    This was the best nail salon & spa that I have ever been to! All the girls are so kind & sweet. Everyone is so good at what they do.I got my eyelashes & eyebrows waxed by Kim. She was incredibly fast & she did my eyelashes so beautifully. They are perfectly applied & I don’t even feel them because she did such a good job! She did my eyebrows so quickly that I didn’t feel any pain!I got my nails done by Allie, I didn’t know what I wanted so Allie came up with the design all on her own, she is so creative! She did the nails beautifully!Everyone is so professional & talented! Five stars!!

    I have been going to Sally nail & spa for a few years now and I can’t say enoughgood things about this salon! Kim & her sister Lynn do an excellent job with my eyelash extensions. Everyone here always does a great job, is friendly & professional. They listen & understand & always go above and beyond at all services they provide. Kim always makes sure I am happy with my services before I leave. The salon is always clean & the environment is relaxing. All of the technicians are friendly & never make me feel like my request are unrealistic. As a very particular person I am always satisfied with my services here. I highly recommend this salon to friends & family.

    Bong gave me a French manicure for my birthday on a Friday. When I left, she told me to come back if anything went wrong. On Monday they started chipping so I called and she immediately got me in and redid four of them, and added fresh clear polish over ALL of them, including cuticle oil. She sent me on my way and told me to come back if anything else went wrong! APPRECIATE this excellent customer service!!!

    I was a little disappointed with the salon that I had been going to so I decided to call Sally based on their Facebook ad. They did not disappoint! Very friendly, set me up with one of their very best artists. They did exactly what I wanted and the price was right. Allie, my technician was fantastic and very sweet. I will definitely be going back for more.

    I had the nail stylist named linh she is the absolute best I got a Halloween design with glow in the dark acrylic and did an ombré with a design and she did so good with the details and it turned out exactly how I imagined it and she is very easy going. I highly recommend her. I am definitely coming back again!!

    Linh is amazing! I was able to get in right away and she did an incredible job on my eyelashes and Pedi, at a reasonable price too! I will come back regularly for my touch-ups! I highly recommend her!

    Today was my first time coming to this salon and I can honestly say, it’s the best nail salon I’ve been to! I came to Kim with an acrylic set another salon did that I was very unhappy with. I showed her a picture of what I originally wanted and she gave me exactly what I showed her. My nails look beautiful!! She did an amazing job and took her time with me. She showed so much attention to detail, made sure I was happy with every step of the process. She asked for approval on the design while she was working on it. Making sure her client was 100% happy was her #1 goal and that is extremely hard to find. I will stay a loyal client!I am still smiling so big every time I look at them. They look amazing, Kim!!10/10 for this salon! Don’t look further. Go to them!! You won’t regret it.

    Ladies... if you are looking for an easy morning makeup routine. Go see Kim! She blushed my lips, micro bladed my brows, and does my lash extensions. She is gentle and particular. I wake up every morning to throw on tinted moisturizer and lip balm. Thats is it. How easy, right! She explained everything to me and gave me a natural look like I asked for. Her glue on her lash extensions is magic! I wear a night mask and they last like 4 weeks. Pic are from about 6 weeks after brows and lips, they will need 1 touch up in about 2 weeks. Lashes are 2 weeks old.

    I love the employees. My 1st visit and Ill definitely will return. Fast good one stop shop! I went to get eyelash extensions(Groupon) and loved,loved,loved my lashes!     I’ve been visiting this salon for more than a year. I was initially referred by my hairstylist. I made an appointment with Kim for eyelash extensions over one year ago. I have not been to anyone else since me and Kim met. Kim, and her entire staff are professional, and very welcoming, Kim keeps up with all of the latest beauty trends. I love her work. I’ve also used her sister Linn and she’s amazing to! Often times I go for lash extension. Sometimes I add pedicure for a color change to my service as well. Kim recently removed all of my moles, from my face and neck area. I feel like she’s taken five to 10 years off of my face. I love that she’s continuously learning and growing and mastering her craft. if you looking for a place to keep you looking and feeling your best, this is the place you need to visit!

    Great manicure and pedicure but the best was the facial massage! Super nice ladies working. Went online and booked an appointment, almost immediate response back that they were available. Walked in and went right to the chair. Will go back next time Im in town.

    Alee is the best this was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure and she put me to sleep with the massages and warm stones on my legs and feet I was so relaxed.     I called and asked if they did walk ins and was told yes. I went and was taken care of right after I walked in. Had a pedicure done as I will not be back home to see my podiatrist until April.Was very happy with the staff. Very friendly and did a great job.     I moved to Ormond Beach about 2 and half years ago. I have gone to about 15 or more different nail salons in the Volusia area and I couldnt believe how hard it was to find experienced techs. Im finally happy with how my nails 💅 and eye lashes look. Thank you Kim and all the techs at Sallys.

    I have had multiple services here including dip manicures, gel pedicures, face waxing, permanent eyeliner makeup, and permanent lip liner make-up. The staff in this establishment are all very kind and always willing to help. The prices are good and Ive never been disappointed with their services. I just recently moved to Ormond Beach and was looking for a new nail salon. Im so thankful I dont have to look further! Kim is the permanent makeup specialist. My mom had her eyebrows microbladed by Kim and they look amazing!! The pricing for it was only about $300, too! We are very impressed and we will continue as clients as long as I live here. Thank you all so much!

    I absolutely recommend this place!!! I have gotten my eyelashes done at about every place in Volusia county and i can guarantee that this place is the best. Kim and her sister do beautiful work, i leave every time feeling gorgeous and happy. They make sure you are comfortable the whole time, and are so nice and professional, i even fall asleep sometimes when i get my lashes done.     Went in for a full volume set last week and was treated with absolute care. The lady doing my lashes was so extremely kind and made me feel so calm and comfortable while getting my lashes done, they were also done in about an hour which is awesome considering they usually take about 3. I will be back to do my lashes all the time now and hopefully try out their other services as well.

    I got my nails done by Kim and they are absolutely amazing. The shape and thinness of my nails is fantastic. She even recreated a design for me and it looks so good. If I could give more stars I would! I got them done almost two weeks ago and I have no lifting, no paint chipping, or anything. Highly recommend.

    Kim has been doing my eyelashes and nails for almost a year now. I have never had a bad experience in the salon. Their prices are fair, especially on the eyelashes!! By far the best deal in town! Plus they have a rewards program so every few visits you get $15 off. The eyelashes stay on for 2-3 weeks and the fills take less than an hour. Also I have VERY sensitive eyes to makeup and chemicals and the glue Kim uses has never once bothered my eyes or skin. I wake up looking amazing every day! The two guys are amazing at the long ombré nails, and Bong is great with a quick SNS set, they hardly ever chip or break on me. I have noticed a lot of bad reviews for this salon, and all I can think is that a rival salon is posting bad reviews to help boost their own. How unfortunate. Kim and the team here are professional and eager to please. I would like to add that I am a bartender and also very clumsy so in the rare occasion I have a nail chip or crack, they will fix it immediately free of charge. I once had Bong fix a nail, and she was reluctant to even accept a tip from me for her time. They just want to see happy customers. The staff is respectful, and humble. Come here once and you’ll never go anywhere else.

    I stopped getting my lashes done years ago because they would apply so much glue and they would look so fake. A friend recommended Kim, I am so happy with my lashes. They look very natural, I am constantly getting compliments. I tried going without them for a week, I couldnt do it. Once you get them done by Kim you will never want to go without them again. Thanks Kim for always making me look so beautiful!

    I came here with my sister and we both got pedicures. The salon was clean and inviting when we arrived. The people were very friendly and treated us immediately. They were patient while we picked out our colors. We chose the Lemon Pedicure and it was very relaxing. It came with a little massage and wax treatment. And the chairs!!! Wow! I have never had such a great massage chair. And they did a spontaneous little design on my toe. Fun! I would definitely come here again.

    5 stars all the way! Ive been going to Kim and her staff for years even before she had her own salon. She is very customer focused and requires the same out of her staff. Dont pay attention to the negative reviews that say no valid content as she has been bombarded with someone attacking her and creating false identities with bad reviews to give her a bad name! I definitely would recommend this salon!

    Sallys does the best manis & pedis in the area! (Go ahead and treat yourself to a hot stone pedi today!) They do exactly what you want, OR give them an idea and let them get creative and they will make you happy!Plus--their prices are highly competitive with other shops nearby which is a bonus because of their higher quality work. 😉They also have gel and sns dip polish to work with your natural nails (and something I had to search the area for, so now ya know!) Ive never had to wait or you can call ahead to guarantee your time slot.They also offer facials, waxing, and eyelashes--Ive seen these on people and they do a very natural-looking, beautiful job.Update: I originally reviewed 5 years ago! Sally’s Spa is still THE BEST! You must call ahead and make an appointment now because they have grown! I can also update that I get facials and eyelashes done regularly aaaand most recently micro bladed eyebrows. They do powder and ombré also, to suit your taste, and you get a full consult and measurement to makes sure they are perfect. Soo many services— this place is the hidden gem of Ormond Beach! Try them out, dont forget to get your rewards points accruing! ;)

    Always leave satisfied, the service is worth every cent. They are not only professional but friendly & humble artist. They have always maintained the salon clean, welcoming & relaxing.     Joe did my SNS gel dip - he took the time to explain how it works (Im typically a gel girl) and did an amazing job! Im a bit OCD with my nails so I notice if they arent shaped exactly right or an inside corner wasnt painted.     Many options and great attention to detail! This was my first visit being they were open still on a Sunday. Everyone was very nice and for a walk in an hour before closing my wait was only about 10 minutes. I will be back again. Thank you Sally Nails!

    Kim and all of her employees have the best attitude. They really treat their customers as if you are their only client. They take their time and make sure you get what you pay for. I just took my mom in for a Deluxe mani pedi as a treat for her 80th birthday and those ladies treated her like a queen. Thank you Kim and staff!!

    Veronica does my pedicures every time. I refuse to go to anyone else. She’s amazing. The only thing that I have to say negatively is that the staff is extremely disorganized when the manager isn’t in. I almost walked out It was a mess.
