but this one stood out at the top! Everyone was very friendly, including Hannah, who was my technician. She did a very thorough job, used the right amount of pressure every step of the way, and she was very warm and friendly. My wife and I will definitely be coming back here!

    I just had my first visit here and was taken care of by Tim. He did a thorough job and gave a really strong massage during both my pedicure and manicure- my favorite part. If I wanted to change my design detail just a little bit, he was happy to do it. No worries about asking for a change when youre with Tim. You can feel comfortable asking and not be nervous.One thing to note is there arent many pedicure options between the basic and the next level package. Its a bit of a jump in price. But this wasnt too much of an issue for me as the basic pedicure includes a sugar scrub and steamy towels.I say its worth visiting to see what you think.

    I have been to this salon three times, and I must say that Tracy does an excellent job. She does a great job building the nail apex with the acrylic, which not many can do. I also like that she never tries to change my mind about what I want. She has already saved me three trips to Jacksonville to do my nails (yes, I used to drive every three weeks for five to six hours to get my nails done since, and I did so for about a year).I also want to give props to Candy and the woman at the front desk (sorry, I cannot remember her name). They are very lovely, and I love their customer service manners and how friendly they are. I will keep coming back.

    I’ve been to so many salons in Orlando over the course of two years. And Neo Nail Spa is the long awaited winner! Tracy did amazing and was super patient with my thought process and multiple inspo photos. She really brought my vision to life! I rarely get designs bc they never come out how I imagined but wow I am impressed! Will definitely be coming back! Thanks again! Such an enjoyable experience. Everyone is so kind :))

    Everyone here is so lovely and welcoming. Zach did my nails and they came out amazing! I’ve never been happy with my nails but I’m ecstatic with how good they look! Highly recommend

    I had been with the same nail place in Lake Nona for about nine years. The turnover rate has been insane. I decided to try this salon because it just opened by my home. I was extremely impressed. The salon is beautiful, the service is great, and my nails look fantastic! Highly recommend giving them a shot! Jimmy is the best!

    The fact that this nail salon is in our neighborhood is major plus. I attended their soft launch for pedicure. The place is absolutely beautiful and welcoming . The receptionist Candy was kind and jimmy was the tech that took care of me and he was funny and good service. Also they offer refreshments 😌 Will be a returning customer .

    This was my second visit to this location. My first visit was ok. I did just a basic pedicure. This time I was getting a full acrylic set with a French design and an upgraded pedicure. This was my first time with Tracy and she did not disappoint! My pedicure was great and my nails came out amazing! You can’t see the glitter on the tips but it’s there. They offer a nice heated neck wrap while getting your pedicure ad well. The place is clean and everyone was really nice. I’ll definitely be going back to see Tracy when it’s time for a fill.

    Very detailed service. My nail technician was very gentle, listened to my concerns and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was happy. He took special care to make sure the water and towel weren’t too hot for my pedicure. When my manicure was done he put my nails under a fan to dry and helped me get my card out carefully. Best thing? No upselling. Got what I came for (basic manicure and pedicure with polish) and even got 15% off for my first time visit.This team even took the extra step to ask if there was any way they could improve. I thought that was really considerate.

    My first time at Neo Nail Spa was a success! The ambiance is absolutely stunning, the staff were professional and friendly, and my guy Zack was the absolute best😊 I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist, who offered me a beverage. My services included the Neo Spa Pedicure which was a Top Tier experience👌🏾and a Builder-gel manicure which was fantastic. Although it was my first experience, it definitely will not be my last. I’m so happy I’ve found my little spa oasis literally in my backyard🙌🏾 Thanks again Zack, I’ll see you soon.FREE🤎

    This one is not like the other nail salons, it’s BETTER! From the moment I got there I felt welcomed, Candy made her rounds and ensured everyone was attended to. Anna was phenomenal and took very good care of my nails, she was gentle and took her time to make sure my nails were exactly the way I wanted them too.

    I had an amazing experience at Neo Nails Orlando! I was so excited when I saw this was opening because it’s close by to where I live. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, without a reservation, and was seen almost immediately. Every staff member that I interacted with was incredibly friendly, and welcoming. The woman who did my nails did exactly what I wanted, and listened to what I wanted. I only got a manicure this visit, but am looking forward to going back already! Highly recommend this place!

    2nd time here and it’s just phenomenal, Jesse did my mom’s fill and pedicure and she is simply amazing came today for mom’s birthday to spoil her and she is extremely happy.     I saw the soft opening sign and couldn’t wait to try the new neighborhood nail salon! First of all the salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, very well designed and decorated!! The salon employees were all so awesome!! We laughed, talked and just really had a fun time during my service! I always bring EarPods for entertainment but honestly didn’t even need them it was such a good vibe all the way around! Zach was AMAZING, I got the orange pedicure which was so relaxing and my first time getting dipped nails, they look so perfect and natural! Candy from the front desk found the perfect matching shimmer to complete the look I was going for. They offered a variety of drinks which was unexpected!     I was in desperate need of a pedicure and remembered that Neo Nail Spa had just recently opened. I have tried just about every nail salon in Lake Nona and the surrounding area, and have never been fully satisfied. I had the Neo Herbal Pedicure with Jessie, and I will be returning again and again. Jessie took her time doing my service and delivered an AMAZING massage. She was so incredibly sweet and I felt so comfortable with her. The atmosphere was amazing and I was offered complimentary beverages and given a warm neck weight during my service. I fully recommend getting a service here, and definitely request Jessie!

    This place is great! Very pretty and clean! Only thing is that it’s a tad pricier than what I’m used to. We’re talking $10 more so not terrible.     I have to say it was an amazing experience. They treated my daughter, shes four years old. Like a real princess. Lena gave her cookies and juice while her manicure was drying. I really never seen that anywhere else. Lena and Zach are very nice and very sweet. I recommend them. The other team members were very nice to the both of us.

Lots of nice touches there and very friendly staff.I also liked they had the nail colors in the swatches in books to choose versus the racks of bottles to look through compared to other places.     Im so happy this nail spa opened right next to my house. So elegant inside. Amazing atmosphere. I was greeted by Candy! She is so sweet. My nail tech was Tony which he slayed my nails, I did a full set with almond shape! Did an awesome job. My daughter also went in with me and did a French full set by Tim.     Loved it! Had Zach who is super chill, super nice, helped me pick colors, explained the different products. I had the herbal pedicure (think yummy creamy lotions and nice massage). My baby’s dad came to visit while at Publix and baby sat in my lap for 5 mins and no one was bothered. He said we ate both welcome anytime :)The place is so nice, bright, clean, doesn’t smell toxic like most nail salons. I had tea a sec after I sat on the massage chair plus a hot pad over my shoulders.Overall great experience. Will be coming back for sure 💗

We were greeted immediately, they have tons of colors to choose from, put a pillow behind my back while getting my mani, and Lena gave an amazing manicure.     Nicest salon I have been too in a long time. Did a gel pedicure with sugar rub and milk honey. Amazing. Very nice people and care. They put a hot pad around my neck. Chairs are comfy. Will return tomorrow to do nails. Jimmy my tech was awesome super sweet. Will keep using them. Leaving my old nail place after 15 years. Neo proved themselves.

    My new go to nail salon. It was my first time walking in for nails. Candy was very thorough with explaining to me about the services. I did not have an appointment scheduled and she took me in on short notice. Tony was amazing with his work , as I was getting my pedicure one of the ladies came to me with a nice warm neck pillow which made me feel more relaxed after a long day on the road. For those driving thru the Moss Park/Dowden area and need their nails done, I highly recommend this business. You will be treated well!! Thank you!!

    I have visited the Nail Spa for the first time, the customer service was excellent. I did the Neo pedicure and my nail technician was Jimmy who did an amazing job, best pedicure i have ever had over the years. I also had an ombre manicure style, my nail technician was Tim who also did an amazing job. I was very satisfied overall. Definitely this will be my new nail spa.

    The salon is beautiful. The products are very high quality! My nails usually crack or chip 2 weeks in. I had my dip done 3 weeks ago and they still look perfect. I definitely recommend!

    Aaron brought me here (his wife) for my birthday. They just opened in our neighborhood. Very convenient location - lots of parking and next to Publix.The spa itself is beautifully lit and decorated. It’s really clean and well spaced. Everyone is very friendly and caring. I had Hanna and Danny. I’d have to say this was the most relaxing experience I have ever had at a nail salon. And my mani and pedi came out perfect! I highly recommend, even though I don’t want them to get so busy I can’t get an appointment later lol. They are still in their soft opening, so go now!
