    Everyone was so kind and helpful the moment you walk in. There is so many options of colors and the nail techs made great suggestions for me catered to the pictures i showed them. My nail tech tyler was very efficient but careful ensuring every step was done proper. He gave a great massage during my pedicure and made sure i was happy with the results. The salon is spacious and modern inside and offers cocktails which is a plus. Will definitely be back!

    This was my first time at this salon, as I am new to the residential area. I was a walk in and waiting about 15 minutes. My experience from the moment I walked in was a good one. The professionalism, kindness, and overall energy of this establishment was refreshing. I had the pleasure of having Linda as my nail technician and she was great. Her energy was welcoming and gentle. She also was very attentive and sweet. I love how my nails turned out and the thorough care that was given to my hands. I also enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine that I was able to enjoy during my visit. Thank you! 10/10

    Ruby did amazing! I had a reference photo and she perfectly replicated it! Her care and attention to detail at every step was great. She always checked with me to see if shed gotten the length, shape, color, etc. the way I wanted. The whole experience was beyond my expectations. Ill definitely come back more often!

    Had a wonderful experience my nail tech was Brooklynn and she was great. It was t her first day and she did a wonderful job. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10. It was a simple manicure, but she made it very personal engagement conversation. I will say definitely this is my first time having a Full-blown conversation with a nail tech so it was definitely lovely and fun and I enjoy my experience lovely place clean definitely recommend.

    I am fresh off of a plane where I had a horrible experience at a nail shop while in Atlanta. I was in desperate need of a manicure. I found Velvet nail bar on Google and decided to give it a shot as soon as I walked in the front desk girl greeted me even her Chihuahua greeted me with an amazing smile. I was a walk-in, was given to TYLER, he is amazing. The nail work is the best I’ve ever had. I’m a simple nail girl, but the simple has to be clean and neat he more than met my needs. I definitely will be returning to this nail salon every time I’m in Orlando. I literally was eyeballing every tech in there , they all had their nail art displayed, and they all did really good work. Must try

    Ruby, listened to what I wanted and executed. She was very thorough with my nails and my toes and offered some helpful advice on how to maintain my nails.They have a full bar for you to enjoy some Spirits while you are being pampered. Not only do they offer nail services, but they also offer, waxing, threading, facials, and lashes. It’s best to book your appointment in advance because they do get busy.The salon is spacious and clean, and the music is not too loud or offensive. It gives you a luxurious vibe that you would enjoy being serviced there.

    It was a very nice experience. i had ruby and my partner had linda. we both did mani/pedis and they were both very nice and did an amazing job. the atmosphere is very relaxing and feels very nonjudgmental. includes 2 drinks per paying customer which made the experience more relaxing. everyone’s station where ever you looked, was very clean. not to mention the music they played was very upbeat and just a really great experience overall. will definitely be returning*only thing i found a little confusing was i put down a $20 deposit and i was told that it went towards the charge at the end of the service. when it was time to pay, i paid full price for both of our service. i didn’t mind paying tip of course and was not NOT satisfied with the service just found it a little odd that i was told one thing, and it just wasn’t what they said was going to happen

    This shop is by far the best in Orlando. My girl Ruby out did herself!! I love my nails so much. Ashley the receptionist is so kind and so accommodating. Mimi also did an amazing job with my pedicure.

    I loved it! I went because I was in need of a quick basic pedicure but, I fell in love with the place instantly. The tech was great! I cant wait to go back to get the full service. I just pray that they live up to my expectations..It’s been a year since I’ve started coming to this location and I can honestly say I’m hooked! I went through a couple of techs but I believe, no, I know I have the best one yet, Ruby! She is absolutely amazing! I haven’t had not one issue and her work is exceptional and perfection! Praying that she is my forever Nail Tech!

    I’ve been going to Velvet Nail Bar DT, since November ‘22! As soon as I found My Girl, Linda, I was hooked to becoming a new member to her clientele. She has always done an immaculate work of art on my nails and it’s truly simply awesome and down to earth. Love our chats just as much as the services she provides. VNB is a Beautiful establishment, clean and very welcoming. The entire staff is Top Notch! I recommend VBN and Linda to everyone. I’m always referring my friends to come over and experience for themselves. 5 Star all around!!

    For how many times I’ve been here already, I should’ve left this review for Ruby a long time ago! Her work is always the best quality, she’s extremely detailed and great at what she does. The lady at the front desk is always very friendly, the salon is super clean, and they always offer a drink. This is one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to!

    I love my nails. Ruby did her thing, gentle, made sure they were perfect, met all my concerns and the place is nice they offer you drink, very accommodating And i liked the music, kail uchis and lana del rey. modern music. my nails were 100 in total the chrome added an extra 20.

    Another great appointment at Velvet 😍 💕Make sure to ask about the free parking otherwise you have to pay street parking. It’s ~$2 for 2hrs so it’s not too bad but the meter attendants are everywhere so don’t risk it.

    This salon is fabulous. I cheated on my regular salon since they weren’t open late enough on Sunday but I’m so glad I did. Katie is amazing and is so meticulous. I have zero complaints, the service is exceptional. I didn’t have to correct her at any point during my appointment. I was so impressed that I booked my follow up appointment before I left.

    UPDATE: they called me back to give me my full refund. I simply asked to redo my nails and they even did the courtesy of letting me do acrylic nails. All at no charge. IM SO PLEASED 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼FIRST REVIEW: I’ve been here twice, first time was great, second time makes me not want to come back here. I had a nail tech cut my finger so deep I started to bleed, a lot! I brushed it off because people can make mistakes. But then he would continue working on my nail carelessly, like using acetone, and it really started to get me upset. I would tell him kindly to continue to be careful with my finger since it was starting to really hurt.The part that REALLY makes me not want to come back is the lack of compensation. They charged me full price until I mention “you’re not going to do anything about my finger”. They said they would give me $5 off and i was so insulted I said I would rather pay full price at that point. They then “graciously” gave me $10 off. I don’t care how good a nail salon/ tech can be I didn’t feel like they treated their customers with respect and they only care about their money. The pictures are only 5 days apart. It took a full week for the swelling to go down. And the scab came off 9 days after the salon visit.

    I have been coming with my wife to get pedicures. From the time you walk in you’re treated amazingly. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The pedicure chair has massage capabilities which is always nice. Then when my wife gets a manicure, they are cool if I stay on the chair, while I wait. Pricing is awesome and we always leave satisfied. I highly recommend Velvet Nails.

    I love this place! My favorite tech is Ryan. Hes super good, nice, calm and will listen to what you want. I get dip and hes always does such a good job. Also, the staff is really nice and they offer you a beverage of your choice while youre getting your nails done. I come very 2-3 weeks! And their pedicures are amazing!

    First time patron and I’m sold! The location is super convenient and lots of parking (paid) nearby. The salon is big and really cute. Clean and trendy. They also have a bar with their special mixes, super cute. My nail tech was Ruby and she was amazing. Super meticulous and did an amazing job on my Gel-X nails and pedicure. Will be making this my go-to salon!

    Velvet Nail Bar is fabulous and Linda is the best of all! Her hot stone pedicure is the most relaxing way to pamper. My classic gel manicures are elegant and last a long time. Linda takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. She even studies the front of my hands to compare nail length and shape. I was out to dinner with six friends and one of them stopped the conversation and called across the really big table to tell me how nice my nails looked. Also, the place itself is very classy and comfortable and the front desk staff is great.

    I cant go more than 2 weeks without my LINDA fix. Being on a feet for 14 hours plus at work my pedicures are a must! Linda is the most patient and down to earth nail tech youll find. She leaves my feet feeling like baby feet EVERY TIME, and i constantly get compliments on my manicure from the nail art she does. SHE DOES IT ALL!     This was my second time visiting the Velvet Nail Bar. Today I was with Charles for the pedicure with the hot stones and an acrylic fill in. He did a really good job.     I’ve been coming here for over two years and absolutely love it! The receptionist, Ashley, is always so welcoming and sweet. Every nail tech I’ve sat with has been amazing, especially Jessica and Kim, who are beyond talented. My schedule is hectic and demanding, so I’m always calling to check same day availability and they have squeezed me in every time, which I SUPER appreciate. It’s so hard to find a consistently great nail salon in Central Florida, but Velvet ticks all the boxes.

    ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE! I am a new mom and called ahead to see if I could bring my 3 month old with me. This salon went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable having my baby around while giving me an amazing mani/pedi. I got the straight up manicure and the pink cosmo pedicure. Highly recommend doing one of their packages for either the mani or pedi. I absolutely loved the experience. The salon is also super spacious and was able to have my stroller next to me at both stations. 10/10 recommend this place period and 10/10 recommend for new moms too!

    This is a very well maintained business. They did a great job on my nails and my friends nails. We made an appointment for manicures and pedicures and they tried to do a manicure and pedicure at the same time in an awkward position(definitely trying to rush through it) and they said they just didn’t allot enough time for her to get both - they ultimately were able to have her nails done after the pedicure. So just make sure you are clear when scheduling an appointment what you will be getting!They also offer wine or soft drinks/water! We had a lovely time! Sara did my pedicure and she was just delightful!

    By far the best nail salon experience Ive ever had.We were there on a Sunday and it felt like they were having a good amount of business. It was nice and calm. They were playing some deep house music, so it was a very relaxed environment.The seats are new and comfortable with easily controlled settings. And they are spaced widely enough so that you dont feel like the nail technicians have to squeeze uncomfortably to work on you.They appear to have a full bar, though I ordered an iced green tea. There were several patrons sipping wine while I was there.The nail technicians were very organized and accommodating. They took their time and did good work.Overall, a great experience.

    Yesterday was my first time at Velvet, and let me tell you I am overly impressed. I have a normal salon I have been going to for 3 years but they take forever. I search for the best of the best for my clients and for myself. In a world that wants everything “FAST”, I want to enjoy the down time that I have. Too many salons try to get you in and out and don’t take time for you to relax. There were several pedicure options to choose from. I chose the “Wine(something)” option and it was so lovely. The artist took her time with me and really massaged my achy feet and took extra care to perfect my nails. Hot stones, hot towels, yes please! It was very affordable and hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The ambiance was very relaxing as well as being in a great location. I’d visit again for sure.

It’s very easy to make an appointment and they have great availability with late night hours. I’m sure all the techs are great but Luan is incredible. He is so detail oriented and makes sure that your nails look perfect. He spends his time on the shape and listens to what you want and suggests what would look the best. I usually just do a solid color but I’ve seen his artistic work and it’s gorgeous!     I had my nails done by Tracy, and my experience was excellent. Usually when I get my nails done, I end up with crooked nails even after I ask for it to be fixed, and it absolutely bugs me.
