    I am absolutely in love with my nails! I found Jenn on Instagram and booked with her while I was in Orlando for an extended stay. I desperately needed my nails done and, being a bit indecisive (lol), I wasn’t sure what style to go with. Jenn was incredibly patient, answering all my questions via DM and helping me decide. I booked an appointment for a nail removal and a new set, and Jenn was on time and super accommodating the day of my appointment. She has such a warm personality and is genuinely sweet.Normally, I go for acrylics, but Jenn introduced me to Gel-X, and I’m obsessed! If you’re ever in Orlando, I highly recommend visiting The Polish Room and asking for Jenn. While they do accept walk-ins, I’d suggest scheduling an appointment to make sure your preferred tech is available, as they work by schedule.I also wanted a pedicure (without an appointment), and though Jenn doesn’t do pedicures, she went above and beyond to help me schedule with another tech for the next day. Claudette did an amazing job, fixed my chipped toe, and was just as lovely. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely return!

    Day is THE BEST. I have never really stuck to any one nail salon but I’ve been going to Day for over a year now- she has never disappointed. I can show her any design and have no doubt that she’ll be able to make my nail dreams come true. I have never had as many compliments on my nails as I do after I see Day. She is extremely talented, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. ☺️

    I’ve been going to The Polish Room for some years now and that’s the only place I go to! They’re always nice and friendly and they always do an awesome job.. I have taken y mom, my God mom, my sisters and my niece there and they love it as well!! Since I took them there they don’t go nowhere else. Thank you to my nail artist Jenn.     Ang took care of me. I love my nails. It was hard to find Apres Gel X in Orlando. It’s a small nail studio. Very intimate. They do lashes too. It looked like it’s mainly locals and regulars. It’s my new place

    I’ve been going here for months now and I can’t go back to any other place! I get my dip done by JW every time because she not only does she have the best stories and remembers everything we talk about, but she always goes above and beyond on my nails! The designs she can do is the cherry on top! Make sure you call before she gets all booked up!!!

    I’m visiting Orlando and decided to call The Polish Room, they got me on the schedule the next morning. Vasha did an INCREDIBLE job, honestly one of the best mani/pedis I’ve had in a while. She’s extremely detail oriented and took extra time to scrub my feet (so smooth!!) and took extra care with my cuticles and nails shape. They look amazing and I can’t wait for my next visit. Highly recommend coming here!

    These ladies are super talented and do not price gouge. Ive been going to Suni for over 2 years and Im a happy customer for life. She was able to take some prints from my birthday outfit and hand paint it onto my nails. 😊😊😊

    I love this shop. They are up to date on all the latest nail trends ! Everyone is so diverse but they work so well together, I’ve left shops before because of the animosity between staff but none of that here. I do recommend making an appointment for every visit because everyone is booked & busy! I recommend this shop to everyone who asks about my nails.

    First time here, truly had a great experience. The most amazing and unique part of this place is the diversity in staff. Everyone was from different ethnic backgrounds and the music and overall vibe was amazing.My nails were perfect and on top of this, this place really took their time to do my nails.     Hooked a girl upppp.Ok so this was strickly a google find . Impressed by the photos and IG stalking, i booked my appt same day. I was seen by Danessa ✨️ let me just say this angel has blessed my hands and feet!!!! . I can tell most of the other girls are talented too. I will be back ZERO questions asked. And I highly recommend. Music yes . Vibe yes . A gem of salons.

    I got dip powder nails with Lisa. She didn’t rush through the service and she was carful not to hurt my nails or cuticles. I asked for a natural look and the look beautiful. She is very professional and great at what she does.

    Lianna was amazing. She ran a little behind on my (same day scheduled) appointment but I’m not complaining. I was grateful to get in the same day. Lianna communicated with me every bit of the way. She promptly introduced herself and gave me an estimate of the wait. The pedicure was meticulous! Best pedicure I’ve had in a really long time. Great technique, communication, vibe, skill and professionalism. Highly recommend. 🥰

    I’ve finally found my permanent nail salon. If you want to know what it feels like to be truly in love with your nails polish room is it. Receptionist is always friendly! I’ve had the opportunity of having Traci and Tasha do my nails and both were absolutely fantastic. Both very creative and so very talented and if you follow their social media Accounts you can see that everyone there is beyond talented! I waited to do my review to at least go a couple of times, well 6 months later I won’t ever step into another nail salon!!! Prices are a bit high but the quality is more then worth it to me you definitely pay for what you get for and I’ve never left unhappy! Thanks Polish room!

    Callista was the most amazing, sweetest and professional nail tech Ive had in years! For sure coming back and recommending everyone I know. The atmosphere was amazing, nails were exactly what I asked for, pricing was reasonable. Couldnt ask for any better!

    I love this salon! I stumbled upon this place looking to get my nails done shortly after I had gotten engaged. JW did the best job listening to what I wanted, and implementing it tenfold!     I literally cannot say enough great things about this place and JW!!!!!! She is an amazing artist and always have something creative to do on my nails! I never ever go a day where I don’t get compliments left and right on the work she has done. The Polish Room is clean and everything is so pristine, that’s just so hard to find now a days, which is why I will always keep coming back. You guys are awesome!!!

    Stop reading this review and go book an appointment with this nail salon! Been going to them for about 2 years and I can honestly say this is the best place to get your nails/toes done in Orlando. I promise you wont find better in this area. I have to shout out my tech... Kristeen!! She shows passion in her work and it clearly shows. Shes my nail tech for life, I refuse to leave her. Youll find your forever tech here just like I did. You wont regret it :)

    JW was an absolute angel. I had zero experience with getting my nails done by anyone other than myself and she treated me like a queen. She did exactly what I wanted and I enjoyed every second of it. She did my and my wife’s nails for our wedding and it was perfect. She’s the best, 10/10, A+.

    This has been my nail salon since I returned to Orlando. The service is always top notch. The salon has a great vibe. The entire team brings such good energy into the salon. Rachel is my nail tech and she is beyond amazing, which is why she is always booked lol...but she is worth the wait. @prissy_nails on IG ... see for yourself.

    I love this place! Julie is the best. She is always willing to collaborate on designs with me. All of the girls are sweet and we always have fun when I’m there. They are all so talented. Call and make an appointment! Do not complain that you can’t just walk in and get seen. They are busy because they are awesome!!!

    This place is great! Talened group of ladies! Clean salon, great service, friendly staff that stays up to date with latest trends. I always get compliments on my nails and I must say that it doesnt matter which lady does your nails because they are all awesome. They do go by appointment and they fill up pretty fast. Parking in the rear as well.

    I wont go to any other salon. The Polish Room has all young staff, all up to date on new styles and trends. I have never left unsatisfied, and I am always getting compliments on my nails! The salon has a really nice, clean and modern feel to it. On top of providing top notch services, they seem to always have fun little events and specials happening that they post to their instagram page @thepolishroomfl

    Ive been a loyal client of Amys for three years and her working here is just the cherry on top. The spa chairs are the best ones I have ever come across and the owner Brittany is so sweet.I tried their seasonal scrub and Amy gives the best foot reflexology. Will definitely be back!

    Amazing service from start to finish. The booking process was so smooth. It was my first time and I finally found my go to place. I did hands,feet and eyebrows with 3 different girls and they were all so phenomenal. Each and every person who works there has amazing talent and customer service it doesnt matter who you get 😁(follow their Instagram if you dont already)

This was my first time going, but it absolutely will not be my last - especially for price points well below average. I was regularly paying up to $20 more for way less quality work!

    This is home to me. I have never been soo happy to come get my nails done. They are super clean, friendly, funny and make you feel like family. I can bring my own ideas, pictures or let them freestyle and people always ask to see my nails. I give out their business cards when I get compliments lol

    This is my favorite place to get my nails done. It is an excellent and very young atmosphere. From what I have seen ALL of the techs are great, but my go to is Julie. I definitely recommend the Polish Room! I am never disappointed.

    Ok soooo.... Kristeen did my nails yesterday. It was my 1st time at Polish Room. And she was soooooo dammnnnn INTRICATE. 3 hours to do my nails. She took like an hour just prepping them. Pushed my cuticles back n cut them. NEVER had that done when getting a full set done. Which was amazing because my cuticles grow so fast. She even killed my design. She did a 90s theme and everyone that has seen my nails, loved them. I will DEFINITELY be back. I already have my next appointment made.

    Im new to the Orlando area so finding someone out here that is experienced in the field was important since im picky on who does my brows. First time here this past Saturday went in for brow service with Noor. She shaped my brows and brow henna (she takes her time & very detailed, & careful) which brought my brows back to life!! Check her out shes amazing.

    I was driving through town, in need of a mani/pedi and Google Maps sent me here. When I walked in, the place looked wonderful. I asked the lovely receptionist if there was availability. There was not. Then she recommended a different salon just a few blocks away. That’s just good customer service.Next time I’m in town, I will be sure to book my appointment in advance.

    Good pedicure with nice massage & massage chairs! No dryers, but not really a huge issue (unless you‘re in a hurry). Would be great to offer hot wax for feet as well. I would definitely recommend.

    Great place! Very clean and friendly. I have been going here for months and have never had a bad experience. I would recommend calling for appointments becuase they are aways pretty busy. There is parking in the rear as well as parking in front on the street.
