They worked fast and efficiently on my mani + pedi. First time going to this nail salon. Everyone was very friendly. I love my almond lemonade dip powder fingernails and gel toe. Ill definitely be returning. I was lucky to get in just before they were getting a rush. -

It was my first time coming here and I was getting my nails done for my wedding! 😍 They were extremely nice and did a fantastic job! You could tell how much pride the lady that did mine took in her work and thats something I look for in excellent customer service. I definately would recommend going here. Very pleased -

Mimi has done my nails for years now & I always get compliments when she does my nails!And YES those are a polished metal powder-I wont fib-with daily use they last about 2 weeks& they are not cheap(plan on $30-45 & that is without a tip!)My favorite are the gel glow in the dark/white nails (YESSS they glow ALL night!!!👍👍)Great pedicure & waxing services too! But great prices for a simple set of nails. Go on in & pick a color! -

Got waited on fast without appt. Even tho appts are taken first. The nail and spa techs are wonderful and does a wonderful job. I will definitely go back because of their talented skill, generous customer service, Me and my Granddaughter will definitely be going again Modern nails are highly recommended 🤗♥️ -

First time using this salon, I normally always travel to Saint Augustine- even living in Palatka. Was very pleased!! They took me as a walk in with a hour till close and worked past closing time until everything was done! Super friendly and well priced. Mimi was great💫 definitely going back! -

I had an excellent experience today with Ivy! She went out of her way to make me comfortable with my limp arm. Observing all of the safety precautions for these unfortunate times. “No Mask” no service. They provide a mask if you do not have one. My gels & pedicure are beautiful. Will be back for sure. -

I went to Modern Nails today for the first time and I was both very surprised and gladened by the professional, knowledgeable and eagerness to make me comfortable in their salon. This small family owned and operated salon is hands down the best nail salon in town. I have not had my nails done or have had a pedicure done because of the other two nail salons ( Super Nails and Skyline Nails)that I have visited near here in Palatka are so rude and disrespectful to their customers that I refused to spend my hard earned money with them and I didnt want to be treated in such a poor manner like the times Ive been to the two larger salons. Today I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost and high quality of the work I received. Do yourself a huge favor and go to Modern Nails and I know you will not only be happier with them but you will also echo my review. -

Very nice. I’ve been all over the US and have found very few salons as friendly and nice as the people at this salon. As the only salon that does dip polish, let me just say I found my nail place local. Looking forward to coming back and I don’t normally say that about a salon I’ve never been back to one twice. -

This was the first time I visited Modern Nails, in Palatka, Florida.Lynn , a nail tech there, provided the mani-pedi service I requested.I have to say, it was the best mani-pedi I have ever had! She was friendly, efficient and attentive while she worked. The salon was clean, the massage chairs were well maintained, and the foot baths were immaculate. I highly recommend this nail salon! I wish I could keep Lynn all to myself! I walked in a little after 10:00 a.m. Friday morning. The wait time was a little under 5 minutes. But, next time, I’m going to call and make an appointment with Lynn! -

I love the friendly atmosphere. They were hard to find being that I am from out of town due to an issue with Google maps. They are actually located in the Winn Dixie parking lot. My feet feel like I am walking on clouds!!! -

I only do DIP POWDER on my nails so was GLAD to find a place in Palatka that does it! Dip is more expensive than gel ($35+$7 tip vs $25+$5 tip) but lasts twice as long so its actually cheaper in the long run. No chemical smell like acrylics and leaves your nail bed healthy & undamaged unlike gel (look it up on Google). I am renovating my home and hard on my hands but still want them to look nice.A friend and I did a walk-in @ 5PM with a less than 10 minute waiting time. Rosy did my friends nails and Kai (a guy) did mine. Both of our manis turned out great. If these are like the dip powder manis I was getting in Virginia, it should last 4 weeks, then Ill return to Modern Nails.Cant speak for the other services they provide ... pedicures, facials, waxing and lashes.Update ... This is my Go To place and have been back several times. Rosy did my nails once and Mimi twice. Last week Mimi did the French Tips with the dip, beautiful job that lasts forever. -
