Where to start! Debbie and the staff here are hands down the most professional, fun and caring staff in any salon I have visited. Im a chronic salon jumper constantly in fear of a haircut and took a chance heading to Osprey to see what Shear Paradise had to offer and I AM SO THANKFUL to find this gem of a shop!!! I called to say I was running late for the appointment and the woman who answered the phone was kind and gracious and didnt make me feel bad or uncomfortable (feelings I frequent). I fearfully put my very long damaged hair in Debbies hands and expressed how nervous I was. She warmly gave suggestions and understood my fear of the big chop. This woman is GOLD. We cut soo much length off, not something Id normally do, and when it was finished I felt like a million dollars!!!! Debbies shop will be my salon from now on!! I am someone who looks younger than I am, I have tattoos, and not the typical Venice woman to walk into such a pretty salon but I was greeted with warm souls and complimented to the heavens, these folks are incredible and I cannot say enough positive things about them! Absolutely wonderful people and great quality work! LOVE MY HAIR!! THANK YOU DEBBIE!!

Angel does an amazing job on my cut and color. She’s very experienced and pays attention to details. She is very personable and her laugh is very uplifting!

The salon is very clean and sanitary. I recently got my nails done by Amy and she does a really outstanding job. One of the best people that I have gone to. I would really recommend her.

I went to Shear Paradise for the first time after hearing great things from friends. It is clean, modern, and very well designed which creates a relaxing effect as soon as you walk through the door. Interacting with staff was the icing on the cake - everyone is so friendly and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful experience and a great haircut.

Top-notch, professional, and comfortable salon and personnel! I recently had to have permanent eyeliner enhancement with Missy to correct a botched application by Forever Beautiful Salon & Wine Spa. While the first procedure was unprofessional and traumatic, Missys gentle, true professionalism and expertise far exceeded my expectations. She is a pro!

What a great place!!! It’s summer time and freeze hair season in Florida. I just got Moroccan oil from Debbie at the Shear salon and it did wonders!!!! Love it.

You will have the best experience with all the services here! Excellent Haircuts & Colors! The most wonderful mani’s & pedi’s around! You will never find a better facial & sooo relaxing! The massage therapist will have you floating out the door! Talk about natural looking eyebrows from the permanent makeup artist! The Best❣️

This place is amazing. From getting your hair done to getting your eyebrows and eyeliner permanently applied to a wonderful massage, you will love it. Very friendly and fun staff.

Linda cut my hair and styled it exactly as I wanted it. Best haircut Ive had in years. Truly! And super nice and down to earth. Very, very clean and beautiful.
