    I always get my eyebrows done by Hannah and it’s always perfect when she’s done. This is the second time I’ve gotten a pedicure and I had a great experience both times. The guy at the front is loud and friendly unless you try him, then he’s on whatever you’re on. Main reason why I love him lol if you’re looking for a salon, this is it !

    I go here every time to get my lashes and eyebrows done. I like giving everyone a chance, so I go to a different person each time. Ive only had one issue with one lady where she dropped glue in my eye, but she quickly apologized and cleaned it out before I could even actually realize. Majority of the ladies do very good, especially with eyebrows. On days I want a specific look, I go to Tina and Hannah.

    Heard terrible things of this place over the years, about how ghetto it is and such and such. Ive never had an issue since I started coming here. The nail techs are all polite and they do great work😁😁❤️

    I have been a loyal customer of Tip Top Nails since 2015. BeBe always did my nails and pedicures, and Hannah takes care of my lashes and eyebrows. Both of them are professional, sweet, and do great work. Even though I no longer live in Orlando, I still travel to get my lashes and eyebrows done by Hannah. I trust no one else with my lashes or eyebrows but Hannah ❤️

    I went here for my nails, eyelashes, and eyebrows. Linda did my nails and in all my 20 years of getting my nails done she did the best job ever!!!! Everything came out on point great staff as well!!!!

    So it’s been really ghetto the last few times I visit. The nail techs talk about one another the customer go off on things that they should be aware of. The best thing I like about this place is Hanna. She is a very patient takes her time very respectful. She is a sweet heart I give her and only Her Hanna 5 stars

    Overall, this is a clean and professional salon. You may have to wait, so I avoid the busy times, and get quick service. Overall, a very good value for your money. Even the most of the technicians dont speak English, they try, and I know its extremely difficult to learn English as an adult. Its even to communicate your preferences to the friendly and talented staff.

    Was in a rush so decided to try them again. I wasnt pleased with the first visit but was with this one. Jasmine took great care of me. I got a full set with a pedicure and had to remove the old ones. She took great care in making sure it wasnt painful when taking them off and I loved my nails. Thank you so much so everything Jasmine.

    Been going here for over 10 years, Ive never had a reason to complain. Still dont! Itz just that some of the glue they use for eyelashes dont agree with me 🤷.But other than that Ive had a great experiences there. I recommend Vicky for your eyelashes

    This is my go to nail salon! I absolutely adore Tommy at the front entrance and I love Hannah she’s the lady that takes care of me my mother and my daughter facial needs as far as eyebrow wax eyebrow tinting eyelashes face wax and so much more! I would not go anywhere else in the city of Orlando! You know Hannah got skills because she’s in Room # 1! The folks that work here makes you feel just like family! Tip Top Nails has been in this plaza for many years! Last but not lease Tip Top Nail game is on point!

    I only go here to see Hanna. She has been doing my eyebrows for over 10yrs. She is the best. She treats me like family. She is the only one I would allow to do my eyebrows. I always get plenty of compliments!!!

    Services rendered were a nail fill and a pedicure spa. I was truly happy with my nails and my feet feel like I am walking on cotton. My nail specialist Jasmine Booth #10 is the best.     I love this place. Its not fancy. It caters to the working class. But does amazing work. I dont do fancy nails but some of the nails they do will blow your mind! They are really affordable too. I highly recommend them. Im actually going there for a pedicure, manicure, and waxing tomorrow.

    My girl Be, #5 will get you right!!! Ive been going to her for over 10 years. She does my nails and my pedicure in the foot spa. I always get the deluxe that includes the hot rocks and the massages my calves. I also TIP her very well she goes above and beyond for me. She takes her time and takes pride in her work. Besides doing nails, and lashes they also have free Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy watching television while waiting but I enjoy it even better as Im getting a massage in the chairs at the foot spa.

    Once you find someone that does your nails are your eyebrows you tend to go to them on a regular basis but you have to understand that other people also go to them as well so thats where the weight starts but as far as the service I must admit for going to many different salons and being a nail tech myself they are very good and professional I havent gotten any infections from them where Ive got infections in my toes from other places they do sterilize and they are very decent when theyre dealing with you and very friendly so I would suggest that everybody give them a chance theyre only human and remember were making the bridge so we deserve the best service possible so if you go there with a positive attitude you will get a positive response and thats my best response to this question considering I am from New York City the heart of Brooklyn where the Asian people do not treat others nicely they are very disrespectful and these Asian people are very respectful and do their best to please you so I would say tip top nails is okay with me I live all the way in Orlando the border of Kissimmee and I drive there even before that I lived in poinciana and would drive there I would pack up my dog and go but theyre very good at what they do if something is messed up theyll fix it so please give them a chance there a good shop that plan to expand and thats what we should do as a people we should try and get our own businesses and expand as well any feedback or any questions about anything please dont hesitate to hit me up I will gladly answer because Ive been going there for a very long time since Ive moved to Florida because all the places where I live are mostly white catered and they only do temporary lashes that last a day or a night so tip top nails is truly a definitely a good spot to go to and it is safe never had a problem and I dont intend to blessings and happy New

    Ghetto ridiculous customers walking in the back to confront and argue with technicians, shop tiny, cluttered and too hot. But my feet looked awesome and my eyebrows (wax and tint) were the best Ive ever seen...ever. Vee is dope.

    This is my spot Ive been going there for the past two years now I get my eyelashes done and my eyebrows handed they do a very good job Amy and Hannah are wonderful and I believe theyre expanding and despite what you may see on reviews the people they are very nice Ive never had a problem with any customers actually Ive made some very nice friends so be careful what you read you have to go and see for yourself its a very nice job and Ill continue to go matter fact Im due to go this week for my birthday
