It was difficult to find the location initially (first time going). It’s tucked neatly in a corner in the plaza. I think parking by Publix will make for quickest access to the door.Experience was good. The lady at the front desk is bubbly welcoming and kind which was a nice introduction since I was worried about being late from looking for the place. My wax tech was efficient. I will be back.Edited review to five stars after second visit: I was able to find the location much easier than the first time. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and prepared for my appointment I scheduled an hour before. Very accommodating highly recommend

She is just so good at keeping you relaxed with conversation but also somehow it was less painful than I’ve ever had it done! She was also beyond thorough! I will definitely only come here and request her when I’m in Florida! Truly a wonderful experience in spite of it being for waxing lol. Really, I am truly pleased and recommend this. Update:I wanted to give this location another try, and scheduled with a tech who was referred to me by a friend. TOTALLY different experience. I saw Jayla, and she was WONDERFUL. I will only return to see her. She was very friendly, took her time, and was very thorough. I appreciate you so much Jayla!Previous Review:I’ve been getting waxed for almost 12 years (over half of that at EWC), and there was soooo much hair that was missed on my brazilian. I think it was just poor application, and it was just breaking off instead of pulling it from the root, and alot of it was just missed all together.I got several services done, and honestly it was all subpar. Less than 1 week later, and it looks like I need to be waxed again. My hair has never grown back like that which tells me it was an application problem. My skin broke out TERRIBLY from this. Unacceptable for the normal reputation of EWC. The tech I saw was apparently one of the most experienced in the building.She moved too fast, and was not careful or thorough.

Very sanitary! Very welcoming! I work with Jayla she was so welcoming, professional, educational & very sweet! Each time I’m in for a Brazilian wax! Easy online booking reservations ! For 1st timers I usually am so nervous to do these kinds of things but it’s so worth it especially at this location with jayla. I’m comfortable enough to go alone & even with still being nervous Jayla takes care of me!

This was my second visit at this EWC location and after having Damaris as my wax specialist, I am SO happy to say I’ve found my favorite specialist with whom I will be scheduling all future services with. She was so kind, attentive and knowledgeable! She empathized with the bumps and scars that were caused from shaving on my legs and recommended products that she knew would work from personal experience. After only using the AHA/BHA with vitamin C serum for a week, I have seen a noticeable difference and am excited to finally have clear skin again. I’d highly recommend scheduling your next service with Damaris!

I am amazed by the service provided. It couldnt have been any better. I have always gone to Candace since Ive started coming to European wax center. She is awesome and always knows what I want. I have never walked out of the door unhappy. The last time I had made an appointment, Candace was not there, and I had to have someone else do my eyebrows. I was unhappy with how they turned out. I went today for an appointment with Candace and of course she fixed them and they look perfect again! But I also want to tell you how awesome ElishaC is at the front desk. She knows me by name as soon as I walk in the door. I told her I was unhappy with my service last time. And she was totally understanding and did everything to make it right.
