    Amazing!! I used to come here when I lived in the area years ago. Unfortunately, my favorite nail tech Kay left, but I got my dip nails done by Lee and basic gel pedicure done by Michelle. I will 1000% request them again. Im so happy with the results, and even though its not close to me anymore, its worth the drive, honestly. Color was 598 melody.

    Lyn did a phenomenal job on my nails this labor day! She was so sweet and we had a wonderful conversation. She was very attentive to me and my son and made sure that we were comfortable while I was there. Her daughters were sweet as well. I will definitely be coming back and having her do my nails.     I have been coming here for a year now and I absolutely love it! The quality of this place is unmatchable !! The prices are great and the staff here are so welcoming! My weekends are 100% better when I come for a pedicure and a fill ! I have been able to grow my nails again since coming here! 100% recommend coming here !!

    This was my first time in this nail salon. Ive lived in the neighborhood for years and would travel to another salon. Lee did my pedicure today. He was great. Took his time and made sure I was pleased. I will be returning.

    I am originally from Boston Massachusetts when I moved here I found this salon. Very nice location the people here are very friendly. I leave happy each and every time I come here. I feel comfortable and it’s very clean. They do try their absolute best to serve each and every person who enters their salon. It can get very busy at times and that’s because they are that good! Make sure to call first to make your appointment. You will not be disappointed!! 😉

    My first time here was this week. I was in to get a fill and a 2 nails fixed and was very happy my nails. The gentleman who did them fixed the terrible job the last salon did and made them beautiful. I cracked one 2 days later and he fixed it for me very quickly and again did a great job. I will absolutely recommend this place to someone else and be back in.

    I have going to protek nail for a long time now. And always amazed at the customer service they provide, and what they do. There design is very created. I love going here because when I leave my nails look like a one for a kind design. I am all ways getting alot of complements on my nails. I have also recommend this place to alot of people and they cannot stop thanking me, because of the job they do.

    I worked with Kay, she was so sweet and detailed. She offered me a drink when I arrived and let me take some time to decide what color I wanted. She stayed patient with me even though I asked to change the color twice; she was willing to give me exactly what I wanted. I have 0 complaints with the finished product and I am relatively picky when I comes to my nails. Overall experience was 10/10. When you go in, ask for Kay!

    QUALITY. If you’re looking for a quality manicure/ pedicure for a reasonable price- this is the place you need to go. I have been coming here for over 10 years - I’ve had to try a few other places (with friends because they suggest) and every time I regret it.They take their time to do a good job but at the same time don’t take a ~lifetime~ HIGHLY RECOMMEND.My peeps that I see: Mimi, Nam, Michelle or Mike (Mimi is my #1)

    Ive been coming here for over 2 years and Nam always does a great job! Nam does eyebrows very good too. Very affordable and Ana does my toes and she always takes her time and gives a thorough foot and leg massage.

    UPDATE: Its been 2 weeks since I got my nails done and its still in perfect condition (pictured)!I got gel polish with french tips. Lee was my nail technician and he was awesome. He listened to how I wanted my nails done, took his time and was very friendly. The price, quality and environment were all more than what I expected. I will definitely be going back to see Lee.

    I really enjoyed coming here! This was my second time. I booked a bridal party- the owner of the salon closed down to take care of our party and did so in a fairly timely manner. We even got a bottle of champagne.. which was really a nice gesture. We all got gel manicures plus pedicures in between our wedding rehearsal time and the rehearsal dinner start time. The reason this isnt a five star review is that I had to go back to get my nails re done literally the next day (which they fixed for free) and two other members of my wedding party had their gel come off during the wedding (a little more than a day later). I think the technician you get matters. Otherwise, I realize they did a tremendous job of accommodating such a large party (10+ people)! I just wish the quality had been more up to par with what is expected of gel manicures. Photos for reference.

    I was visiting from NY and I must say this has probably been one of the best service I’ve had at a nail salon. I went to get eyebrows waxed and Maile was awesome.     I had my nails dipped and got a pedicure and loved it! My tech did a great job! However, the next day I noticed I have a 3 nails chipped. Of course this shouldnt have happened so I went back the next day and unfortunately my tech wouldnt be for 2 days and I couldnt wait. So.. Mam helped me and fixed my situation. Sine the dip was on my natural nails it may have chipped because the layer was too thin. Regardless, my nails were fixed and back to looking great. I am a satisfied customer!! Made my appointment for two weeks. Thank you!!

    Love the attention to detail! My friend got stiletto acrylics and her nail tech spent a good amount of time perfecting the shape. Theyre also great with dip nails, mine look great and were pretty quick with them! Overall a well kept pretty shop with great staff :)!

    This place is the best! Not only are they good at their jobs, but they are so clean. They ask you to wash your hands when you walk in (even if you’re getting a pedicure) and spray down and wipe everything before getting started.     Amazing. Amazing. Amazing.I have been to Protek many times before and have always had wonderful service. But one night I came to Protek Nails at 7 PM thinking they closed at 8PM. When I found out that they closed at 7:30 PM I insisted that I not keep them and that I come the following day. However, a gentleman named Lee said he would be more than happy to stay. After some back and forth, I got a gel manicure and instead of Lee rushing to get home on time, he made sure that everything was perfect. When he was done and it was late and dark outside, he walked me to my car to make sure I was safe. I could not recommend this place more. The workers are personable, kind, giving, and talented. They have amazing service and amazing people.

    The staff is very friendly, nice place and very clean. They will offer either soda or water during your time there. Many options on pedicures and manicures as well lots of other beauty services. They are busy on the weekend mornings so make an appointment if you plan on coming Saturday or Sunday morning.

    The first time I visited Orlando, (almost 2 years ago) I was brought here for a girls day. The staff was great! My nails were great, and now that I have moved o Orlando, this is the only place I go to for my nails. Kay is the best. I have had. Gentalman do my nails before, (not sure of his name) and I was not completely satisfied with his work. Kay is my go to for now on!

    This is our go to place for a lunch-time pedi. Theyre reasonably priced ($20 for the cheapest), and it lasts for longer than any other place Ive been to. The employees are nice and professional. Id recommend the spa upgrade for $5 more if you have the time: your legs will leave feeling tingly. They can be a little busy during lunch, but weve never had to wait long.

    The Deluxe Package is definitely amazing, like the other reviews said. Additionally, I was happy to see it was Asian-run since all my previous experiences have been at this type. The service was nice, the chairs massaged nicely, and even my fiance enjoyed the treatment. Definitely recommend.

    I don’t normally do reviews on nail salons, but I will make an exception this time since ProTek Nails has earned it. I frequently use the services of many nail salons and most have decent customer service, but ProTek Nails Salon has exceptional customer service. The owner and all of the nail techs are very professional, and the ambience of the salon is very calming and relaxing. The techs keep the conversation at a very professional level, no conversations across the room like some other places I have been to. This experience started with a mishap I had with my mani and pedi and I went back to ProTek to have it fixed. The owner not only fixed the problem but did it with a smile and never made me feel like anything was my fault. To compound matters, after we spent time fixing my nails, I ended up touching them too quickly and needed another fix. The owner asked one of the techs (Mr. Lee) to help rectify the situation. Mr. Lee, just like the owner, did it with a smile and never made me feel guilty. At ProTek they make the customer feel appreciated. I’m their biggest fan and forever their customer whenever I’m in town. If you are searching for a nail salon and a wonderful experience while there, I highly recommend ProTek. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. If you are not completely satisfied I’m sure the staff there will rectify the issue to your satisfaction. Service with a smile is hard to come by these days.

    I absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone is so friendly and Ive never had a bad Thirsty? Multiple beverages are provided. Need an awesome pedicure complete with a massage in a state of the art chair? Done! I always go for the Top Pedicure with an awesome foot and leg massage. Want to try to new gel craze with AMAZING results? Done! Need your brows waxed, tweezed or threaded? Done! Need an old-fashioned manicure replete with hand massage? Done! Want other services from lash extensions to permanent make up to facials? Done! While all technicians are wonderful, Nam and Tracy are my go-tos for all of my needs!Debby Callahan

    Tl;dr Super accomdating of a group of six, free manicure for me or 10% off everyones service. Wonderful place, wonderful people, great experience, highly recommend!They were incredibly nice and accommodating!! I was having a friends night for my birthday and invited a few to get pedicures. So on day of fun night I set up an appointment for six of us to get pedicures. They were happy to do it and they even were going to give me a free manicure for bringing a group of people.I totally expected to have to split up and some get pedicures while others waited. We all got pedis at the same time and could chat and be done at the same time! It was so kind and wonderful! My person (a gentlemen I did all of the coordinating with) took his time, let me enjoy the soak gave a long leg and foot message didnt rush. Which I feel I have been dealing with a ton lately at other nail salons. I opted to instead of getting a free manicure for myself pass on the 10% discount to all my friends and myself. I didnt want to be selfish.If you made it this far congrats. Youre at the end.
