    Best nail set Ive ever gotten in Orlando and Winter Park, and Ive tried many places. Its basically perfect. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a full set. Ive also gotten the pedicure, which was also fantastic and one of the best experiences Ive ever gotten.

    Welcoming Atmosphere: As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Tom and Nancy with a warm smile. The salon had a serene and inviting ambiance that immediately put me at ease.Professional and Friendly Staff: Tom and Nancy was assigned to me. Tom did my nail and Nancy did my feet. They both took there time to listen to my preferences and offered expert advice on nail care.Hygiene and Cleanliness: I was particularly impressed with the salons commitment to hygiene. All tools and equipment were sanitized before use, and the staff followed strict hygiene protocols, which is so important, especially in the current times.Quality Products: The salon used high-quality nail products, and I could tell the difference in the results. My nails looked impeccable, and the polish stayed vibrant.Attention to Detail: They both paid meticulous attention to detail during the service. Tom and Nancy ensured that each nail was perfectly shaped and polished, and the end result was flawless.Relaxing Experience: The entire experience incredibly relaxing. It truly felt like a pampering session.Efficiency: Despite the attention to detail, the service was completed in a timely manner, which I appreciated as it allowed me to get on with my day.Great Value: Considering the quality of the service and the results, I found the pricing to be very reasonable.     My absolute favourite place to get my nails done. Staff is super friendly, they have the BEST quality powders for nail art..and they do not dent into my nails with the drills, or cut my cuticles so that my nails will grow back super fast so Ill have to come back sooner. They make sure even the tips of the nails are coated with gel or polish, and take a long time building and shaping your nails so that theyll last. I hear that half the people drive 20-40 minutes out of their way to come here, and I do the same. Their price for the work they do is incredible. They are open 9am Christmas Eve, close at 5pm.I personally have a horrible record of nails breaking or chipping the same day or week I get them done, but here they go until fill ins without any damages..and my nails dont grow back as fast as some places because they dont trim my cuticles back.My holographic nails were only $45, shaped and all, and they perfectly matched the holo on my shoes, purses, bags, and everything.. sadly, I cannot have them at my new job, so I had to get a French ($30 with gel and shaping). I got so many compliments on my nails, and the moment Im allowed to have nail art and design I will be right at their doors to get my nails done. And yes, the holo Actually looks liquid..their powder is the best one on the market and the price for it is CHEAP. The owner even took a few photos for me when I got them done. Bottom line, this will probably be your new favourite Nail place for both the price and qualityFor the guys: its right next door to a Chinese restaurant, so you can get some food while your girl gets her nails done.

    I have been looking for a new salon close to my house and I am so happy I tried this one! I took my daughter for a pedicure to feel it out and went back a few days later for my nails. Everyone there is so nice. Tyler did my pedicure and my acrylic nails and he did am amazing job on both. Took his time, paid attention to detail and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. I found my new Salon. Thank you!

    This was my first time and I came to the salon for an eyebrow wax and I explained I was sensitive and Nancy was so amazing. She did a great job and took her time. I had minimal pain and no redness. Then, Ana did a pedicure. Amazing and cares about her work. She did the most wonderful job on my feet. Both ladies were fantastic. I highly recommend them. Thank you for the best experience and your professionalism.

    This was my first time visiting. I thought the price was great, $35 for the deluxe pedicure, and the massage part was really lovely. The venue looked clean and pleasant, the employees were very nice. The only thing that wasn’t my favorite was Judge Judy on the TV, I don’t find that relaxing. But everything else was good!

    I just moved here and was looking for a new warm place to get my nails done. I am so happy I found Waterford Nails! I’ve come a few times and the people are always so friendly and the staff remembers me! Nancy has done a wonderful job, both the manicure and the pedicure were wonderful! I can only recommend this place!!! The prices are very reasonable and the work is exceptional! 10/10

    Best pedicure I’ve had in years! Maybe the best pedicure I’ve had in Florida. I got the $30 pedicure by Tyler (not even the fancy options), and my feet feel amazing, and the regular polish looks great. It’s a little drive for me, and I will happily make the drive every time I want a pedicure now. :)

    Tyler was perfect. Next time Ill ask hi. To cut my nails just a bit shorter. Also, I was so pleased, I gave him a $10.00 tip. The pedi was only $27.00. Great job, Tyler!!!

    Tom & Ena (spelling?) gave me wonderful service & my nails are some of my favorite I’ve EVER had. They did metallic gold & now I rule the world. My pedicure was long & sooo relaxing. I’m so happy I stopped by! Definitely a great salon. My nails are posted in the pictures so check them out!

    Saturday morning there was no wait. I had a nail that broke my actual nail and was bleeding. The tech fixed the broken nail and filled the others. So far this is the best location Ive been to in Florida!!

    Tracy is my favorite for my gel nails and pedicures. She is gentle, really cares when my fingers are sensitive from arthritis. Shes from Viet Nam and we talk about her culture holidays, traditions, beliefs. Lovely woman. I tip her 6$ on a 24$ gel nail set ... And she always makes room for me in her schedule. I would definitely call ahead to make appointment with her or any of the other ladies.

    Went today with my friend Donna. Our first time in 3 months after getting my cast off my foot. Got the ok from my doc. They are fantastic, clean, knowledgeable of their trade! I rate them 10 stars. We have already made our next appointment. Come soon but leave us a spot as I am sure they will be very popular as soon as people know where they are. Their English is very good too

    My wife had scheduled a “spa” party for my daughter and 3 of her friends for her 10th birthday and a different nail place. When she called to confirm the day before, we were shocked to find out that they had packed up and moved out. In a panic, my wife started calling other nail spas and most were very unhelpful. When she called Waterford Nails & Spa, not only did they fit all 4 girls in with less than 24 hours notice, they were kind and very accommodating. My wife said the girls had a great time and that Waterford Nails & Spa went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday special. They were already set up when they arrived, 4 pedicure chairs in a row, all waiting with pillows so that the girls’ feet could reach the water. They gave them the full pedicure experience and made them feel so special. My wife said this is her new place to go from now on! We highly recommend them!
