I was in town getting ready for my cruise and decided to stop by The Nail Spot an hour before closing. I was so impressed by the level of care and service I received! Sue did an amazing job on my Gel X nails, and another talented technician took care of my Bomb Pedicure with Callus Treatment and Gel Polish.What truly stood out was how these lovely ladies went above and beyond for me. They stayed past closing time to make sure everything was done perfectly, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness and dedication.If you’re in the area and looking for excellent service and caring professionals, I highly recommend The Nail Spot. Paola was INCREDIBLE. She was tedious and precise with my nails that my gel manicure has lasted FOUR weeks. I’m finally going back but going once a month is RARE. Ive been going to Nail Spot for nearly 3 years and have never had a bad experience. They recently got new owners and slightly updated prices and service offerings, but Sue joined the team and she is great! She did an amazing job on my first set of Gel X nails with the cat eye effect. Definitely recommend!

Needed to get a pedi/mani while here on mini vacay and Tracy did my pedi and Inga tag teamed and did my mani both gel to get me in and out of there before closing. I needed my nails done in preparation for my Sissies wedding. When I checked into the hotel nearby, I asked the front desk attendant about nearby nail salons. He recommended this place based off of feedback from the guests. I did look them up online and decided so would check them out the following morning. The following morning I went. Omg, I am so glad that I went. I was able to get both a manicure and pedicure with the gel polish done. I almost fell asleep in the chair. Needless to say, I was relaxed and now ready for my Sissies wedding. I will be back there to visit anytime I am in town again.

Feels like family. The owner Mai and her husband work very hard and are great people. Every time I come they remember things I have talked with them in the past.One time I had to come with my 2 kids because I had an appointment and last minute didn’t have anyone to look after them. My sister and I stopped in here to get a pedicure and I ended up getting g my nails filled and done even though I just had them done at home in Pa a week before … the husband gave us the best pedicure we have ever had by far !!! And Mai his wife did an excellent job on my nails and they were quick and the price for both our pedicures my nails and my sisters manicure was less than what I pay for just me alone at home … I wish I could come back here every 2 weeks … I highly recommend The Nail Spot !!!!

I made an appointment in advance because I was unsure of how busy they would be. It was my first time ever coming to this place and Sajiyah (spelling?) was the one who made the WHOLE experience. She truly cares about the clients she takes care of and it REALLY shows. We talked the whole time and she made suggestions on what she thought would be best for my needs. She went above and beyond for me even an hour and a half after they were already closed and she was finishing up my nails. I don’t feel I tipped her enough so I’ll certainly be back to make sure she’s rewarded for her efforts. I had gotten a hot stone pedicure and regular manicure with a French tip and through the whole thing she was patient, understanding, and very personable. 5 stars way up just because of her and her fabulous work! Instead of just having my nails done, I had an experience.

I wanted a pedicure kind of last minute. I called the Nail Spot and they could accommodate me within 15 minutes. I ended up waiting about 3 minutes to get a chair. My pedicure was so good. I walked in and was warmly greeted. The nail stylist told me where the nail color selection was as well as the available designs. Once I finished making my selections, she was ready to start. I needed a fill and color. She worked very quickly and efficiently. As you can see from the picture, she did a beautiful job with my nails. She was very friendly. I was even offered a cold beverage while she was working on my nails. As she was working on my nails, it started to rain and she told me just to relax and wait till the rain was over but I opted to leave. I enjoy walking in the rain. While you are in Orlando, I highly recommend getting your nails done for a relaxing girls afternoon or evening.

In Orlando on vacation with my sister and wanted a pedicure. We stopped at The nail spot on Monday afternoon. Staff very welcoming the minute we walked through the door. Service was fantastic, amazing pedicure. Never felt rushed. Several local regulars having services during our visits. Highly recommend. I’m from out of town and decided to make a spur of the moment trip to get my nails and eyebrows down. I called in and made an appointment for about a half hour later. I was a bit hesitant to go in due to the current pandemic but the staff was very professional and careful about who entered the shop. Once I got in I was provided with a face mask and hand sanitizer before being seen and I was serviced immediately. The staff was very friendly and the two ladies who worked on my nails did an amazing job and my brows came out great as well! Would definitely go back anytime

Just left the Nail Spot and was extremely impressed. I normally dont prefer men to do my nails, but I have to say this was one of the best experiences Ive had in a long time. My nails are even, he took the time to remove the excess polish, and made sure they were dry prior to my leaving. Great massage also!

Had an amazing experience here. Nail artist made sure to practice good hygiene with her tools, made sure my hands were sanitized and washed. She made great conversation. Gel polish was quick and looked perfect. I believe nail artist name was Troug Hung, she was sweet, talented and made my whole experience wonderful. Very reasonable price, 30 for gel mani and 8 for eyebrows. I will def be back soon for mani/ Pedi.

I found this nail salon on Instagram @thenailspotorlando ... they had a variety of designs and nail lengths and that is why I ultimately decided to go. I typically get simple nails, so I didn’t take advantage of their designs. I was taken care of by Mai and could not be any happier with my service. I barely had to wait for my fill in. I was done in less than an hour, the lady who sat behind Mai was very talkative and really funny. Made it fun to be there!!

I had wanted to try having my nails redone with dip polish. However I had to first have the acrylic removed. My technician was Will and he patiently removed all of the layers of acrylic before applying the dip polish to my nails. I was extremely pleased with the entire process.

Very clean, pleasant, professional and great price. I’m visiting from Chicago and didn’t have time to get my no- chip mani redone before we left. They were close to our resort, found on google and was pleasantly impressed. Not super fancy but nice. Will go back if I’m in the area again.
