Not only were they welcoming when you came in. Not only did they offer you beverages when you came in. Not only were they professional. Not only were they very, very nice, but the work that they did and have done was immaculate. I have been to many different nail salons in Orlando, and never have I been more satisfied than I am with this salon. Jesse was amazing. She is the owner, and she is a gem. She talks to you as if youve known each other for years, and its like night and day from other nail salons that dont interact with you much. The other employees there were just as amazing. 2 people came in right when they were closing, and they still welcomed them in and helped them, and I was very, very impressed. I have found my forever salon and Im so happy.

They have an amazing staff, super friendly and welcoming The environment is very calming and aesthetically pleasing! Their products are super clean, I have been going here for years and never had any problems. They have very talented nail artists who can do just about anything. I have been going to this salon for 7 years and I have never been disappointed . The only thing I’m disappointed in is that I wish it was closer to my house but for great service I will continue to drive far . The owner Jessy is so attentive and she makes sure that everyone is comfortable . The nail technicians are so personable! Love this place !

Wow. This salon is so much better than any other. They are nail artists. They take doing your nails seriously, it’s not a 15 minute rush job where you go home and see how crooked your nails are. They desire for your nails to meet your expectations. We had a race weekend coming and I asked my artist to paint an oar blade for men’s WP Crew on one of my nails and wow. She made it look exactly like the photo I gave her. My daughters nails also look amazing. They chat with you and are lots of fun. The place is clean and lovely. If you are looking for a place where you will leave happy with the results, go here!

I’ve been seeing Mia for a couple months now and am so impressed. I get hard gel and have noticed a big difference in my nails health. Mia and I chat throughout our whole session and she ALWAYS asks if I like something before continuing and will not hesitate to change or fix something if its not to my liking.

I waited a for a couple visits to leave another review to begin to get a feeling for what this place is about. Come here if you want a salon with a personable touch without all the stuffy corporate feels. Its like being taken care of by a friend. The technicians are down to earth you forget your at a business sometimes and i wouldn’t want this place to change. Gwen does the best shaping and Jessy’s got the best designs. Edit***Jessyca, the salon owner, had me come on Tuesday and did my nails again herself. They came out amazing! She even had me try a different style I never had before. You can tell she cares about her clients and her employees. Her salon is cute and has such a good vibe. I will definitely be going back.Got a gel manicure on Sunday and by Monday morning they were already peeling off. The place itself was great, clean and cute decor and they were very hospitable but I’m just not happy with that outcome. The girl who did my nails was very nice but she was under the weather and I don’t want to throw her to the wolves here but I never get my nails done and want them to last more than a day before they start coming off.

I am so impressed with this salon. The staff is awesome, professional, and very qualified for what they do!! They guide you and inform you of what is needed if you need assistance. The price is perfect, in fact shockingly fair for the top notch quality of work. So tip big they deserve it!!! If you’re into nail art (like me) don’t look any further this is place to go!!! They can pull off skillful art! I’m glad I found them and will continue to return here every time!

I moved to Florida almost 2 years ago and this was the first nail salon I visited. When it comes to getting my nails or hair done, I like to find a place and stick with it. All the ladies in the salon were very welcoming and are so nice, not to mention very talented! No matter what design, shape or color you are looking for, this salon and the women can do it all! At my first appointment, she took the time to ask what has/hasn’t worked and makes recommendations based on her experience - my nails are in so much better shape since I started coming here. I found THE NAIL SALON when I was moving in to the Baldwin park Area.I contacted Jessika,the owner. As a retired nail tech myself, I am very picky about my nails. Literally love this salon, its got great vibes, so peaceful both times I have been in at this point. Lily is just amazing, she is so professional, courteous.I recently relocated from Belfast, Northern Ireland and from Jessie replied that this lovely salon did builder gel, I knew this was the place for me. Lily is fantastic, the salon is very competitively priced and very much value for money.I was offered refreshments on both occasions now (first in for builder gel on fingernails) and second appointment for their amazing pedicure (wow this is so relaxing!)Would 110% recommend this salon, and also Lily in particular however all other girls who have been working also seem just as lovely, professional and fantastic at their jobs.

The most welcoming salon you will ever walk into. These ladies are crazy talented artists, but if you are like me and just want a beautiful French ombre they can deliver that as well. I was a walk-in client over a year ago and have been a faithful client of Gwen ever since. All the staff is nice and fun, but Gwen is definitely my go-to gal! Im very picky about my nails as its the only girly thing I actually do and Im very particular. Every set Gwen has done has lasted well beyond the normal time frame when I havent been able to make it in, sometimes for a full month. I even went to her for my wedding nails! Perfection! The price is a little above other salons Id been to, but its because the quality is well worth it. Without fail, I get compliments on every set shes done! Thank you, Gwen!

Was super scared to come in because of some of the reviews but decided to take a chance since it was the only place open late at night. I am so glad I took that chance. I walked in and was greeted by the owner who took my walk-in no problem. The conversation was awesome. I was quickly offered water to drink. I usually get cuts from those who do my nails but she did not cut me once. Jessy was phenomenal! I showed her a picture of what I had in mind and she did exactly that. My nails are shaped perfect and I did the colored powder acrylic for the first time and loved it. She was quick and efficient as well as attentive to detail. I will never go anywhere else! If you need your nails done go there and ask for Jessy she was amazing! Will be going back from now on!

Update- almost 3 years later and still offering exceptional services!When I moved to Orlando from Daytona Beach, I was very hesitant to try to find a new nail salon but this company had given me better treatment and service than any other nail salon Ive been to in the past 6 years. They offer a friendly, very calm and relaxing, but also fun atmosphere, they make amazing drinks, and make it a very enjoyable time. The quality of their service is amazing, And Ive even had a set of nails last me on a 4 1/2 weeks before I had to take them off because of the rona virus. Their prices are very fair and affordable, especially given the quality.

I took my bridal party here, and we got excellent service. My gel mani is still holding strong, three weeks out! They couldn’t do more than four people at a time, so some of us had to wait on others, but it was very worth it. It was also super sanitary. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Love this place, despite moving twenty minutes away I still come here. All of the girls are super friendly and welcoming and the prices are comparable to every boutique salon I’ve been to. The inside is seriously like walking into a Tiffany’s box. So cute and comfortable, it really is relaxing here. Plus they’re open late. I’d recommend them to everyone especially because they stand by their work. I’ve only ever had one issue here with my nails, I called to find out how much it would cost to fix and they offered to fix it free of charge immediately. I’ve been to so many salons that definitely wouldn’t have done so. Shirley hooked me up when I went to get the full set replaced and she did such an awesome job. It’s also perfect for groups because of the nail bar allowing everyone to be close to each other and talk. I decided to have my best friend’s bridal party come here for our pre wedding mani pedi’s done because of that. They always have plenty of people on staff and I really can’t rave about this place enough. It honestly is in my top 3 of all the salons I’ve been to and my number one favorite in Orlando.

My husband and I were desperate to find an open salon during the Thanksgiving holidays that was not horribly overpriced but was also clean and able to take us as a walk in clients. Disney’s Animal Kingdom the day before had done us in. We wanted to relax and rejuvenate our overworked feet. Nancy and Lia worked on our hands and feet. The Deluxe pedicure was the BEST pedicure we ever received. Plenty of massage time and high end products that delivered spectacular results. Manicures were phenomenal as well. I wish I could transplant this salon back home to SugarLand, TX. We plan on coming back whenever we visit again. Texas size love for this place. Y’all were awesome!

Im a Licensed Esthetician so cleanliness and sterilization are very important to me as well as quality. The Nail Salon one of the best studios Ive been to in years. After my pedicure, I went to the nail bar for my manicure and saw them fallow proper sanitation protocol on the pedicure tub. If I had to criticize anything about my service it would be to use more hot towels; for example, one hot towel per hand and foot instead of trying to fit both hands or feet in one small towel. I will defiantly come back and have already recommended this place to my friends and customers.

It is by far the best customer service than any nail salon I have visited, they dont make you feel uncomfortable, they also offer drinks while there, who doesnt like that? very spacious area, beautifully decorated, talented staff and involved owner

The best salon in Orlando hands down. You can barely smell the acrylic liquid, because they have a state of the art ventilation system. Friendly Nail Techs that speak English, a few who speak Spanish too! The best manicures and pedicures in town!

Nikki gave me my first mani pedi in life! This was a great experience and I will go back in 2 weeks. I went several hours before my appointment and they took me right away. Nikki was done with both in an hour & half. Great experience!!!

I just love this place!! It’s always so clean and organized and the staff is so friendly, professional and polite. Jessy (the owner) has taken so much effort for attention to detail and will always make sure you’re happy with your services. I’ve hosted ladies nights out there and my girlfriends and I enjoy our get togethers there. Give them a try and it’s so worth the drive regardless where you’re coming from.
