    This is my favorite nail salon. With or without an appointment they always know how to do whatever nail style i bring them a picture of. Reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. I always feel great walking out of here.

    Absolutely amazing!!! Ive been getting my nails done by Mindy since I was 16 (now 25) and she always goes above and beyond and this time she rocked this design!! Im absolutely obsessed with this set of nails. Thank you so much Mindy!! Plus everyone is so nice!

    Came here as a walk in to take off a horrible job another salon cursed me with. They assisted me right away, offered refreshments, took off the old carefully, and put on a new set.     Always a pleasure coming here! Staff is always kind and welcoming, especially Mindy! They have so many options from polish to powder for your nails and bonus points for their hospitality. They’re very good on communication and each time I’ve made an appointment, they don’t have me waiting past the scheduled time which is always a plus. Thank you for all your hard work to keep customers satisfied! You guys rock! :)

    I had Tina. She is awesome. My nails are gorgeous. I meant to ask her if I could leave Avon books for the customers to look at but was sidetracked. Lol. She didn’t speak much but her work was flawless.One nail was a little crooked but she fixed it right away without any issues.

    Lyn is amazing, she remembers me when I come to town to nails with my sister even though I moved away years ago.Very nice professional people. They made sure to get my nails right even with an odd request. I love this salon more then any anywhere else.

    I love going here for my me time. Every time I go Tye makes me feel cared for especially when I get my pedicure. He is a great nail technician to say the least. Definitely recommend for you to check this place and don’t forget to ask for Tye for that exceptional service!

    I had an awesome experience. Ty was very personable, professional and did an awesome pedicure. He carefully removed my ingrown toenails, massaged my feet and and provided helpful hints. My feet felt like newborn babies feet. The salon was clean and staff followed protocol. I recommend having nail services done at Pro Top Nails.

    This was the first place I’ve tried to get my nails done in Orlando around the UCF area. They are always able to get me in straight away and are super friendly. They are always open to doing any design on my nails and always do a great job!

    Fast and really great service. My nail tech was nice and we had a really pleasant conversation. She did an amazing job, I felt like I left the pedicure with brand new feet! Prices are very affordable and clearly posted as well, which I appreciated.

    I’ve resided on the east side of Orlando for almost 2 years and today was my first visit to this location (I was referred by a friend). I’ve never experienced such a pleasant and fun experience. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and hilarious - they all laughed and kept me laughing during my full visit. I was very relaxed during the duration of my visit. Mindy did my nails and she was EXCELLENT! She took her time to make sure that the work was no less than perfect! I love my nails and my pedicure. They’ve just become my new favorite - I will be returning. Thanks again!

    Spacious salon with lots of pedicure chairs. Always seems very clean and friendly staff. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because some of the techs rush through the pedicures even on slow days.

    Avon (I’m not sure on the spelling, my apologies) did a beautiful job. Simply beautiful, just based on a picture on she more than embodied my vision of what I wanted for my nails. Would recommend her 10 out of 10.

    Love, Love, Love this store and the employees here. They remember your name and treat you with kindness. I have been coming here for years and I bring my boyfriend in with me all the time, as well as my best friend and occasionally my mom. we’ve never had a bad experience, always smiles. the nail techs do an amazing job and want to give you exactly what you pay for. very reasonable prices and quality work!

    I love this place! I was able to find after years of searching an amazing nail tech… Veronica. She is a true artist!! She is so professional and talented.     Came in as a walk in and got seated immediately. I am so happy with my nails and finally got to go somewhere that actually does what I ask them to do. I just simply showed the nail tech a photo and she started recreating it immediately. The staff here made the atmosphere very fun and lively. Will definitely come back again for future nails.

    Pro Top Nails is amazing. Ms. Lee is unbelievably talented. Recently I had my eye brows done and am so thrilled with the shape and final color. I feel like family every time I walk in the salon. Everyone is friendly, the salon is spotless and I look forward to being there. Going to try facial treatments next.

    My new favorite place for nails!!! From the first time I walked in until now , I am always greeted and acknowledged immediately! Whether I make an appointment or not, I’m quickly taken care of! I love this place for the soul reason that every employee is kind , very knowledgeable in doing nails and they genuinely take pride in making sure you are happy with their service! I’ve been to so so many nail salons , but I’m so happy here! They also speak English very well and their place is very clean with so many colors to choose from. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

    Tonight was my first time here and I will say one thing... I WILL BE GOING BACK! Ive been struggling to find a good nail place since Ive been in the Orlando area and I have finally found one. I came in for a walk in and was taken care of right away. I showed the tech the design I wanted, and it turned out even better than the picture. It is a very quaint and quiet place but they do a great job, seriously. Very friendly too. 10/10 will be returning here in the future. Thank you guys for the great experience!

    Kim is THE BEST! Never did a bad job. Been going to her for quite a few years and her consistency is on point. Great mail tech, followed her from her last shop. Worth it every time. Make sure to request Kim, she gets busy but takes her time and makes sure your happy. I am ALWAYS HAPPY when I leave.

    My first time here and the pedicure is by far the best I’ve had since I moved to Florida. Lee did my pedicure and was so relaxing. Atmosphere is relaxing and they offer you coffee, tea or water. Loved it will definitely be back for my pedicures. My new place to go to.

    This is the best nail salon in Orlando. They all are very nice and professional. Lee is my favorite nail tech! She is so sweet and always does a great job! It lasts several weeks. And she is very creative with her nail designs! Highly recommend

    I think my nails are beautiful and Im not unsatisfied with her work they just arent what I asked for. Im not sure where the lines were crossed but I thought communication was clear. Both techs asked a lot of questions and I understand why they chose gel polish vs acrylic ombre but it just wasnt what I asked for. Still 5 stars though. Nice atmosphere and theyre super friendly.

    I recently moved to Orlando and have been to the salons all in the Waterford lakes. They all didn’t provide what I was looking for. Here were very welcoming and accommodating. I got my nails done with the older skinny gentleman and he delivered what I asked and took his time. I didn’t feel rushed like I have everywhere else. They were great and I am so happy I finally found my to go nail salon.

    I have been a loyal customer for many years. I never make an appointment and usually no long waits.I have always been pleased with their work as well as their equipment cleanliness. Nice massage chairs with pedicure, which is a must at every visit!! Prices are very reasonable ~

    I’ve been coming to this salon since 2004! The old owners were wonderful but the new owners are absolutely fantastic! They are professional and the service is top notch! All the women in there do a great job, but Jesse is my go to person! I highly recommend this nail salon to all!

    I have been using Pro Top Nails for over 10 years, and was originally recommended to it by two friends. I dont understand the review about the salon being dirty. It may not be the chic-est place in town, but I get a great job without cuts or nicks, and the instruments are sterilized.I would suggest that I like some of the techs better than others. I prefer to have Mindy or Chelsea. They have both been there as long as I have been going and they both do a fine job. Others are good, too, but I have a long history with these girls.

    My review is based solely on Linh, and does not reflect any of the other techs as i have not received services from them.I come to Linh about 2x a month for a pedicure and she is great! She has strong hands for the leg rubs and does a great job on my feet. I highly recommend Linh if your in the area. A pedicure here is $22. And i get my upper lip waxed for $5. Cant go wrong! Great prices. Conveniently located up the street from my house.

    Ive been coming here since my mom recommended this place, which was about 3+ years ago. I would say 95% of the time i am completely satisfied and the times that i wasnt, they have gone out of their way to try and fix it. There are a few new faces that have started working there in the last year or so but I wouldnt go anywhere else :)

    First time at this salon, nice staff, very clean studio, and COVID-19 practices in place. I followed my nail technician from a previous salon, Kim, because she does the best work!Great quality and she is the sweetest woman, I will always recommend her! I always get DIP powder on my hands and a regular pedicure. My nails are never chunky and I personally schedule appointments with her.
