Everytime I come here I feel welcome. I started out with one stylist cutting my hair but quickly learned they are all capable. A very well established place. My dad along with multiple friends have started coming here. I don’t post often but this is worth talking about. Thank you ladies!

I came in for a quick haircut. Made an online reservation. Arrived on time only to wait for several other customers already in line for haircuts. Ok, understandable with walk-ins. I had to wait for Armida to finish with her customer, even though the other hairstylist had finished with her customer and was available to cut my hair. An hour later from my reservation time, Armida finally gives me a great haircut. She was very attentive, precise and professional. It was worth the wait! But still I was not pleased with the company’s strange policy of alternating customers between hairstylists. I understand the need for fairness for each hairstylist, but come on!?! When a hairstylist is just standing there and the customer is still waiting for a haircut?!?! Makes no sense. Mind you Armida gave me an excellent haircut. I just don’t think the company’s policy works well for customers.

Dear Sirs:I have been a patron of your salon in Palm City, FL for nearly three years.Armida, my stylist, has always been excellent.However, my last visit was an extremely uncomfortable experience.When Armida completed her previous cut, her fellow stylist(name unknown) launched into an apparent tirade against Armida.I became embarrassed and although their conversation was in Spanish, I could tell it was hostile and vicious.It was very unprofessional of her fellow colleague to demonstrate such behavior prior to my cut, causing delay and uneasiness.I almost felt compelled to interrupt and stop her beratement of Armida.Her fellow stylist was apparently angry, and she chose a very bad time to scold Armida right before a loyal customers cut.She is a toxic person and it would serve you well to give her leave.Thank You,Timothy B Stout

She was quiet, attentive, undistracted, and patient. Phoebe went above and beyond my expectations.If you truly want a professional hairstylist and not just a hair cutter than go to Supercuts in the Publix shopping plaza in Old Palm City. The hairstylists are veterans and have years if not decades of experience at a very acceptable price point.Listening is truly a virtue too as I only had to mention what I wanted once. Folks, superior service delivered by hairstylists make this an extraordinary place. I highly recommend it.
