    Ling , Tony and all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Ling started me off w healthy nails - and I went from having no real nail of my own - to beautiful, hard nails.They are always welcoming - and you are treated as individuals and not just customers w a number. They always have a smile and take the time to do and explain exactly whatThey are doing. The place is immaculateThey recently celebrated their 1 yr anniversary as owners and all customers were treated to a free service and lunch. Wow !! Who does that ????Look forward to going for a relaxing hour !

    VIP Nail Salon is the best in Palm City! Ling does an incredible job with my nails. After years of broken, split and fragile nails they are finally growing! She takes extra care and time to make sure they look great. Everyone at the salon is friendly and Tony is always welcoming and accommodating to everyone that enters. .I highly recommend this salon. I bring all my guests for mani/pedis when they visit!

    After a horrible dip done by another salon, I called VIP Nail salon and spoke with Tony. He immediately saw me and worked on my nails to fix the horrendous job by another nail technician. Wow! He turned that lumpy mess into beautiful nails. Since then, I have had another dip with extensions and brought my daughters in for pedicures and nail extensions with dip powder. VIP nail salon truly cares for their clients and stand behind their work. Each time I have been there, they treat all who walk in the door like old time friends. I highly recommend making your appointment today!

    When I moved to Palm City 2 years, I found VIP Nails and I have never gone to a nail salon where everyone speaks English, the customer care is 5 stars and they don’t rush you out.Tony, the owner always puts his customers first. I will never forget he delivered a GC to my mom in Hobe Sound. It’s really an extraordinary salon with excellent techs!I found my forever place 👍Renae

    I just moved to Palm City and am so happy I picked this salon to do my nails. From being super friendly, clean, accommodating and my pedi and mani looking superb. Ling spent a lot of time on my manicure and truly cared about my nail health. My gel manicure never looked so good. Thank you Tony and Ling, you now have a new customer.

    First off let me just start by saying this is by far the best place to get your nails done. They educate you on how to keep over all nail growth healthy. Ask for Ling or Tony they will treat you right and make you feel at home. Will be a repeat customer as long as Im in the area 🩷

    Hands down the best nail salon in the area!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Hannah for liquid gel and chrome nails!! She is very fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Affordable too!!

    Very clean. Very friendly. Very efficient. John was great with my dip nail manicure and my regular (spa) pedicure was very nice w a foot massage and exfoliating/moisturizing. I loved the color selection of dip and the regular polish. Always nice to support a local business. Will def go again!

    My first visit to this salon and I am very pleased. Jason did an excellent job on my pedicure. He took his time and paid great attention to detail. Gave me a nice leg massage in addition to the usual cuticles, polish, sloughing and soaking. The salon is very clean. I recommend to anyone in the area.

    I understand this salon is under new ownership. Yesterday was the first time I went to have my nails done, I can not agree more with the reviews. This salon is amazing I had a pedicure and the healthy nails by Ling she was awesome, very thorough and did not cut corners, Tony the owner was very accommodating and super friendly as well as the staff. I would highly recommend them and will definitely go again.

    Usually have a good experience. But my last nails- I picked a baby blue and the paint was practically see through. I didn’t complain or go back because I’m so busy all the time- I didn’t have the energy to go. But I do typically love them. I guess it’s who you get. Tony is the bomb! He’s quick and personable.

    First time, I went during rush hour too and made an appointment prior, and was taken immediately. Bin was my guy and did a fantastic job! He took his time and was very precise and meticulous. He gave a great foot massage and the aromatherapy smelled delightful! He even made sure to dry coatings in between, which no one has done before! The chairs are wonderful massaging and comfortable. All the employees were busy and it was quiet, yet relaxing. I will return! Affordable and convenient!

    I have gone to three other salons in this area and VIP Nail Salon (specifically Tammy) was the absolute best one for pedicures. Hands down. This isn’t a turn and burn salon , they truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. I highly recommend !

    Okay so I’ve been searching high and low for a new nail salon in the area and I’ve finally found one at VIP. Of course quality matters but customer service and a welcoming staff is big for me. John is the BEST. Friendly and attentive and also gave me the best foot massage I’ve ever had. Don’t skip this place!

    I have my nails and toes done every 2-3 weeks here, and the work done and people here are absolutely amazing!! They are always extremely friendly and helpful. I get pink and whites done by anyone of the employees. They ALL do an amazing job and really take the time to make sure your nails look beautiful. They even get some of the noticeable dead skin off your cuticles if needed, which other facilities NEVER do. I recently had a new full set of pink and whites put on by a new employee Sam, and he is amazing! I brought my 3 year old son in with me and they accommodated him with suckers and were so sweet to him. Just a wonderful place to go and relax and get pampered! If I could give 10 stars I would.

    The only place I go for my Mani/Pedis from Tammy. They are clean, friendly and dont rush thru services. The ownership has changed recently and the new owner seems very friendly and involved in continuing to provided good friendly customer service.

    I absolutely love VIP! Been going there regularly for a year and half, and always have a wonderful, relaxing visit. The staff is awesome! Special thank u to Peter for always doing such a great job getting my nails back to a healthy state. You must also try the number 2 pedicure. Heavenly!

    I took two of my step daughters here for a mani pedi and had a great experience. We had a limited amount of time. I called ahead and they said they could fit us in right away. When we showed up 10 min later, they sat us all down immediately and had us out the door on time. They were kind to the kids and overall did a great job on the nails. I appreciate the friendliness and the efficiency.

    Always willing to take in walk ins at any point in time. great gel pedis by jon/john, claire and vivian and another guy i can’t remember his name. my nails always keep digging into my skin and it hurts so bad. i’ve never had a nail tech fix them up as well as these guys do. i live in fort pierce now but i’m scared to go anywhere else. drive is worth it
