    I dont often leave reviews, but I wanted to leave one for this place because they truly deserve it. Ive been going to this nail salon for a few months now, and all I can say is that they never disappoint. The service is consistently outstanding; professional yet personable.Every time I get my nails done, I bring an “inspiration” picture or two, and they never say “no.” If it’s something they haven’t done before, they’re always willing to work with you and give it a try, as long as you’re game. The music is never too loud, and they’ll happily make conversation if you’re up for it or let you relax in peace if you’d prefer.The salon is always spotless, which is a big one for me. They’ve never cut, burned, or hurt me while performing any of the services, and they always take their time to ensure everything is done perfectly. This attention to detail and the fact I never feel rushed is part of the reasons I keep coming back.If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, cares about doing a stellar job, and takes your vision to heart, there’s no need to look any further.I attached a picture of my nails looking fantastic even days after they were done.

    This was my first visit to this shop. It had a very clean, fresh, and relaxing aesthetic. I purchased a pedicure with spa service, gel polish, and dip manicure. The nail techs were friendly and attentive to details to ensure satisfaction. The prices were consistent with average rates, if not just a little less. Based on my experience, I would recommend this place.

    This was my first time coming here and I am so glad I did! I showed up without an appointment, but they happily accommodated me. I did have to wait a little bit, but they allowed me to sit in the massage chairs, and again, I was a walk in, so I wasn’t expecting immediate service. The place was very clean and everyone was friendly. The tools were sterilized, still in the packaging. Lilly took care of me for each service and she was absolutely amazing!! I will definitely come back here!

    I had a wonderful experience at VIP Nails! I got a dip manicure, and the results were perfect. The salon is very clean, and the staff provided excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    I just had the best experience at VIP Nails and Spa! I walked in on a whim after another appt and I was lucky enough to get Danny as my tech. He was awesome and even suggested gel builder which I had never heard of before but am absolutely in love with now. Then he helped me pick a color just by me saying a couple descriptions of what I wanted. The salon is beautiful and everyone was so nice! I even got a discount for my first visit! I’ll be back soon!

    Okay first impression: BEAUTIFUL interior, everything looked high quality and it SMELLED SO GOOD. It doesn’t smell like toxic fumes I don’t know how they do it but it smelled like fresh citrus. Such a pleasant experience. The manager at the counter spoke clear English which genuinely is just so helpful to be able to communicate clearly what you want. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Bee was incredibly detailed with my gel manicure, so sweet, and chill. Couldn’t complain about anything honestly and the pricing was right where I’d expect it to be and so worth the quality of my experience and the services I received. Excited to come regularly and bring my sister!

    Tammy was amazing! Very professional, friendly and skilled. She always does a great job! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Its Easter time and and she decorated my nails and toes perfectly!!OMG! We come down once a month to visit our grandbaby and found this place! Tammy is amazing and after my friends saw what she did, Easter Bunnies, a few wanted to come down and visit 5rh Ave Salon! I brought 3 other friends and ALL WERE SO PLEASED!! The unicorn and rainbow were asked for by grandkids in Virginia! Next month...Minnie and monster trucks! Amazing place!     Got a pedicure today and they quickly accommodated me! The service by Hiu was spectacular and the gentleman at reception was extremely wonderful! I have zero complaints with my sapphire pedicure and highly recommended. Even the presentation of when they bring the products to your chair is absolutely amazing. If you want a relaxing and, more importantly, perfectly done pedicure go to this place and ask for Hiu! When I come back to visit my family I’m definitely making another appointment!

    I am so glad I found this salon.The owners are so friendly and go above and beyond! I came in late when they were closing and they were very happy to do my nails, took their time, and made it a great experience.     I had the most wonderful experience. The nail techs did a night and day difference on my mani/pedi. It has been a minute.The salon is super clean, very pretty, and everyone was extra kind and friendly. I appreciated nobody was pushy with additional services, or weird sort-of handed insults to encourage waxing, etc… They gave honest suggestions to make an improvement that wasn’t originally in my request, and I’m so happy they did. Prices were very fair, even with the add ons.I don’t do the full acrylic type nail anymore, but I could see that they do actual “nail art” as well.10/10

    Georgia is the best pedicure and manicure technician in this salon. She is very knowledgeable, skillful and with a great level of attention to detail. She takes the time with you to make sure everything is done the right way, she is never in a hurry. Overall nice salon, the new management made some great interior design improvements and the service and atmosphere is welcoming, they really make you feel VIP.

    I needed a manicure and did not have time to go to my usual salon. I live downtown Orlando and my normal salon is in dr phillips I was in the shopping plaza and decided to give this salon a try. I got a gel manicure and they did an amazing job. Very thorough and not rushed. I didn’t have time for a pedicure but will definitely give them a try when I’m ready. I noticed they do waxing and lashes also according to their menu of services as well as massages.

    This is my favorite nail salon in Orlando. Everyone here is so kind, and the space is so beautiful. Last time I went Helen did a perfect job removing my gel polish so carefully that my nails were still so strong and healthy! I’ve been to salons all over town, and this is the only place I’ve had a consistently wonderful experience. If you’re thinking about coming here- do it. It’s worth it!!

    Super Clean and Beautiful. I called and made appointment but they do accept walking. The salon employee seem to enjoy their work. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. My nail tech was wonderful and informative. You can see the sterilized machine and nothing was hidden. No unpleasant smells. This place is truly gorgeous. Thanks for a great afternoon.     4.75 stars for sure! Would have been 5 but I do not like it when they use a dremmel tool in my nails. I needed a pop in last minute to get my nails done for a wedding. I showed them an example and she did a fantastic job of what I needed decided to get a pedicure. She was fantastic. Is that as well and I have to admit, I really enjoyed their massage chairs probably the best I’ve ever sat in overall it’s a solid .4.75 for me. !

    I came to this salon without an appointment last Saturday. It was very busy but they took me in immediately. I had the deluxe pedicure and enjoyed the massage. The store was very clean and the employees very helpful. It is one of my favorite salons. I will be back soon and I highly recommend it. The work they do is amazing!!!!!👌🏻

    What a great experience, the lady who did my pedicure was so nice! She did a great job and listened to exactly what I wanted. The decor in the spa is very upscal. The pedicure chairs were very plush. I would definitely go back again.

    Excellent service by very experienced technicians. The salon, apparently, was gutted and built up brand new with all new furnitures and fixtures. Supplies used all seems to be of very high quality. Customer service and customer satisfaction appears to be taken very seriously at this salon. A great place to have a girls day out for some R&R and pampering. Will definitely come back.

    I have been a patron of this location for a very long time. I love the family atmosphere and the quality of the work. I saw Pam today for a mani/pedi and it was everything I expected. Unfortunately I watched as a younger woman made a fuss about a 5 dollar increase and failed to tip the staff that put lots of work into her pedicure. I apologized for her rude behavior and tipped him. Remember to be good to those providing a service to you. That 5th Ave see you next month.
