    I have always had a good experience every time I went. My nail technician name is Rose and she is always professional and kind. She is more than a technician. She is now like family. The staff is friendly. The facility is always clean.

    I have been going to Palazzo since it opened. When Mai, my technician got there, I knew she was the best as I had been with her at 2 previous locations.My only complaint is the prices have gone up way more than I like. A fill was $13, it’s now $35 ( which is for just regular polish), I don’t do gel, I bring my own and always have. It was $25 and 2wks later it was $35. I only go because Mai is the best at what she does. If she were to leave, so would I.

    Good Salon. Very good for being on this side of town ( East Orlando ) Steady amount of staff so the wait isnt bad. Appointment times are honored accordingly. Masks are required, split glass on every desk for separation/ COVID19 precautions. 2 private rooms available for parties. Water is served complimentary.

    Ive had some misses but its few and far between. I go out of my way to come to this location. Super sweet and they joke with you and make you feel comfortable. The owner remembered me after 6 years and asked me about my kids. 🫂 I wont go to another place if they paid me.

    I tried recently for a pedicure. Atmosphere is truley like a spa! Price the same as my previous nail place, but the luxury here is wonderful!. People are professional, friendly, and have no chemical smells that were my pet peeve in previous nail salon. They actually have adequate ventilation here!This is definitely my new place!

    First time at this salon and I was very surprised how pleasant my experience was. I did have to wait a while before my pedicure started but that’s understandable without an appointment on the weekend. Nail tech was very professional and did an amazing job.     I love coming here! I like how clean it is and love it because its so relaxing. When you come ask for my lady Lavi. I have been coming to her for years. She always treats me so well. She does my eyebrows perfect every time and she gives the best pedicures. I am 30 minutes away and come just to see her. I love how she pampers me and its nice talking with her. I love getting to see her daughter, shes sweet too.

    I absolutely loved this place, it’s funny how I ended up coming here. The old place I used to go to was extremely unprofessional with me especially after all the money I was bringing them.. so I left and was recommended by someone to come here. I came when it was extremely busy and even then Kim (The Manager) made sure to get me started until I got one of the ladies to work with me. She’s very hands on! I loved that, super sweet. Every time I come here, the girls are always smiling and ready to help no matter who. The whole team is actually amazing! Can’t forget to mention Mai saved my nails from the disaster the other place left me in, which is down the block from this place next to a subways across fromthe hospital ( DO NOT GO THERE, COME HERE INSTEAD) You won’t regret it!-Red Head ❤️

    I love this place so much! It is so clean and relaxing and it gives off a good vibe. The manager and employees are polite and carry out their job excellently! My favorite nail tech there is Tracy. She gives the best massages! She takes her time and pampers you more than the other nail techs! Shes also super friendly. I highly highly recommend her!

    I changed to Palzzo when they opened and have tried other nail salons when I’m in other towns: Atlanta, Boynton, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and none offer s as lol the services of this quality. I have family that insist on going there whenever they are in town. I’ve been extremely happy there.

    Nancy was amazing. She did a beautiful job on my feet and hands. She offered the up sell 2x (one for my feet and one for my hands) but I never felt pressured.Their tools and location are clean, decor and volume of music was perfect.I will definitely return and bring my friends with me!I highly recommend.

    I had a great deluxe pedicure with UV gel polish here today with Ginnie. She was so friendly and gave one of the best foot and leg massages Ive ever had, I almost fell asleep. My nails look perfect, not one flaw. The salon is fairly new and I really liked the spacious floor plan much better than some of the cramped and overly busy salons Ive been to in the Winter Park area. The air flow was fresh, nice clean place and friendly staff. I cant wait to go back.

    Great service and VERY clean! I have been seeing my technician Lavi for years, she is very detailed and the quality is amazing! My pedicure and wax always turns out great and it lasts!     I have been coming here for years! It’s amazing & Tina (who used to work there) was amazing but when she left, I went to Maie (I hope I spelled it correct) and she is incredible as well! she does amazing nail art and every single piece I ask for her does even better then the photo! Sometimes a little behind when appointment times are given but other than that, they offer wine, water, etc. & do a beautiful job every single time. No complaints, & ask for Maie! (it is said like My)

    I tried Palazzo Day Spa with Jennifer for SNS, pink & white dip its. Jennifer did an amazing job! I didnt think it was possible to get such natural looking nails with the dip it powder. They were even more beautiful than the hard gel, pink and whites, that I use to get. The Spa is clean and beautiful. Its very relaxing . The staff is warm and welcoming. I knew within 5 minutes, that I had found my new salon and technician. Thank you, Jennifer!

    Lavi is my nail tech for years and she is always a pleasant to be around. She is a very hardworker and gives 100% customer service. Without her I wouldnt even set foot in this place.     I asked Kayla to do a my nails a certain design. She what she wanted. I wanted a Matt color she gave me a glossy. Smh she was very nice. I picked it from Pinterest and was looking forward to that design. She did a great job just not what I wanted.

    I was Greeted, they answered my questions nicely, and got what I wanted. They dont have uv gel nails which is what i was looking for but pink and white was good enough. It actually looked great. Im very detailed and so was the he. (the guy at the first table) He was pleasant and made sure I was happy. I will definitely go back to Palazzo.     I love this place, since my friend introduced me to this place. There is this girl that always laughing and making jokes, but they are all very professional. Also, bec their nail tools are always in a plastic bag, it seems they sanitize them. You see them taking them with towels and putting them away.
