I had the best time with Kat and Mei! They were both friendly, professional and delivered an excellent quality experience. Kat is so skilled that he could anticipate what I wanted with my manicure. He even continued to check in with me to make sure I was on track with the design I requested. Mei was personable and made me feel like I had a new friend. She also checked in with me throughout my pedi-massage package experience. They both delivered a high quality of service and truly wonderful experience. They were a little busy and yet they each made me feel as if I was the only person there. I also felt that the price was fair. I have paid similar costs at other salons and not had as good an experience. Here, it was well worth it! 100% recommend going here!

I started going to Windemere Nails & Spa a couple months ago and am always in love with my nails. Mei is the absolute best! I bring in some inspiration pictures but tell her to do whatever she thinks looks best and she comes up with amazingly beautiful designs. She is so creative and talented, plus sweet and fun to chat with. Great place, talented staff and reasonable pricing!

I’ve been to Mei twice now, and I can honestly say she’s amazing! I got a Gel X fill with a classic French design.The first time she did them, they looked really good already, but this time, they came out absolutely beautiful and perfect!Mei is incredibly precise with her work. She applied the pink base color so carefully, even using a fine brush to go around the edges - something no other nail stylist has done for me. The French design is super clean and even. I asked for a very fine French tip, which I know can be tricky, but Mei had no problem with it at all. She even showed me the first nail to make sure I liked it before continuing, and it was perfect right away!What I love most is how natural my nails look. They came out really thin, so they don’t have that bulky appearance that you sometimes get with extensions. They look elegant and feel great.I also really appreciate how light-handed and careful she is when filing. Nothing ever feels uncomfortable.The atmosphere at this salon is calm and relaxing, and I always feel at ease when I’m there. You can tell they truly care about their work, and there’s never any rush.The first time I saw Mei, she switched me to the Gel X method, and my nails lasted a whole month with no lifting, something I’ve always struggled with in the past. I can’t recommend Mei enough, especially if you’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented and skilled!

One of my favorite nail salons in Orlando, and Rachel She is my go-to; she did a great job on my pedicure and manicure, and the massage was great.Also, Mei is absolutely amazing; she is my husbands go-to person.They also have a new head spa service, which I tried twice, and I love it so much. Ask for Julie for the head spa; she has done a great job, and I feel so much more relaxed after the service. She not only does your head, but the service also includes a facial massage, neck, and shoulder massage.Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to Sue for over a year now and have always had the best experience. The entire staff is friendly, kind, and always gives exactly what I ask for for my nails. Sometimes I come in and don’t know what I want and Sue always has the best ideas. The prices are great too. I will always recommend this nail salon to anyone!

I went here for the first time after a rather long and tough week. Helen was absolutely amazing. I had gelx put on my nails by some artist at another salon and she took it off so gently. The receptionist was also super kind and helpful. Despite having worked in another salon myself, I would have to say this place may be my new go to salon!Edit: I came back again and Helen did an absolutely amazing job! (See pictures!) her attention to detail is absolutely amazing. The rest of the staff was super kind and polite. The salon itself is super clean and the decor is super cute!

This place is absolutely amazing. I was in the market for a new nail place and I read the reviews and how much praise Helen was receiving and I quickly booked an appointment with Helen, and let me say the reviews are 10000% true. Helen takes her time and really thinks of the client. She always out does herself on designs and never rushes. She wants you to relax while you’re here and I always walk out with a smile and excited to return. Everyone at this salon is so nice and very welcoming.

My mom and I came and sat with Helen and Rachel. This place was recommended to us another person and we were certainly rewarded for taking the advice to come here. We felt welcome and taken care of. They asked us how we were multiple times and helped us feel in control of the experience. I felt really like they cared that we have a stellar time. I asked for a complicated design and Rachel did a phenomenal job. The person who recommended I come here also recommended Kat, Tran, and Tina.If you’re looking for a good place with attention to detail for designs, patience for those ticklish or uncomfortable with these types of experiences, or someone who needs extra care, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough. I’m leaving this review also so I can find the place next time I’m in Orlando!

Windermere Nails and Spa is the best nail salon around! I’ve been coming here for two years and see Helen exclusively, and her nails are always perfection! Helen always takes her time and is absolutely meticulous in shaping and designing my nails. Any design I show her she can do without a problem. There are also times when I have no idea what I want and just let Helen do whatever she wants and it always comes out perfect! The salon is immaculate and all of the staff there are super friendly. I can’t recommend the salon and Helen enough!

Came here while on vacation in the area. We popped in mid-afternoon on a Sunday for two basic pedicures. They took us right away! Staff was super friendly, the chairs are modern, place was updated and clean AND the foot massage work was excellent. Very happy with my polish results and they had a wide variety of colors to choose from. We will definitely come back here on future trips to the area!

My new favorite nail salon!I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was seated immediately for a pedicure. Sue greeted me with a smile and great energy! She gave me a wonderful pedicure while she addressed my nail concerns. I told her my nails (hands) are weak and thin so I was afraid of making it worse and I just wanted to let them grow out. After listening to my concerns, she suggested doing the bio gel first and then a coat of gel polish on top. She was right! There was minimal drilling and filing but it still came out perfect! She was very gentle and meticulous during both the pedi and mani. She understood the assignment!!! I will definitely be going back to Sue in 3 weeks!

As a visitor this place is an incredible find - exactly what I asked for first time and beyond affordable for such a tourist heavy city. The salon was very clean well kept and larger more roomy than expected! Water and wine are options, they have a great selection of various pedicure treatments. The CBD lavender package I’ve purchased is amazing! My nail tech’s name is Helen. She is GREAT! I cannot wait to come back time after time once I move to the area. This is the second time Ive been to this place. Ive seen two different people. I forget the first girl who I saw but she was excellent and did a great job. Today I went in and saw Tom. He did a wonderful job on my nails. I did seek out to get my nails done at another salon, went to three other salons who acted like they didnt want to be bothered. This salon everyone is so friendly and they fit me right in and they even had the right color I was looking for. I think Ive found my new go-to nail salon! Thanks Viet!

I came in with man hands and my girl Julie worked magic. I’m leaving with a bright red that she suggested and I’m feeling like the queen of hearts! Even though it was already half an hour past the time they closed, she insisted on letting my nails naturally dry because it is better for my skin. Every time I come here they are honest and do what is best for my nails. Love Julie. Love this place!

Very clean business, prices are very reasonable, and nail art is always beautiful! I recommend the Deluxe Pedicure for an hour of pampering. Well worth the money!

Wow let me just say 10/10 recommend and I will be coming back! I called in after work to make an appointment last minute not knowing if I would be able to make in time. The receptionist gladly made an appointment for me for dip powder and pedicure. Ryan my manicurist was absolutely wonderful!! He made me feel comfortable and was so kind! He didn’t have to stay after close but he did to make sure I got my nails done before my trip. Not only that he was so gentle with my nails and always asking if I was ok. It’s so important to have a nail tech who cares. Not only that it was his first day and he did a great job. Will be coming back again with Ryan!

OMMGG if i can give them 100 stars i would. The most professional, loving, and caring place I have ever been too. I have been to several places in Fl and ive never loved the service and outcome of my nails before til I came here. There was no wait they treated me and my mom with so much care we had a paraffin wax gel pedicure and the ladies were beyond amazing I would recommend anyone of them because of how professional they were. The price was worth it, i showed them want i want and they had my vision come to life and my opinion mattered!! in their word you are the boss. I will be coming back every time i come back in town!!!. DEF WORTH IT!!!!! best in Orlando so far in my opinion.

Caution: Employees here will use pressure tactics and hard-sell you on upgrading your service package. While the service provided was excellent, my consent for services was violated. I have a witness who saw me explicitly refuse an upgrade multiple times, but when I changed from explicitly saying no to just Ill think about it so they would stop asking, the person working with me brought out the expensive product at the end and applied it to me without explicit permission. She then asked me if its okay, but only after it was on me and I felt compelled to just accept it once it was there.Overall, this venue offers a wonderful spa experience with talented individuals working on your hands and feet. I would highly recommend them for their skill and environment. Although I heavily caution you regarding their sales tactics and consent violations.

I come to Orlando for an annual sales meeting and refuse to pay the outrageous prices at the Hilton or Waldorf for sub-par work. After scrubbing the Google searches for dip powder nail salons in Orlando I found Windermere last year and came back again this year after a great experience. Angie was very attentive and did a fantastic job on my nails. They know many customers by name and seem to run a quality, efficient business. I’ll be tipping off my other conference goers to get off property and visit this salon.

This place did an amazing job on my nails! They were done very quickly with precision and looked very nice! I came back about a month later to just have my nails removed, and was unhappy with the fact that they simply ripped the nails off of my fingers. It was painful and damaging to my nails. The reason I go back to a salon to remove the nails is to avoid having them ripped off. I would highly recommend this place to get your nails done or redone, but if you have the same preference of nail removal as I do, this may not be the place for you.

Tina is the real MVP. I am from charlotte and my family and I were on our way to Disney world for a week. I woke up our morning of travel with a very obvious ingrown toenail and the area was pulsating. I knew if I didn’t get it taken care of I wouldn’t be able to walk all week at the parks. I have had multiple traumatizing experiences with ingrown toenails so this is a huge source of anxiety for me. I googled profusely “ingrown toenail removal” for salons along our route from charlotte to Orlando. I needed to know a name and I needed their help. Well I found a review on Tina and was able to book an appointment same day. The review stated she took care of horrible ingrowns and the review was accurate. Tina knew exactly what she was doing and took care of the problem. It hurt and that poor chair was covered in sweat after I got up but tina removed the issue and assured me in two days I would feel much better. Tina was as good as her word and her previous google review. So thankful for her expertise and kindness. Her assurance and confidence gave me peace that she had handled it and I would be good as new.
