I had an incredible experience at Essentials SPA. The massage was absolutely rejuvenating, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The therapist Marbelis and Carlos was professional and attentive, ensuring every area of tension was treated with care. Without a doubt, one of the best massages I’ve ever received. I really appreciated the pricing for the level of services at this elegant, clean and calming spa.For my husband and my anniversary I knew I wanted to do a couples massage together for something different and relaxing- I was also trying NOT to break the bank- so many places I called or looked up were starting at $200+ for an hour service...sometiemes per person🤯!!When we paid for our 50 minute swedish couples massage at Essentials it ended up being around $150 ish including gratuity for both Masseuse. It also included a glass of wine each afterwards in their nice back seating area. It was a great experience!The staff here was very friendly also.

I went in for a 1hr Thereputic massage and was very pleased. Kristi the owner was friendly and easy to talk to. Very clean, relaxing environment, with a nice aroma. Marbelis was my masseuse and she did a fantastic job. I’ll be booking my next one very soon. Highly recommend Essentials Spa!

The reception area is beautiful and cozy. The massage therapist I had, Marbelis, was good. She kindly waited until the last few moments of the massage before putting me to sleep with the greatest scalp massage ever ;) The temperature of the room was very comfortable and the use of small, warm, moist towels to remove the lotion afterwards was brilliant, soothing, and appreciated.

I live in Atlanta and each time my husband and I are in W.Palm Beach we stop by this spa for complete relaxation. This entire staff made my birthday very special. When I walked in the first thing I saw was my name with balloons.... how special. We spent 3 hrs here and the staff never disappoints. Each time we visit we will be sure to stop by Essentials...Not only do they have the best prices in town but the staff is superb!.

A co worker told me about this place a few months ago and she was right. The entire staff is great, the place is clean, comfortable and booking is a breeze. I have been there every week since I first tried. Their prices are very competitive and all the massage therapists that I had were very skilled. At the end I was most comfortable with Carlos or Maribelis but you cant go wrong with any of them.

My second time back and I will be going again. Carlos is an outstanding massage therapist and Rhonda did an amazing scrub treatment, this is a great service, dry brushing, scrub, oils, eye,lip, and hand treatment. Heaven. These prices are extremely affordable, if you can tip more that recommended I suggest you do so these are discount prices! The beds, sheets, and blankets are super comfortable. Clean establishment with a nice waiting area. Look forward to trying other services.

My husband and I did a couples massage. The experience was very nice. Such a relaxing environment and great staff. We plan to go back soon. It is definitely a better deal than other places in the area, but I will say be sure to ask about the full price, because there was an extra room fee we were not aware of. Although the service we got did include chocolate and glass of wine after, which was a nice touch.

I’ve been a client of Essentials Spa for a few years now. I’ve always referred all my friends and family to them. The pricing is less but competitive than you get at those membership, “promotion” haggling spas, minus the membership and haggle but still the same spa quality experience! The atmosphere is very zen, the facility is always clean and welcoming. The staff are just superb! I had broken my ankle a few months back and was dying for a massage and I was booked with Lia. My life forever changed! She is so personable, knowledgeable and her massages are the best I’ve ever had!! (So much so that if she ever tries to move, I will hunt her down! Lol) And her strength! My goodness, the best TRUE deep tissue I’ve ever received. Just be warned, you book deep tissue with her - you’re going to get it! Just remember “pain is weakness (and knots) leaving the body!” Her massages are something I dream of. I’ve gone to her a handful of times now and I will continue to go to her. She is just that good!

And she really did an excellent job. I dont really write reviews but as a Customer Service Manager for a very well known and most popular retail store nationwide. I would say their customer service is phenomenal.

This place is a gem!! The atmosphere is modern and relaxing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Jessica is the massage therapist I have been using, and she is phenomenal!! I have been to other chains massage places and they do not offer the customer service or massage therapist that you will find here! There prices are reasonable, actually lower than the chains.

I received a gift card to this spa and decided to get a facial here. It was the best facial I’ve ever had! This place is definitely a hidden gem as the other reviews say. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the space is very clean. My facialist was amazing and made sure that none of the products irritated my sensitive skin. I am always hesitant about letting people touch my face, but I will definitely be returning soon to get another facial and probably try a massage as well!

Took my sister here for her bachelorette spa day. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. They provided a separate room for us to relax in between sessions, bridal decorations, glassware for champagne, and anything else we needed we were allowed to bring with us. Our massages and facials were great as well, and reasonably priced. Definitely give them a try if you’re in the area.

Decided to give Essentials a try on my first day off in 25 days. . . They had a service called the Spa Day for $145 which included a facial, massage and reflexology each an hour long, including a complimentary glass of wine or bubbles and light snacks and gratuity. . . My immediate thought was even if the services werent great this was a steal of a deal, however to my surprise, I was blown away with how awesome all of my services were. . . I began with my massage with Tesha, whose massage was just what I needed, the pressure was perfect, mixed with stretching that boy did I need, I forgot her name during my massage since it was so incredible. . . Next I had my facial with Stephanie who was a doll and full of some great easy at home skincare tips. . . My skin is still glowing from the Mimosa facial. . . My last service was my reflexology with Coco, poor Coco did such an amazing job she had to deal with me falling asleep and snoring. . . My champagne and cheese and crackers were a nice treat for when I woke up. . . I cant say enough positive compliments about all the girls and Kristi at the front desk. . . If you havent give them a try I highly recommend them. . . I even prebooked for next month with the same girls and since its not a one time promotion I am doing the Spa day again!!!

I went in for a facial- had the cranberry pomegranate I believe it was called. Felt great and left my skin really soft, hydrated and over all moisturized. Rhonda knew just what level and intensity to provide inorder to avoid over exfoliating my sensitive skin and to prevent any reactionswhich was a huge plus. But most of all I believe they use really good products as the smell was not over bearing and strong (huge then off for me!) I would definitely book again and recommend others. Thank you!

First Spa experience and as a gentleman, that can be rather daunting . I got a cranberry enzyme facial and a pimple extraction done with Rhonda, and let me tell you, she is good at what she does . Minimal pain especially considering how bad my face was before the treatment . She made recommendations to products she knew would work for me for my acne , but didn’t pressure me to buy anything and even suggested alternatives just in case I couldn’t afford to buy the whole set of products .

Ive been here a few times and yesterday had the opportunity to have a massage with Ruben and he was amazing! This place deserves five stars without a question. It is impeccable clean, quiet, the temperature, the tone and volume of the background music were perfect. The front desk lady very professional and sweet. But what makes the best experience are their massage therapists. Ruben saved a few minutes for a scalp massage and he exceeded my expectations. I am definitely coming back :)
