    Kamila is my esthetician and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. From the moment I met her I was hooked. She recommended products to help with my skin concerns but didn’t push them on me. She is knowledgeable and professional while making you feel comfortable like you are with a friend. She has taken my skin so much further than I ever thought it could go. People have never complimented my skin and now they ask me what I do for it. Check her out!

    Dr. Delange and his whole team are awesome! I always feel at ease when I walk in there. Amanda is fantastic! She always makes me feel very welcomed and her bubbly personality is infectious!     For years I contemplated breast augmentation but I already had large breast for my size but I wanted more upper fullness and after having a baby I needed more lift! I went to over 5 surgeons and I’d always leave with multiple quotes leaving me more confused than when I got there! After just minutes with Dr. Delange he knew EXACTLY what I wanted and how to achieve it! I left with ONE quote and the confidence that I’d have the breast I’d always desired without being too “top heavy”. He went with a lift and a very small implant to give me that upper fullness. His staff is TOP notch and I LOVE that the surgery center was right on site! I was so nervous the day of surgery and they put me at ease. Next thing you knew I was awake and surgery was done! 10/10 recommend him!

He was highly recommended by a close friend and starting with my initial consult with Dr. Riccio, I immediately understood why he is so highly recommended. Dr. Riccio is down to earth and consistently kind. He is bright and intelligent. It is clear that he truly wants his patients to feel more confident.     From the moment I met Dr. DeLange I knew he was the Dr. who I would trust for my surgery. He listened to exactly how I was feeling in my stretched out, postpartum body and what I was wanting to accomplish. I was very embarrassed about my body and he made me feel very comfortable while also offering his suggestions on how to improve my body.I also met Amanda that first day and instantly felt like we had been life long friends. She started me on my weight loss program that got me in my best shape for my upcoming surgery. She has helped me lose almost 40 lbs! She was by me every step of the way, encouraging me and answering all of my many questions throughout my journey and has stuck by my side afterwards as well! She is the biggest cheerleader for helping me along my path of becoming my new and improved me.Dr. Delange’s surgery has completely changed my life. She is exceptionally skilled in her field, so much so, that she trains others all over the state in the art of facial esthetics and proper practices.     Dr. D is a top notch surgeon. I recently had a mini tummy tuck and breast lift, and let me just say I am blown away with the results! So much better than I even expected.     Dr. Delange is an artist- a great surgeon and all around nice guy.And Devin, his coordinator, is so sweet and helpful.The office and rooms are so clean and make you feel in great hands.I highly recommend the Dot laser- amaaaazing! Like baby skin!I’d love to see an extensive aftercare guide, including when to use products and what to use, return to exercises etc, but they are always so welcoming when you call for anything! I recommend them to everyone I know!

    I did my research before deciding to choose Dr Delange for my Liposuction. He made me feel extremely comfortable and realistic about my results. I totally appreciate their staff as well.     Dr Delange and Louise are awesome! My daughter and I came in several times and had a few procedures and cant be more pleased, still healing but he has worked on everyone in my family and the results are spectacular. Dr Delange is a wonderful surgeon and behind all good surgeons are the staff. I cant say enough positive words about Louise she was there for me EVERY step of the way. She was kind, patient and assuring as I asked a LOT of questions-gorgeous inside and out.     Dr. DeLange completed my mastoplexy 1 week ago and I can already confidently say that he exceeded ANY AND ALL expectations that I had prior to surgery. 7 years ago I was 250 lbs and wore a 40J bra. In that time I lost 100 lbs and discovered powerlifting, leaving me with not much breast tissue and dramatic sagging and extra skin. I just wanted to enjoy the body I built but at best, I figured I would wind up with a relatively flat chest, as I had elected NOT to get implants. What I was asking Dr. DeLange to do, with what I had available, was truly a challenge. One that he took eagerly! I’m still a few weeks away from seeing a final product but regardless of some normal bruising, he gave me a result so far and beyond anything I could have imagined. My husband and I joke about the fact that it looks like I got implants - he’s that good! Truly a medical artist. I couldn’t be more grateful. Additionally, every other member of his staff couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable, from the office staff to those in the OR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    After 2 kids and years of breastfeeding, I needed HELP! I researched plastic surgeons to perform a breast lift (mastopexy) and a breast augmentation for over 18 months. The offices I chose to visit for consultations were referred by friends and family and out of 5 offices from Miami to Jupiter, I chose Dr. DeLange at the Estetica Institute. Not only was his bedside manner the best out of all the surgeons I spoke with, his facility and staff were superior to everything I had experienced by a long shot!The front office staff (Louise) made sure that my wait time was to a minimum. No waiting around for hours to be seen ( that happened at one surgeons office). Dina and Devon, the patient coordinators eased my fear and anxiety, kept my appointments on track, and made me smile (who doesnt love to smile. :)) The nurses, Lauren in the front and Lacey during surgery were supportive, caring and kind. The anesthesiologist, Jorge was firm and to the point, but he did his job and kept me comfortable and ALIVE! Finally, Dr. DeLange has been practicing plastic surgery for over 20 years and his hands are skilled in taking hard cases and perfecting the problem areas above and beyond the patients satisfaction level.All in all, I AM THRILLED with my results. I LOVE my new and improved breasts and would never go anywhere else for any future plastic surgeries. Trust your first impression of your surgeon. It may not be the least expensive, but its worth the drive time and extra $$$ to see the BEST! Thank you Dr. DeLange and Staff! Big Hugs all up in your personal bubble!!

    I have been a patient of Dr. Guiloffs for many years. I had breast augmentation in the past (from a different doctor) that was not done very well and went to see him originally to replace my implants. I have never met another Dr. with the bedside manner that Dr. Guiloff has. He makes you feel so comfortable and takes his time explaining everything that he will do. What he did for me was amazing, I couldnt be happier with the end product. I feel like myself again and its because he made me look so natural and took his time to give me exactly what I was looking for. Considering how great a surgeon he is, he should charge way more than he does. I have seen him recently to have some suspicious moles removed, I wanted to see a surgeon so that I did not have a big scar. One of the spots he removed came back from biopsy with some not so great news. Dr. Guiloff called me himself immediately when he got the news and I could tell he was truly upset and made sure to get me back in right away. He cares so much for his patients. I would highly highly recommend him to anyone that wants perfection and wants someone that they will feel very comfortable with.

    Went to Dr. Delange regarding a possible hair transplant. Both he and his staff are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Micki, the office manager, is especially helpful. On the day of the transplant, I was made very comfortable and the technicians doing the FUE hair transplant were outstanding - true artists. I could not be more satisfied with the treatment, the results, and the cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Delange and his staff to any friend and family needing cosmetic surgery or any cosmetic injections. Personally, I will be using them for all and any additional cosmetic procedures.

    I took my mom to get her eye bags removed and Adley did a fantastic job! It took 30 min and some fillers and she was thrilled!!! Beautiful office, friendly staff and great bedside manner. Highly recommend!! Im planning on paying them a visit for me, I was so impressed.

    For a very long time I was insecure about my nose. It not only brought down my confidence but it effected the way I acted around others. I went to Estetica for a consultation when I was 15 years old. Dr. Guiloff was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. He told me that it would be best if I waited until my face was fully developed to decide if I truly wanted one. A few years later, I decided I still did. My second consultation, before the surgery was great! He was very informative and he listened to everything thing I disliked about my nose while giving me his professional opinion. Being someone who is terrified of needles and anesthesia, with the relaxing environment of Estetica and Dr. Guiloffs patient and kind persona, I couldnt have felt more at ease. My new nose exceeded my expectations. It still looks natural and fits my personality perfectly. Dr. Guiloff is amazing at what he does. I couldnt thank him enough for what he has done for me.

    Hair transplant could not have gone smother.Great staff who were very responsive to my concerns and schedule. Day of surgery went perfectly and all follow ups were completed promptly. I am now past the 2 month point and the new hair is starting to come in which is exciting.I went to several doctors and did a lot of research before I arrived here for the procedure and am very satisfied.

    After years of trying to loose my love handles, there was no significant progress. Thats when I decided to go to Dr. DeLange for a lipo. I thought that the pain and recovery was going to be challenging, but I was back to my regular activities just a couple of days after. I couldnt feel happier with the results!     When I first met Dr. DeLange I felt total confidence in his expertise and capabilities after being referred by my best friend. I had surgery on Monday, Feb. 20, 2017. The anesthesiologist called me Saturday night so I was familiar with him and reassured by Dr. Delange. in the operating room. I remember nothing! I stayed overnight at my friends house and the next morning was cleaned up at the office and went home. I slept and took my medicine for 2 days. By Friday I went out, without make up, to lunch. I started wearing eye make up at my 1 week check up and resumed my usual schedule (not exercise). Dr. DeLange was always accessible since he provided me with his cell number. We even face- timed to save me a drive!It is now 6 weeks post op and Im great! Feeling well. Looking terrific. Enjoying all of the complements! My chin/neck is a masterpiece. I still have wrinkles around my mouth after the laser but it is drastically improved.I feel so fortunate to to have met Dr. DeLange and had the opportunity for him to perform my plastic surgery. He and everyone is his office are patient, understanding, and caring. I live in Kendall and drove 1 1/2 hrs. on a good traffic day to see Dr. DeLange-definitely worth the drive!
